Introduction
I won’t be focusing on the storyline of Money Heist. After all, you know that there is no way we can describe it like this. You need to see the whole story, focused and on the edge in order to understand their game. What we will focus on how it’s the food they eat and actually Spanish recipes that you can prepare and eat while watching the series. Spanish cuisine is rich, it has so many delicious delicacies that many people enjoy around the world. In fact, I have seen so many similar dishes in other cultures that came from the Spanish recipes. I like how huge influence has been made in the culinary world because they truly have a lot of mouthwatering dishes to share. The best part about these recipes is that they are super easy to make and don’t require some hard-to-find ingredients, in fact, many of them you probably have at home. Just make sure that you have everything you need before starting the recipe, you don’t want to experiment and substitute one ingredient for another. This won’t give the real taste and you might end up with something entirely different. So, start cooking and you will see that not only you will fell in love with the food but everyone to who you will serve it.

Recipe 1: Bum, Bum Ciao Gambas al Ajillo
Talk of a simple, tasty, satisfying, rich and easy to make Spanish tapa; that is what the Gambas al Ajillo meal is. Very satisfying and extremely sumptuous to taste!!! Preparation Time:05 Minutes Cook Time:15 Minutes Yield: 3 Persons List of Ingredients: 300g shrimp 1 cup olive oil 6 cloves garlic 1 tbsp. red pepper (flakes) 1 tbsp. salt 1 handful parsley 1 lemon (juice) 2 ounces dry sherry

How to Cook: 1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 2. Add the pepper flakes and garlic. Allow cooking for 2 minutes. 3. Add the shrimp, sherry and a squeeze of lemon juice. Cook and stir over high heat until shrimps become pink and curly. 4. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Sprinkle parsley over it. 6. Serve with bread.
Recipe 2: Hemos Vueito Roasted Garlic, Bread, and Almond Soup

How to Cook: 1. Preheat oven to 400F. bake garlic cloves for 20 minutes until it is soft. Remove from the oven. Allow cooling before peeling off skins and squeezing into a paste. 2. Soak bread pieces in a bowl of milk. 3. Blend almonds in a food processor until it is smooth. 4. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the onion for 8 minutes. 5. Add the stock, soaked bread, roasted garlic paste, almond puree, salt, and pepper. 6. Allow simmering for 10 minutes. 7. Serve with a sprinkle of mint, coriander, and chives.
Recipe 3: Caballo de Troya Roasted Chilli Cheese Frittata
Leaving their safe house in the woods for the first heist; the group wanted to treat themselves to the best family dinner ever; because that was what they were; la familia!!! How to Cook: 1. Pour oil in a pan. Add onions. Fry for 2 minutes. 2. Add the chilies, parsley, garlic, parmesan, butter, and vinegar in the pan. Stir till the chilies are done. 3. Mix eggs, cheese, salt, and milk in a bowl. 4. Pour everything in a baking pan. 5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 6. Bake the mixture till the mixture gets done.

How to Cook: 1. Pour oil in a saucepan. Add onion and fry over medium heat till it is
golden. 2. Add salt, garlic, paprika, tomatoes, chicken broth, tomato paste, pepper, and flour. Allow simmering over low heat. 3. Cook for 10 minutes till done 4. Preheat oven to 200C. Arrange potatoes in the oven. 5. Add olive oil, salt, and garlic to the potatoes. 6. Allow cooking till its golden. 7. Serve sauce and potatoes with mayonnaise. 8. Disfrutar!!!!

We have heard, seen, eaten, and read about a lot of fish soups; but never have we heard of a soup where the fish head is an important ingredient. How to Cook: 1. Clean fish head. Remove gills. Add salt. Boil for 20 minutes. Set aside. 2. Pour olive oil in a pan. Add onion, bay leaves, garlic, chorizo, and paprika. Cook for 7 minutes. 3. Add the red chilies, tomatoes, celery, pepper, salt, oregano, fish stock, and white wine. 4. Allow cooking for 10 minutes. 5. Add the fish. Cook for 4 minutes. 6. Serve with rice 7. As active as Tokyo’s character is; this delicious Spanish breakfast snack is not just healthy but will keep you active and energized throughout your morning!!!! How to Cook: 1. Toast slices of bread at 250 ͦF till each slice is brown on both sides. 2. Pour olive oil in a bowl. Add salt into the bowl. Stir well. 3. Spread mashed garlic juice on the toasted bread.
4. Spread the grated tomato mixture on the bread. 5. Spread the oil and salt mixture on the bread too. 6. Serve immediately

The Professor might be a complicated man but trust us this meal is not a complicated one. Preparation Time: 10 Minutes Cook Time: 40 Minutes Yield: 3 Persons List of Ingredients: 4 eggs 1 cup breadcrumbs (dried) 6 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. peanut oil 6 slices bacon (boiled and shredded into tiny bits) 4 oz. cheese 1 handful fresh parsley (chopped) 1 tbsp. pepper 2 tbsp. milk 2 tbsp. salt 3 cups potatoes (Boiled and Mashed) 1 cup flour (all-purpose)

How to Cook: 1. Put the mashed potatoes in a bowl. Add yolks of two of the eggs, butter, cheese, shredded bacon, milk, and parsley to the mashed potatoes. Mix thoroughly. 2. Break and beat the remaining 2 eggs in a small bowl. Put the salt and ground pepper in another bowl. Put flour in a bigger bowl. Finally, put the breadcrumbs in a bowl. 3. Mold the mixture in the first bowl (mashed potatoes and others) into a golf ball-like form. 4. Roll the balls in the flour, in the beaten eggs, in the salt/pepper mixture, and the breadcrumbs until it is coated. Do these for all the balls one after the other. 5. Pour the peanut oil in a frying pan. Heat to about 350 ͦF. 6. Fry each ball in the pan till it is golden brown. 7. Serve.

How to Cook: 1. Cut the eggplant into slices.
2. Put the eggplants in a bowl. Add milk into the bowl to cover the eggplants. Add a pinch of salt. 3. Leave to soak for at least one hour. 4. Remove the eggplants from the milk. Coat each slice in flour. Coat in a mix of salt and pepper. 5. Put olive oil in a pan. Deep fry the slices of eggplants 180 degrees C. 6. Drain the fried eggplants on paper towels. 7. Spread the honey over the eggplants. 8. Serve.

Similar to the French Ratatouille, this Spanish dish is a delicious and healthy meal that is fit for the main course. How to Cook: 1. Pour Olive oil in a pan. 2. Add the onions. Allow frying for 4 minutes over medium heat. 3. Add garlic and peppers. Allow frying for another 2 minutes. 4. Add the zucchini, tomatoes, white wine, salt, and pepper to taste. Allow cooking for 30 minutes till it is done. 5. Garnish with the fresh parsley. 6. Serve with rice or bread. 7. Enjoy!!!

How to Cook: 1. Pour vegetable oil in a pan. Add the onion. Allow frying for 2 minutes over medium heat. 2. Add garlic, carrot, bell peppers, chorizo, and chicken thighs. Allow cooking for 10 minutes. 3. Add the thyme, chicken stock, beans, potato, tomatoes, parsley, salt and pepper to taste. 4. Allow cooking for 30 minutes till beans are soft and the stew is thick. 5. Serve with bread.

From a seemingly simple recipe, you’d be forced to ask yourself this question “Que Hemos Hecho?”, because what you’d come up with is a masterpiece creation. How to Cook: 1. Pour 2 tbsp. of olive oil in a pan. Add the onions in the pan. Allow frying for 4 minutes. 2. Add the paprika, chorizo, parsley, cumin powder, potatoes, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. 3. Break and mix the eggs in a bowl. 4. Add the remaining oil into the pan. Pour eggs into the saucepan. Mix thoroughly. 5. Allow the mixture to cook over medium heat till the bottom part is done. 6. Flip the tortilla and cook the other side till it is done too. 7. Serve!!!

How to Cook: 1. Mix a large portion of flour, a large portion of sugar, salt, cornstarch, and 1 cup of milk in a bowl. 2. Heat the remaining 3 cups of milk in a pan over medium-low heat until
it begins to bubble. 3. Remove the milk from heat. Set aside. 4. Add the lemon peel, cinnamon stick, and vanilla to the milk. Mix and leave for 5 minutes. 5. Sieve the milk into the first pan containing flour mixture. Stir thoroughly. 6. Put the pan on the stove. Heat over medium-low heat until the mixtures get thick. 7. Oil a baking pan. Pour the mixture into it. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. 8. After the mixture is solidified, bring it out and cut it into small square sizes. 9. Break and beat eggs in a bowl. Put the leftover flour in a bowl. Put the cinnamon and leftover sugar in another bowl. 10. Pour the olive oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. 11. Dip each square solid milk in the eggs first, then in the flour. 12. Fry all squares in the oil until the coating is golden. 13. Place the fried milk on a paper towel, then pour the cinnamon and sugar mixture over each square. 14. Serve warm!!

How to Cook: 1. Preheat oven to 350-degree F. 2. Melt sugar in a non – stick pan until it is golden over medium heat. 3. Pour the hot liquefied sugar into a baking pan. 4. Break and beat eggs in a bowl. Add condensed milk, vanilla extract, cream, and sweetened milk. Mix thoroughly. 5. Pour batter in the baking pan containing the melted sugar. Place the pan
in another pan filled with hot water up to 1 inch. 6. Put the outer pan containing the inner pan in the oven. Bake for 60 minutes.

How to Cook: 1. Clean the octopus thoroughly. Remove the entrails. 2. Boil octopus in a large pot of water, add salt. 3. Allow boiling for 30 minutes until the octopus is soft. 4. Cut the octopus into slides. Arrange in a bowl. 5. Add the potatoes slices to it. 6. Add a sprinkle of paprika, salt, and olive oil on it. 7. Serve.

Put olive oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, tomato juice, and bread in the blender. Blend till it is smooth. 3. Sieve blended mixture into the first mixture (cucumber and the rest) 4. Mix thoroughly. 5. Scoop half of the mixture and pour it into the blender. Blend till it is smooth. 6. Pour the blended mixture back into the remaining mixture. Stir thoroughly. 7. Put in a bowl. Mash well. 3. Break and beat eggs in a bowl. 4. Add the potato and onion to the eggs. Stir well. Put aside. 5. Pour the mixture into a pot of leftover oil. Cook gently for 8 minutes. Preparation Time: 15 Minutes Cook Time: 35 Minutes Yield: 4 Persons List of Ingredients: 3 ounces chocolate (dark) 4 tbsp. sugar 2 cups milk 1 cup water 1 cup cream (heavy) 1 tbsp. salt 1 cup flour (all-purpose)

How to Cook: 1. Mix water, butter, salt, 2 tbsp. of sugar and 2 tbsp. of olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Allow boiling. Bring it down from the stove. 2. Add flour and cinnamon. Mix till content forms a ball. 3. Break and beat eggs into the batter. 4. Heat the remaining oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. 5. Give a space of at least 2 inches above oil to the top of the pot to avoid a bubbling over of the oil. 6. Put your batter in a piping bag with a star tip. 7. Pipe strips of dough into the hot oil till you are done frying the entire dough. 8. Set aside. 9. To prepare the chocolate sauce, heat the milk in a pan over medium heat. 10. How to Cook: For the Dough 1. Put baking powder, flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. 2. Add butter to the mix. 3. Add egg and water. Mix till it forms a dough. 4. Cover and keep in the refrigerator for 25 minutes For the fillings 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Pour oil in a pan. Add onions. Fry till it is soft. 3. Add garlic and beef. Cook till beef is done. 4. Add peppers, salt, jalapenos, cumin, paprika, oregano, raisins, vinegar, and tomatoes. Cook till it is done. 5. Drain excess oil. 6. Allow cooling. Add the diced hard-boiled eggs. Stir the mixture well. For the Empanadas 7. Bring out the dough from the refrigerator. 8. Roll the dough on a floured table. Cut out the dough in any inch you want. Just make it round. 9. Put the fillings on each cutout dough. Put cheddar on each filling. 10. Fold each dough and use a fork to seal the edges of each folded dough. 11. Place the folded doughs on the baking tray. Place the tray in the oven. 12. Allow baking for 30 minutes till they are golden. 13. Serve with sour cream 14. Buen Provecho!!!!
