2 C. shredded cheddar cheese 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp ground black pepper 2 C. crushed corn flakes cereal 1/4 C. melted butter

Directions 1. Before you do anything, preheat the oven to 350 F. Coat a baking pan with some butter and place it aside. 2. Get a large mixing bowl: Mix in it the hash browns, 1/2 C. melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onion, Cheddar cheese, salt and pepper. 3. Spoon the mix into the basking pan and place it aside. 4. Place a large saucepan over medium heat: Stir in it the cornflakes in 1/4 C. melted butter. Spread the mix over the hash brown mix layer. 5.
