For the simple syrup: in a pot, add the sugar and water and cook until boiling. Cook for about 1 minute, stirring continuously. Remove from the heat and stir in the lime rind and basil. Remove from the heat and keep aside to cool. Through a strainer, strain the mixture, discarding the solids. In a bowl, add the fruits and syrup and gently, toss to coat well. Enjoy.

Carefully, cut the pineapple vertically about a third from one side, leaving the top attached. Carefully, remove the fruit from small portion and discard its outer peel. Now, remove fruit from the large portion, leaving about 1/2-inch shell. Chop the pineapple fruit and transfer into a bowl. Add the blueberries, strawberries, cantaloupe and lime juice; and toss to combine. Transfer the salad into the pineapple shell. For the sauce: in a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until well combined. Pour the sauce over fruit and enjoy.

Meanwhile, in another pot of the salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti as suggested on the package. 4. Drain the spaghetti and rinse under cold running water. 5. Transfer the spaghetti into a bowl. 6. Drain the can of pineapple, placing the juice into the bowl of the spaghetti. 7. Add the apples and gently toss to coat well. 8. now, drain the juice from the bowl. 9. Add the pineapple and egg mixture and stir to combine. 10. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for all the night. 11. Remove from the fridge and gently, fold in the whipped topping. 12. Enjoy with a topping of the cherries and walnuts.

In another bowl, add the spinach, lemon juice and oil and gently toss to coat. 5. Place the spinach onto plates evenly and top with the fruit mixture. 6. Enjoy with a garnishing of the Gouda cheese.

Place the pot over medium heat and cook until mixture becomes thick, mixing continuously. 4. Remove from the heat and place in the fridge to cool slightly. 5.
