1/4 teaspoon ginger Instructions: Heat the milk and butter in a small saucepan until the milk is just warm and the butter has melted. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, vanilla, and eggs. Add this mix to the warm milk, whisking constantly. Add the flour, sugar, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder to the pumpkin mix and whisk all together until a smooth batter forms. Heat a small skillet or crepe pan over medium heat with about a teaspoon of butter. Scoop about a fourth of a cup of crepes batter into the hot pan and tilt the pan so that the crepe batter covers the entire bottom of the pan- the crepe should be the size of the whole frying pan. After about two minutes, the crepe should be lightly browned and ready to flip. Flip the crepe using a spatula (or try your hand at flipping it using just the pan and a flick of the wrist!). Cook the crepe for about 30 more seconds and then fold in quarters and serve while hot. Cook the remaining crepes, one at a time, until there is no more batter.

1 teaspoon confectioners' sugar 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup Instructions: In a blender, add the flour, white sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla, and 1 tablespoon of butter and pulse till smooth and keep aside for at least 20 minutes. Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat and cook the bacon for about 10 minutes. Transfer the bacon onto a paper towel-lined plate. Lightly grease a crepe pan with 1 teaspoon of the butter and heat on medium-high heat. Place about 1/4 cup of the mixture and tilt the pan to spread it evenly. Cook for about 2-3 minutes and, carefully, flip it. Cook for about 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining mixture. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of the butter, cook the banana slices for about 3 minutes per side, and remove heat. Spread about 1 tablespoon of the hazelnut spread over each crepe, followed by 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. Arrange a bacon slice in the center of each crepe, followed by 1 banana slice and 1/2 teaspoon of the honey. Roll each crepe around the filling. Serve with a sprinkling of a Confectioner's sugar and a drizzling of chocolate syrup.

Cooking Time: 30 minutes Serving Size: 8 Ingredients: 3 eggs 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 cups milk 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 4 Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced 1/2 cup white sugar 2 teaspoons cinnamon 2 tablespoons water 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1 tablespoon water 1½ tablespoons milk
8 teaspoons vegetable oil, divided Instructions: In a bowl, add the eggs and salt and beat well. Slowly add the flour, beating continuously, followed by 2 cups of milk till well combined. Add 1/4 cup of the oil and 1/2 teaspoon of the cinnamon and beat till smooth and refrigerate. Cover for at least 1 hour. In another bowl, mix the apples, 2 tablespoons of water, sugar, and the remaining cinnamon. In a small bowl, mix together the cornstarch and remaining water and transfer the mixture into the bowl of the apple mixture. Add the apple mixture on medium heat and cook in a pan, occasionally stirring for about 8-10 minutes. Grease a crepe pan with 1 teaspoon of oil and heat on medium heat. Place about 1/3 cup of the mixture and tilt the pan to spread it evenly. Cook for about 30 seconds and, carefully, flip it. Cook till golden brown. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Divide the apple mixture in the center of the crepes evenly and roll around the filling. Serve immediately.
Mushroom Crepes
The mushroom crepes are incredible and delicious crepes that are easy to cook. Enjoy this nutritious dessert with your family to set you for the day. Further, serve this crepe with vegetables topped with parsley. Cooking Time: 30 minutes Serving Size: 6 Ingredients: 1 egg 1½ cups of all-purpose flour 2 cups of milk 2 tablespoons of butter, melted 1 tablespoon of olive oil 1/2 cup of mushrooms, sliced 1/4 cup of Swiss brown mushrooms, sliced 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce 4 green onions, sliced 2 cups of cheddar cheese, grated Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375°
In a bowl, whisk egg, flour, and milk until smooth. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat—grease with butter. Pour 1/4 cup of crepe batter in the middle of the skillet. Tilt and rotate the skillet in a circular motion to coat the batter evenly. Transfer to the plate. Repeat the process for the remaining mixture. Place wax paper in between each crepe. Heat the oil in the frying pan on high heat. Add in mushrooms. Cook and stir continually for 5 minutes. Add sauce and onions. Cook for about 1 minute. Place tablespoon of mushroom on each crepe. Top with grated cheese. Place the crepes in the baking tray. Bake for about 15 minutes until hot.
Spiced Flax Seeds Crepes
Are you a carbs freak? If you mind your carbs intake, this spicy and healthy flax seed can perfectly serve your dessert needs. The crust gives it a fantastic crunchy feel that your kids can love. Cooking Time: 10 minutes Serving Size: 4 Ingredients: 3 eggs 1 cup soy milk 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup whole wheat flour 2 tablespoons flax seeds 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 teaspoon vegetable oil Instructions: In a large bowl, add the soy milk, olive oil, and eggs and beat till well
combined. In another bowl, add the remaining ingredients except for vegetable oil and beat till smooth. Add the flour mixture into the egg mixture and beat till well combined. Lightly grease a skillet and heat on medium heat. Place about 1/4 of the mixture and tilt the pan to spread it evenly. Cook for about 3-4 minutes and, carefully, flip it. Cook for about 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Mac and Cheese Crepes
Kids can absolutely go crazy over these cheese and mac crepes. Prepare these crepes and enjoy them with a present company either for dinner or for lunch. Cooking Time: 40 minutes Serving Size: 10 Ingredients: 8 oz. box of macaroni and cheese 2 tablespoons butter 1/4 cup whole milk 1½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded 1 egg, beaten 1/3 cup breadcrumbs Instructions: In a saucepan set over medium to high heat, fill with water. Allow to a boil. Add in the macaroni. Cook 8-10 minutes or until tender. Drain the macaroni and set it aside. In a pan on low, add in 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add in the
whole milk and cheese pack from the box of macaroni and cheese. Whisk well until mixed. Remove from heat. Add in the cooked macaroni and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir well until melted. Add in the egg and breadcrumbs. Stir well to incorporate. Preheat a pan in the medium setting. Scoop 1/2 cup of the mac and cheese mix onto the preheated pan and spread as thin as possible. Cook for about 2 minutes until golden brown, before flipping and cooking for an additional 2 minutes. Remove and repeat. Serve immediately.
Paleo Crepes
The paleo crepes are a crusty and delicious dish with a sumptuous vanilla flavor. You only need about twenty minutes to get this dish ready for you and the present company. Cooking Time: 23 minutes Serving Size: 3 Ingredients: 4 egg whites 3 tablespoons almond milk 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 tablespoons coconut flour 1/8 teaspoon baking powder 1 pinch sea salt Instructions: Add all the almond milk, egg whites, and vanilla in a large bowl and beat till smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and beat till smooth and keep aside for about 8 minutes. Lightly grease a skillet and heat on medium-high heat. Place about 1/3 of the mixture and tilt the pan to spread it evenly.
Cook for about 2 minutes and, carefully, flip it. Cook for about 1-2 minutes or till golden brown. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Serve hot.
Caprese Crepes
Caprese salad is one of my favorite salads because it is simple to assemble and turns out delicious. It is a great choice when torn between a salad and a sandwich for lunch. Cooking Time: 4 minutes Serving Size: 4 Ingredients: 12 crepes Black pepper to taste Salt to taste 3 sliced tomatoes 1 lb. sliced mozzarella cheese 1 teaspoon Balsamic 1 cup basil leaves Instructions: In a bowl, toss the mozzarella cheese, basil, and tomatoes with salt, black pepper, and balsamic reduction. Lay the crepes on a flat surface and spoon the salad down the middle of each crepe.
Roll the crepes to seal and serve immediately.
Nutella Crepes
The delicious Nutella crepes are a sight to behold and easy to prepare. Prepare these crepes for you and your family, and you are sure to get pleased. Cooking Time: 10 minutes Serving Size: 4 Ingredients: 1 basic buttermilk crepe recipe ½ cup Nutella Instructions: Prepare batter as directed in the recipe. To make the crepes, spoon 2 small rounds of batter onto a hot, greased pan, and spread thin. Cook for 2 minutes, then flip over. On one of the crepes, Place 2 tablespoons of Nutella. Cover with the second crepe and flatten slightly with a spatula. Serve immediately, topped with wafers and more Nutella!
Blackberry Jam Crepes
If you have guests and do not feel like preparing anything fancy, then blackberry jam crepes should be your perfect option. The dessert is easy to prepare, and its excellent presentation and taste will impress your guests. Cooking Time: 46 minutes Serving Size: 4 Ingredients: 6 simple crepes 3 cups Chilled blackberry jam or to taste Instructions: Spread the crepes on a flat surface and spoon as much blackberry jam as desired in the middle of each crepe. Roll the crepes to seal and spoon some more jam on the crepes. Serve immediately.
Creamy Crepes
The crusty and creamy delicacy is easy and simple to prepare and one that you can enjoy with present company. The vanilla extract gives it an interesting flavor twist. Cooking Time: 35 minutes Servings: 15 Ingredients: 1 cup cream 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup caster sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 eggs 1 cup wheat flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup strawberries 1 can Nutella 2 tablespoons olive oil Instructions:
Beat the eggs in the mixing bowl and whisk the mixture. Add the caster sugar and vanilla extract. Sift the flour into the egg mixture. After this, add cream and sour cream. Mix the mixture carefully with the help of the hand mixer. Then, sprinkle the mixture with salt and cinnamon. Stir it carefully until you get a smooth and homogenous mass. Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil into the dough and stir it carefully again. After this, preheat the non-stick pan carefully and pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil into it. When the olive oil is hot, take the ladle, pour the crepe dough into the pan, and make the crepe. Cook the crepe for 40 seconds from one side.
