THE VAULT TAPES ~ VOLUME 1 – THE ARCTURIANS Hello there, this is Yajweh. Vinny, I am going to try out this pocket recorder you’ve given me and hopefully I’ll be able to get it to work and then not erase my message. I am right now a couple a hundred kilometres, I would guess, above your planet orbiting in an Arcturian battle class vessel. It is a part of the military, this particular ship; however, it’s been stationed here on Delta Sol for about a hundred years. They brought it here, it was June, I think, or July of 1908. I guess it would have been the spring of 1908, now that I think of it. There had been a pretty large asteroid, by Delta Sol standards; it’s probably 5 kilometres in circumference that was headed for your planet. The Arcturians are a species, or a race, that are very technologically advanced. They pride themselves in the quality; I guess would be a good way to put it, of their work. This vessel that I’m on, for instance, would be…it’s a large cylindrical craft. If laid on its side, it would be approximately, I don’t know, maybe the size of the Empire State Building in New York. These have been seen in recent times, these vessels, in the Earth’s atmosphere. This one was actually photographed by an airline pilot a few years ago. The way I was told the story, that pilot was basically bought off after he had released the photo, to lend some doubt, or cast some doubt, excuse me, to his story, in exchange for monetary compensation from the Arcturians and others. It wasn’t time yet. But these vessels are very large and house, I would say, I don’t know, a thousand Arcturians at any time. There’s probably close the two thousand beings on this vessel here because it is used as kind of a weigh station for a lot of races coming to Earth. They will stop here first to gain information, to get better acclimated. Many will suffer the effects of long space travel. It has damaging effects on all species. There have been scientific improvements made over the millennia to decrease these effects, but they’ve never gone away altogether. And one of the side effects of this type of very fast travel is that…it’s not really jet lag like you experience here on the planet, it’s more like the feeling of when you wake up from a very, very long sleep and you just feel out of it for a little while. That is the feeling. Most beings have to be put in some form of stasis. Their biological functions need to be slowed. Oh, I had to do my first pause there. I hope I’ve not erased everything. Someone just came in. Apparently, my meeting has been moved up so, that’s good news for me. I am here right now on this vessel to discuss my plan with an Arcturian ambassador. Namoe (spelling?) has joined me, as well as Sun Tzu. Sun Tzu, right now, working with his peers in the Chinese military, have devised a plan to keep large-scale wars from happening on Delta Sol. They have developed a very advanced missile defense system capable of shooting down missiles anywhere on the planet in only a few minutes. They do this with a very powerful laser. The Three Gorges Dam in China – one of the reasons that was allowed to happen was to produce enough power to provide power to this laser. Lasers are very interesting in that there’s no limit to what they can do if you can funnel enough energy through them. Now what the Chinese have done with this

project is they have deployed a series of satellites around the globe that are equipped with mirrors, a special kind of mirror, as I understand it, that reflects and aims this beam of very intense laser light. This disrupts the guidance systems of these missiles. It doesn’t destroy them altogether, what it does is causes them to malfunction, and my understanding is, is that is causes them to aim upwards as opposed to downwards, and leave the atmosphere and explode in space. They’re presenting this, or they have presented this to the Arcturians partly because the Arcturians…one of the…they’re a very technologically advanced, very ancient race of beings that are in your neighbourhood, so to speak, of the galaxy. These individuals have a society on their planet that is very much like your society on Earth. They understand your culture as well as any beings. Now, they have gone through periods of conflict in their history and they have come out of them and retained their culture intact, their civilization intact. They are what you would consider benevolent. They don’t seek out war and conflict. They don’t try to conquer or conquest; however, their military is probably one of, if not the most, feared military in our galaxy. Now Sun Tzu, who is an Arcturian, speaks often of the concept of getting your enemies to choose not to fight you, as opposed to going to war. And his philosophy is to have an army that is superior in every fashion. Now the Arcturians have been involved in conflict with a sub-species of the Greys, a very tall version of that race, now for a very long time. This occupies one particular front of their empire of their civilization and doesn’t have much impact on the rest. However, because of this, they have maintained a very technologically advanced military construct in their society. Much like modern day Israel, there is compulsory service for every Arcturian to enter into their military at a certain time in their upbringing and experience what it’s like to put your life on the line to protect you and yours, to protect what is important to you. And it creates something in their culture that I refer to as just, you know, base loyalty. They are a fiercely loyal race of beings to both their leadership and their society, their culture in general. They do not seek to propagate throughout the galaxy, like some races. They’re content to stay within their realm and manage it accordingly. However, when societies are at war, there have been times throughout galactic history when entire planets have been at war; literally, the whole planet was in some state of conflict. And the Arcturians have been brought in on many occasions to see if they can negotiate a kind of cease fire. Now, much like the concept of the United Nations or NATO now on Earth, the idea is, is that if you have a third party come in who has overwhelming military force, you can command both sides to stop fighting. Create…often times what they’ll do on Earth, like they did in Iraq, create a no-fly zone, you basically say okay look, whatever’s going on, no planes are going to be in the air, or we’ll shoot them down. The Arcturians do that on a global scale. The Arcturians are very advanced in constructing various types of, what on Earth are called lasers; compressed particle beams of light. And they’ve been here, like I say, about a

hundred years. They got here…oh…Tunguska, I think is the western name for it, Tunguska event was in 1908. A very large asteroid was headed towards Earth and…I already talked about this before I pushed the pause button when the guy came in. Anyway, they were brought here to destroy it. Now what happened was they had made contact with the respective leadership of what they believed to be the prominent cultures on Earth at the time, the prominent civilizations at the time, through normal channels, and had made them aware of this coming disaster and asked if they were okay to intervene. Would you like us to knock this thing out of the sky before it destroys most of you? But of course, spoken more diplomatically than that, but that was the base of what they were trying to say. They were shocked at…at the time, the leaders of Earth were very much divided. There was a lot going on. This was before the 1 World War, but it was during a time when there was a lot of conflict. A lot of power grabbing, a lot of power vacuums had been created around the globe, especially in Europe. And it was difficult to get a clear answer back. There were some, actually, who the Arcturians believed, and I support this with the information that I’ve been able to review since, that there were a couple of countries actually trying to poison the well, trying to sabotage the negotiations so that this would indeed end up happening, believing that this would wipe out Russia and China. Of course they weren’t aware that it would probably wipe out 95% plus of the population on the planet. They were told this, but their own oracles or, what would be term for someone who’s in power and hires an educated mystic to given them instruction? Is there a Jaku term for that? It’s interesting because those types of individuals have existed throughout time on your planet as I understand it. People who are in a position of power often find themselves very alienated. This is uniform throughout the galaxy, by the way. The reasons obvious; when you’re in such a position, you have tremendous responsibilities and everyone is trying to get your ear, to get your attention, to get you to hear their side, their argument, and try to persuade you one way or the other. Consequently, powerful leaders often times feel very alienated in their lives. They feel like there’s really no one with whom they can really bond trust. There is a society, a European society, some people refer to them as I believe gypsies in the west, that started in Romania about, I would say probably 1,200 current era. The society was built on the idea that they were going to develop a trade, a good, a service, a commodity, that would be themselves, their offspring for generations to come. They would make their service available to the very powerful families of the day to work as their servants, paid servants. This was going to be…their idea was that they were going to be sought after. So they tried to combine, kind of the moral abstinence, if that’s the correct way to phrase that, of the church at the time, to try to create an era of piety with the ancient mysticisms, the magics that still exist to this day throughout the world. This particular group of people had had specific types of ability passed down throughout the generations in their own contained society. They kept to st

themselves. These individuals would go to someone in position of power and present to them a trick, is the way I would phrase it. If you understand the laws of nature, sometimes it’s very easy to play tricks on those who don’t. These individuals would present – it was a sales presentation, literally, it was – their services to these very powerful, sometimes to kings, queens, princes. Now, when this event was going to unfold, because of the hesitation, I guess, the devious back dealings that were going on at the time, the Arcturians decided to allow this enter the atmosphere and show these individuals what they were dealing with, I guess, what they were turning away, because of their own internal squabbling, the potential for disaster – they were going to let them have a small taste of that. So this large rock entered the Earth’s atmosphere and was destroyed before it hit the ground. But it was a big wake-up call to the powers that be, especially at the time, because they were entering the 20 century believing that they had reached a pinnacle of technological advancement, very, very similar to the paradigm that many have now, currently, here in 2010. I mean, you’ve got people who completely rely on satellites and, I guess what you would call the Internet, the backbone for very large chunks of global commerce, global defense, global information, technology that is very much susceptible to outside influence. The Arcturians let this asteroid, meteor, I don’t know what the technical classification for it would be but it was very large and they let it enter the atmosphere and then it was destroyed; it was vaporized. It was done in an area that was very sparsely populated. I know that individuals must have perished because that area, of what is now referred to as Siberia in modern times, did have nomadic tribes that lived in the forest. There’s tribes on your planet still yet to be discovered by you Jaku, and I don’t know if…because Vince, I know you studied anthropology here, and I think that’s very cool, but there’s still the opportunity, if you want, to observe, to play a part in, not play a part in, but to visit and spend time with cultures, civilizations on your planet that have yet to be discovered, as you would say. And it will amaze many of you as these become…you know, the Earth is getting smaller. That’s something that I’ve heard for over 3,500 years. The Earth is getting smaller. It’s a phrase that humans use to refer to the branching out of knowledge of interconnectivity, in the physical sense, of human beings. In ancient days it was very difficult to be connected, these different civilizations, these different cultures, and most times, the only connection they had, save military conflict, was through trade, and by the very nature of trade, one society wants something from another so they bring something to the table that they believe they will like, which often leads to conflict, I might add. During the First World War, the Arcturians were shocked at the brutality of the Jaku. Sun Tzu was asked to give a presentation, if you will; I was there, to different emissaries from races that have a vested interest in the outcome of Delta Sol. And what Sun Tzu said, I’ll never forget it, was that the cruelty of the th

humans can be summed up in a simple sentence. They’re trying to get them before they get them, meaning that each side was trying to annihilate the other believing that the other side was seeking to annihilate them. The Arcturians understand this very well. I’ve spoken before and I’ll speak again of this, weapons such as the nuclear weapons that are available right now on Earth, are thought to be very dangerous throughout the galaxy. They’re a banned form of armament because the potential for disaster, for long-term disaster, is so great. They can render a planet uninhabitable for millennia in some cases, and the Jaku have this theory of…you would like to think looking in, that it’s what you’d call mutual assured destruction, but it’s not. When you really get down to it and you speak with these individuals who are in positions of power in these respective militaries, you realize it’s not, it’s how do I figure out a way to get them, completely wipe them out, before they can retaliate, because I think that’s what they’re planning to do to me. This scepticism is rampant on your planet and it erupted into a fury during what you call your First World War. This is often the case in treaties, in negotiations of succession of conflict, of war. What happens is, concessions are made or deals are made without the true honest intention of following through with those commitments on all sides. There comes a time in any conflict when both sides desperately want to end it, either because of public pressure, you would say, or internal pressure. But, as is the nature in every society, war is good for business. War does create jobs and it thins out the population. I realize that that is a very callous thing to say, but I’m speaking from the standpoint…Joseph Stalin once said that you kill one person and it’s a murder, if you kill a million, it’s a statistic…that’s something that I’ve thought of said very well by a human, that I have actually repeated in consult with leaders throughout the known galaxy. It’s a concept that the Jaku share with many of the war-like species around the galaxy. Now, the Arcturians, again they’ve…this vessel here that I’m on, has been here for about a hundred years in orbit around your planet. The ability to hide from view, I think the term is cloaking, is pretty common throughout the rest of the galaxy. It’s technology that’s been used for a long time. Much the same principle, I understand, as the idea of repelling the force of gravity or balancing the force of gravity. They use very strong magnetic fields to bend light around them. The light basically…it doesn’t pass through the object, it just goes around it and to the observer on the other side, they see nothing. There’s an ability to detect vessels that are covered by this field, protected by this field. They have, what would you call them, a scanner? Something that would send out a signal and have it returned, is that what…scanner? I hope I’m saying that right. I was going to say radar because I…thinking of war and conflict, I’ve begun to think of different human technologies that I’ve seen develop over the years and radar is so interesting to me because it’s very advanced thinking. The technology itself is not super advanced, let’s be honest, by the mode of thinking, the creativity involved in creating that technology was very respectable, and it’s enabled, well it’s changed

the Earth in ways, I guess, it’s creators could not imagine. I spoke earlier of nofly zones, things like that. Military conflict on the planet Earth is ruled by the side who can control the skies. Because of this, many of these rogue states on Delta Sol have gone literally underground. North Korea is a prime example of that. North Korea right now is playing with nuclear weaponry. It literally makes me feel sick thinking of the potential for disaster on the Korean peninsula right now. I’ve been there. I’ve tried to talk sense to some of the individuals who may have the ear of Kim Jong Il, or Kim Il Sung in the old days. Sun Tzu met with Kim Il Sung several times he told me, who was beginning to come around before he passed away in the 90s and Kim Jong Il has needed to be treated with; I think the phrase is kid gloves. He’s dealt with as if they were walking around on glass, on egg shells, is that the phrase? He’s a madman! He’s a spoiled madman. He doesn’t care if his citizens die of starvation. He only cares that he doesn’t allow the regime to slip away under his rule, under his tenure. The amount of countries, of groups going underground right now on the planet Earth is shocking to a lot of individuals, including myself, because it portrays this air of the powers that be have given up on the potential for a peaceful outcome and they’re preparing for war, they’re preparing to survive some kind of catastrophe. And I, for one, very much want to eliminate that possibility, to take that off the table, and that’s one of the things I’m meeting today with the Arcturians…the Arcturian Ambassador…what I’m asking them to do is, first of all explain my plan that I believe firmly that the Jaku can govern themselves if certain entities are eliminated from the equation. And I don’t mean to incite conflict in saying that, I mean that if the individuals on your planet, I believe, and this is my argument, if people, the common man, is made aware of what really goes on in the upper echelons of government, of power, what their leaders really talk about and do and plot and plan behind closed doors, the amount of their monies that are collected and taken from them and dispersed to entities that don’t provide for the common good would cause people to revolt en masse on this planet. And my argument is that those can be peaceful revolts. If you’ve ever maybe worked with someone who had defrauded your company or had taken something from your place of business, and a few people knew about it and finally that came to light, and that individual didn’t want to stand around and fight about it, they were embarrassed to have been caught, and they wanted to slip away out the back door as quietly as possible and never speak to anyone there again. That’s what my argument is, that’s what I believe will happen to these corrupt Jaku, the current, not all, but many of the current leaders, or the current construct of leadership on the various areas around your planet Earth. When this information becomes available to the common man, these individuals will, through the media is my hope, bypassing the rest and controlled, what they call the mainstream media and using alternative sources to disseminate this information, to allow people to view these records that have been kept secret from them, it’s my argument that the Jaku will overthrow this corruption. I’m

not speaking of anarchy, I’m speaking of a change to a more passive, democratic society, broken down…I believe that where it works best is when local decisions are made by local people. When the United States of America first got going in the late 18 century, it was a beacon to so many people around the world, hearing of this new United States in America. The idea being that a small governance, that a small area was governed by the people of that area, who sent a representative to a much larger body when they had purview over these United States, modelled very much after ancient Rome. You know in Rome, to become a senator in Rome, your life was set from that point forward, if you could avoid assassination. What most Roman senators fell prey to be corruption; they were very easily manipulated by again, the powers that be. Because once you find out what someone’s vice is, it’s very easy to control them. I’ve spoken before and I’ll speak again of the need for humans to free themselves of any kind of addiction or dependency. To move forward, you’re going to have to free yourself from your addictions, from your demons and I can help you, I honestly believe that I can, I’ve helped many before you, this would not be the first time for me in assisting Jaku in overcoming an addiction. And the reason I take time to do this is because I understand that in order for me to have humans that I can trust, I need to understand that those humans are free from undue influence. Let me give you a small example. Right now, the leader of Italy, speak of Rome, speak of Italy, I won’t say his name because I think it would be rude to use an individual’s name in saying what I’m about to say, because this man is morally bankrupt, his desire for sex with young women, women that I believe society would deem too young for a man of his age, is something that he has given into on countless occasions. He’s been set-up by these behind-the-scenes powers that control so much of your planet. The United States, their President Clinton, whose wife is a dear woman, I might add. I don’t understand why so many in America seem to dislike Hillary Clinton. You know, when I first met her, she had been given the charge of trying to get healthcare for children in the United States paid for by the government, as I understood it. It was given to her as, I think the term is a softball, they thought this is something that she’ll look good doing; everybody wants healthcare for kids. She was crucified by the media, by what they call the Conservatives in the United States, they called her a socialist. It was very interesting to me at the time because when I met her this was going on and I said to her, I said, I think that what you’ve tried to do here is admirable, and she said…she called me by a different name, I was introduced by a different name, but she said, this has taught me a very valuable lesson and this has taught me to look before I leap, to test the water before I jump into the ocean. And I think it served her very well in her subsequent career. I think that she has…I think she might be on this ship at this time. There are…I’m looking around…see if I can put my head out and look down the th

hall…no, I don’t really see an Jaku that look familiar. I always get leery when I come up here and I’ve been up here a few times over the last, say hundred years. Because I don’t want to run into anyone down there that I have, or up here, excuse me, that I have been introduced to down there that don’t know who I am or where I’m from, what I’m doing. Sometimes I’m introduced as just a…I’ve been introduced as a professor of archaeology or anthropology, that’s why I often times have introduced myself as…I always tell people I have a doctorate in interstellar anthropology because when you say that to someone, half of them let it go in one ear and out the other and the other half take pause and say, what did you just say? And I say, well I have an equivalent of a highest degree one can achieve in what would be equivalent to interstellar anthropology, the study of man throughout the galaxy; and that leads me into very interesting conversations as you might guess. Now, obviously, some people would take offense to my using the term man to describe other beings, other races of beings, but I do that all the time; I use pronouns like people, human, us, we, them. Do you know, I hope it’s clear, I hope it’s evident why I do this, it’s because we’re all connected, I believe we can all live together as one. Many other races much more warlike than you have been assimilated into the galactic community without major incident. There are some races that believe that humans are not intelligent enough en masse to achieve any real ascension. It’s interesting; you meet with these individuals who call themselves initiates…I am an initiate, I understand this, they will say to me…oh, I am an initiate, I understand much more than you would guess…or something, they will say something that’s meant to shut me up, to tell me I know all this. So I delight in seeking out these initiates that they call themselves. That’s why Sun Tzu and I go to Bohemian Grove in the States every year to observe, I consider it an integral part of my assignment to study these rituals. That’s all they are, rituals that 90% of the participants don’t have any idea what they’re doing and just following along with the group because they’re surrounded by people who they want to do business with usually. There’s a phrase that I always hear Vince use – butt kisser, I think is what he says to…he says they’re kissing up, I think is what he says. What he means is they’re trying to be falsely nice or overly nice, trying to worm their way into the relationship any way they can. That’s what goes on there. Vince forwarded me some e-mails a couple of weeks ago from people who were shocked to find out that I had been and I said, listen, if they’ve got any questions, I’ll talk to them, but what they’re going to find out is that it’s actually a very boring event. I think most people would…unless you’re trying to strike up some large international business deal, you’re going to find the actual mysticism, the paranormal, the occult side of the Bohemian Grove rituals very dry. You know, whenever I come up to this particular ship, I don’t even know if it has a name, if it does, it’s very interesting to me always…I…the Jaku who are introduced to, what you would consider, extraterrestrial races, often ask if the ships have a name. I think this comes from your naming boats; every boat I get

on is christened somehow with a different name; there are hundreds of boats with very similar names throughout the world and I’ve always thought it’s just such a silly thing to do. But it’s more creative than assigning, I guess, a random numeric value. But the Jaku who have come up onto this ship…there have been some pretty large names, I guess would be the way to term it, and one of them that I met, a gentleman named Nelson Mandela, I met him a few years ago. He was up here; he was introduced to me as an individual who had just gotten out of prison in South Africa. South Africa is an area of the globe that I personally have spent a great deal of time in and around Tanzania. The southern part of Africa contains remnants, ruins of very ancient civilizations and I’ve tried to study them all but perhaps I’ve not been as successful as I’d wanted to be. I was actually nearly killed in, I guess what would now be called, Cape Town sometime during the 1,600s, I don’t remember the exact year. I had gotten in the middle of a dispute between two individuals. I was trying to settle the dispute because I wanted to leave on this vessel, on this ship that was setting sail that day and it was being kept from doing so by an individual who had claimed that the captain of the ship had owed some sort of a tax or some kind of a due before he could depart. And it left me, not so much shaken, as just, I guess…people who live in outposts, people who live far away from the civilization of the time tend to take matters into their own hands, vigilante justice I think is the term, and you’ve got to be very careful in those areas in those situations because, while I myself do not carry a weapon, many humans I find do, and it’s very important to avoid conflict whenever possible, it’s actually part of the purpose of my mission, part of the stated purpose of my mission is to observe without interfering unless specifically instructed to do so by the 7 Emperor. And when the 7 Emperor gives us instruction as to what to do, I not only trust that it’s sound judgement because he is getting his information from individuals who are much smarter than I am, much smarter than any of us are, but also because I know him to be a being of good character, and I trust him is the bottom line. The times that we’ve been asked to persuade, intervene to, not we believe change the course of history, merely to avert what we believe would be a catastrophic undoing of events. Things can unfold very quickly in civilizations and we’ve seen it happen before, we’ll see it happen again. It’s one of the things that I studied for what would be in Earthy terms you’d say a semester at college or university, a period of my study on Nibiru at university dealt with this phenomena of social breakdown during civil war conflict. When war breaks out everywhere, the individuals who are there to protect the population, the equivalent of a police force or a military, in almost all accounts flee, they return to their respected domiciles and defend their own families with those military government issued weapons. What this does is this creates an environment in which the individuals, or the group of individuals, who has the most sophisticated weaponry begins to gain control, whether intentionally or unintentionally, over a specific area of the population. What happens after that th

is food supplies begin to run low and these different people in position of power are faced with the decision of allowing theirs to…the people that look to them for leadership, to starve or to try to venture out and take by negotiation or by force sustenance from other, what we termed then to be, tribes. Tribal mentality is something that is often used in explaining the culture of Delta Sol to others. When I give presentations, when I meet with individuals, in fact, today, when I meet with this delegation, I am going to be explaining the tribal mentality of Earth. I remember one time I was asked to give a presentation on the lost 10 tribes of Israel. It was fascinating to me simply because it was…I think somebody’s coming in the door…female speaking Arcturian language…I’m going to pause. I hope I did this right. If I did this right, Vinny my boy, I am going to be starting right where I left off. You said to write it down and I didn’t. I just completed my meeting. It went very well. I believe my presentation was looked favourably upon by the delegation here from Arctura. Basically what I’m trying to propose is to meet with different delegations from different races that have an involvement in the ascension of Delta Sol, into the what we call, the galactic community and explain to them that I believe in studying the people of this planet for 3,500 some odd years, that they are by and large able to govern themselves, their intellect, their creativity, their compassion, can become in balance with the rest of the beings in the universe, and they can play an active role in their ascension into this greater community. There are those who believe that you humans are not ready yet for one reason or another and many reasons are often given, I’m sure you can imagine some of them. Examples that are given of current events that these individuals who differ in opinion from mine present as an argument against mine; you know, the Jaku are very primitive, they seek to resolve conflict through force, they don’t respect the life sources. These are things that are, you know, commonly said about you. I’m trying to be honest here. I had to put this little recorder in my bag very quickly, and I imagine that if I was to be caught with a recording device, I don’t imagine it would be taken from me, but I don’t imagine it will be looked upon as favourable. I certainly didn’t take this into the meeting with the delegation for my presentation, I was what you would call if you’re listening to this in America, the term they use is, frisked; that’s when someone puts their hands all over you and sees if you’ve got anything underneath your clothes, it’s a horribly violating feeling. I dislike it, it’s one of the many reasons I don’t travel by air anymore. I never enjoyed it. When airplanes were first invented…and one other thing, the 20 century inventions that have given your species so much opportunity for advancement, I hope you take full advantage of it. I hope that in the years to come as more and more knowledge is laid before you, that you are able to integrate it into your culture in a constructive manner. Because there have been societies who with the introduction of this type of technology have used it for harm, for malevolence, and that’s one of the facets of the arguments used against your th

being allowed to take part in your own ascension, is that if technology is made readily available, the Jaku will use it against each other and potentially us or other species, and no one wants that to happen. And it’s with great responsibility that I make my argument. I keep that in mind with every word that I speak in there; that was forefront in my thought. I have to be very trusting. The individuals I have put my trust in on Earth I believe are descent humans, they won’t let me down, and I’m literally betting my life on that, so we’ll see what happens. I’m now waiting for transport back down to the planet. I do not want to miss this shuttle I guess you would call it. What will happen is mealtime will come and the Arcturians are people who all eat at the same time, they eat three times in what you would call a 24-hour period, they gather for a community meal, on Arctura these are held in vast banquet halls, you cannot imagine, literally, I don’t…there’s no equivalent on Delta Sol to try to give you any kind of frame of reference as to just how big these communal meals are on Arctura. And refusing a meal with an Arcturian is, well it’s a good way to not get yourself invited back, let’s put it that way. So my hope is is I can catch this next shuttle before mealtime comes around and I’m asked to join them, because again, there are individuals who may be on this ship that for one reason or another I would just as soon not run into. The Arcturians don’t understand that line of reasoning. I don’t think that, you know… Sun Tzu, I don’t think there’s anybody that he doesn’t feel comfortable in speaking with. He’s a very imposing figure. He’s not very tall in stature but his physique is absolutely intimidating and anybody who has ever experienced him giving a martial arts demonstration would understand that no one would be foolish to try to perpetuate any kind of attack on that man, and I again, I call him man, people, us, them, we, we’re all the same. Oh, crap. Well, there’s the first test Vince. You said it would survive a couple of drops and I just dropped it. You know Namoe, who’s also an Arcturian, he was number 8 in our group, he was an anthropologist like me, or is an anthropologist, I shouldn’t say was, because he’s very much alive, but Namoe is a very different type of Arcturian than Sun Tzu is, which is like any other race, there’s many different types of personality traits within that culture. Personality traits are individual whereas cultural traits, of course, are the society in general. Namoe is one of the most balanced individuals I’ve ever met. I often seek his council when I kind of have a, you know, difficult decision to make. Namoe spent a lot of time with the Dogon tribe in northern Africa, and the Dogon tribe has a very unique understanding to of the, I guess, the geography of the galaxy, or the layout of the stars, the different system. You know, our galaxy is, in Earth terms you use light years, the speed of light during one year is a hundred thousand some odd light years across, and there’s well over a hundred billion stars in this galaxy. It’s difficult for people to imagine that there is a system like your system here, of Sol, of your sun, like that, for

every human being that has ever lived on the planet – maybe that helps to put it into some kind of comparison – billions, trillions, everywhere, not all of them contain life and not all of them contain sentient life, but in our galaxy, the traits of…the biological traits of the advanced beings in each of these respective systems share much with you Jaku…that time I just hit it against the desk. The…I want to make sure I…I apologize, I know I’m fumbling around here a bit and it’s because I really want to get this right of my explanation of this because this is very important for people to understand. The beings in our galaxy that are part of this galactic community that I always talk about, look a lot like humans – bipedal with two legs, two arms; not all have opposable thumbs like we do. The Arcturians, the Pleiadeans, the Anunnaki, Ibanians like myself, Orians, Lemurians, there’s a bunch of different races, species, that share these common traits, and opposable thumbs allow, well they allow us to do a lot of very unique things that other species…it makes other species unable to use our technology efficiently because our technology is designed for a being operating it with that dexterity in their appendages. Now this tells us that somehow we must come from a common seed in our galaxy. Isn’t it interesting that everywhere we go; we find species that look like us? On Ibania where I’m from, when my people first ventured off the planet, they were very surprised to find beings that looked like us elsewhere in the galaxy. Now I can tell you that the Jaku were probably put here by the ancients. You know, Locare talks about this on Han, on their home world of Han, the ancients fanned out across the galaxy, and they did it for what would be equivalent of hundreds and thousands of Earth years. The records are sporadic at best, as by their very nature they don’t often report back to the home world, they would venture out as pioneers would and find a planet that was inhabitable and begin to populate it on these vast vessels, these interstellar-capable vessels. Now on Ibania, on my planet, we have within our own myths, within our own culture stories that line up with some of the ancients’ myths, so we believe that we are an offshoot of that race, and that is shared by many races around the galaxy that look like us, they look like you humans, and just like humans, there are different traits, there are different skin tones, you know, some people are tall, some people are short, some people are large, some people are small, people have different mannerisms and personality traits that make them unique, but we often say jokingly, all humans look alike to us, because you can tell when someone is Terran, when they’re from Delta Sol, they have a way about them, it’s part of your collective culture; the way you move that’s been instilled in your bodies by your respective gravitational level on your planet, it’s caused you to walk a certain way, your atmosphere has caused you to breathe, and hence, speak a certain way. Now the ancients you might think would have knowledge of where they came from being a society that prides themselves in creating databanks, I guess would be the term. What they are is they will find a moon, typically a place with no atmosphere, they’re trying to avoid any type of oxidation corrosion, and they will

fill this moon with monoliths, with carved stones in various languages, various types of symbolism with historical data, then they will leave. Those locations are not published. It’s not like you go to a library and fly around to different moons, that’s not what it is, these are built for the specific purpose of retaining knowledge should their planet be destroyed, should their area of the galaxy experience some kind of cataclysm. On Earth they speak of gamma ray bursts, I think that’s the term that you use. It’s a…gamma ray is…I think that’s…I think that is the term that humans use. The term that I have always heard that type of an event described as is finois (spelling?). Finois means like a devastating wave, I think would be the English translation, and that these events happen from time to time, where societies are wiped out. And the ancients on Han have spread their knowledge, spread their history throughout the galaxy, so many cultures believe they were somehow spawned from them from maybe early pioneers of this civilization or at least their respective population on their planet was somehow probably influenced by those that may have arrived. But here your system is farther out on the edge, you know, it’s not on the rim but it’s much further out in the galactic plane than most of the civilizations that I know of. You know Ibania is…if you were to look at the Milky Way galaxy, our galaxy, and if you can imagine the spiral arms coming off and you look at the map of where you are, where your system is, mine would be on the other side of the galaxy. It’s probably 60,000 of your light years away, so it takes an incredible amount of time to travel that distance. It’s part of the reason I don’t know if, you know, I…it’s one of the things I yearn for, to go home. Vince, I know you ask me about it all the time, if I’m homesick, and I…yeah, I am but I’ve almost become…I feel like a citizen of this planet, that right now I’m looking down on. It’s so quiet and peaceful looking at the Earth from space – clouds, storms, when you’re on the dark side, you can see lightning in the clouds, you can see the cities and there’s been times when I’ve actually, you know, looked out and just been amazed at how beautiful this planet is. Earth covered with water, a very precious resource throughout the galaxy. You don’t have enough to…you don’t have the type of water that would make it worthwhile for anyone to invade you and try to take it from you, that would have been done ages ago if that were the case. There are planets, known planets, and systems, entire systems…there is one system that the star, if you will, anchoring the system in place is a large body of liquid hydrogen that is burning and it looks like, because it doesn’t stay completely spherical, it kind of undulates, that would be the word, and each of the planets in that system are made up of different types of what you would call water. Now here it’s H O on Earth, but attached to those molecules are a great many other things and water is the universal solvent. Water is used throughout the galaxy to…for various purposes. Oh, I think I just heard the page for the shuttle that’s going down. It’s funny they use Arcturian time here and the Arcturian language is very similar to 2

Chinese language on Delta Sol, and Namoe can’t speak it very well anymore because he spent so much time in the area of basically Saharan Africa that he has learned a different way, a different mode of speaking. The way he formulates words, for instance, the way I speak when I’m here, I breathe out…exhales…laughing…I just knocked it over. Vince, I hope this is as durable as you say. Okay, what I’m saying is that the way I speak now, I breathe out when I speak, when I make my letters, when I make my sounds. Well Namoe breathes in…inhaling…I can’t do it…inhaling…it’s very off-putting to listen to for a long period of time. But I’ll tell you what, if you ever get a chance to visit the Dogon tribe, it’s well work the expedition, and it is an expedition, and now in current times it’s a very dangerous area of the globe but it’s so worth it, and let me explain to you why very quickly before I leave. The Dogon are a tribe that is thought of as…they live in mud huts in the middle of the desert, they have nothing, this is what western people thought of them until they began studying the culture and finding that the Dogon had knowledge of the star Sirius as being a binary star system, something that could not be seen with the naked eye, they also understood the respective orbits of certain systems in our area of the galaxy here that could not be understood they believed without modern technology, without a telescope basically. Now this is information that by the way was known by the Egyptians, by the Mayans, by the Aztecs, certainly by the Incans, it’s been understood for centuries by the Chinese, the people of…Polynesian peoples, the people who inhabit the different islands in the Pacific Ocean, understand star cartography probably better than anyone, or they did up until a few hundred years ago, when for the most part, they became settled on their respective land masses. The Earth has become a smaller place. The Earth has become crowded compared to what it’s always been, at least in my time here. But I’m confident in saying that previous stages have sustained higher populations and I’m also confident in saying that you Jaku, if you work together, could feed a global population of perhaps 9-10 billion individuals, but there would have to be a collective understanding. As the events of 2012 begin to unfold, the galactic alignment takes place and start to experience disruption on your planet, there’s going to be stark increase we predict in food prices, this is an example. This is going to create a have and have not dichotomy within your culture. It’s going to be a time of great strife; things can go one way or another. The Earth will be saved, steps have already been taken so that you will not be allowed to destroy yourselves, it’s going to be a question of how you’re governed after that process, or after these events, excuse me, take place. Now, if I had specifics, trust me, I would give them to you. John, you and your family are probably very safe where you are in Salt Lake City. The Rocky Mountains in general for years have been thought of as a very safe area on the globe, they’re far enough inland and they’re at a high enough elevation. It’s interesting to me that you choose to live right atop a fault line but it seems like you’ve made adequate preparations. As for friends, family, and

those who you may choose to share this tape with, and I think I’m going to send this one over to you, and then I’m going to ask you just to put the little cassette thing in the drawer and maybe hold onto it for a while because I hesitate to… Describing, you know, the Arcturian craft as I have done really reveals a lot as many people on Earth have seen cylindrical UFOs; I’ve heard them described as cigar-shaped UFOs. For people to all of a sudden start associating that with this ship may create some problems because I’m here…I don’t know if that young…that…the lady, I guess you would say, that came in to get me for the meeting was an android, a robot built to look like a Japanese girl, a young Japanese lady…very unsettling how lifelike that was. That’s technology that I have not seen. I don’t know if that is being used on Earth or not but at first glance I had no idea that was not a biological being coming through the doorway. Well, I can see down the hall, I can see the lights flashing. The shuttle’s going to leave. In Arcturian time to convert that to human time, that would be about 5 minutes and I’m outta here and I’ll be glad to be back on the ground. I’ve got a lot to do. You know, with your election coming up this week in the States, I don’t…it’s very interesting, I heard one person describe it as an earthquake election, and I thought that was a very interesting term because sometimes in a very large earthquake a, you know, a fault line is ripped apart, great chasm or opening in the earth is created and I fear that’s what’s going to happen on Tuesday in the United States, I fear that that’s what’s in store for your country, John, is that you’re becoming so divided, it’s going to unfortunately probably take some kind of horrific catastrophe to bring you all back together again. And I so hope that that catastrophe, whatever it may be, I’m not aware of anything, but I know that that has been the tool of the menacing Greys for hundreds of years; they create a catastrophe, they create some kind of an event that could be, from an outsider looking in, just a large natural disaster, and then they offer their services to all sides, and they love taking credit for resolving conflicts and bringing everything back together but what they’re doing is just consolidating power, and that’s what I worry about with the United States of America, is that coming into 2012, they will all but lose their influence. I know you joke a lot about moving to Canada, maybe now’s the time to do that, but Vince I know you, Vincenzo the American, that’s what my friends call you. I respect your pride in your country. You know people, if anyone else hears this, it’s funny people ask what are you, people will say I’m French, I’m Asian, I’m Russian, I’m Mexican, German, I’m, you know, Swedish. John, who you know as Vince Delgato, always says I’m American, and I’ve always thought that was very cool to have that much pride in your country, because America very much is a unique culture.
