Ingredients 1 egg yolk 1/2 C. sugar 1 -2 tsp cinnamon 1 C. half-and-half cream

1 C. heavy cream 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions 1. Begin to whisk your egg yolks then combine in 1/2 C. of half and half and the sugar and keep beating the mix. 2. Place everything into a pot and heat it until it begins to get thick then combine in the cinnamon, heavy cream, and vanilla. 3. Whisk everything together then place the mix in the fridge for 3 hrs. 4. Add everything to your ice cream maker and freeze it completely. 5. Enjoy.

the Border Tortilla Ice Cream

Ingredients vegetable oil, for frying 4 small flour tortillas 1/4 C. sugar 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon 1 pint cinnamon ice cream

1 (8 oz.) cans chocolate syrup 4 maraschino cherries, with stems

Directions 1. Add about half an inch of oil to a frying pan and get it hot. 2. Once the oil is heated nicely, one by one, place your tortillas into the oil and fry each one for half a min on both sides. 3. Layer the tortillas on a plate with some paper towels to remove the excess oils. 4. Get a bowl, mix: cinnamon and sugar. 5. Top your tortillas evenly with the sugar mix then let the tortillas completely cool. 6. Divide your tortillas between serving plates and liberally top each one with some ice cream. Then liberally top everything with the chocolate syrup and one cherry each. 7. Enjoy.

Ingredients 1 C. heavy cream 1 C. whole milk 1 C. skim milk 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate 1/2 C. unsweetened cocoa powder 1 vanilla bean

2 eggs 1 C. sugar 1/8 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions 1. Cut your vanilla bean into two pieces lengthwise then take out the seeds and separate the bean from the sides and put everything to the side. 2. Dice up your chocolate and place it into a pot on the stove and begin to heat and melt it. 3. As the chocolate melts combine in the cream and milk. 4. Once everything is smooth and combined, mix in the cocoa powder and stir everything completely. 5. Now combine in the seeds from the vanilla and the bean as well. 6. Stir everything completely then get the mix boiling. 7. Shut the heat and place a lid on the pot then let everything sit for 40 mins. 8. Take out the beans then get everything hot again while stirring. 9. Get a bowl combine: salt, sugar, and eggs. 10. Take the chocolate mix off of the stove then combine in half a C. of the chocolate mix to the egg mix while continuing to stir. 11. Add the entire egg mix into the chocolate mix. 12. Place a thermometer into the chocolate mix then begin to heat and stir everything until it reaches 170 degrees. 13. Get a 2nd bowl, combine: cayenne and cinnamon. 14. Get a strainer or sieve and combine in a little of the chocolate mix with the cinnamon mix and stir everything until it is smooth. Once everything is smooth add in the rest of the chocolate mix into the bowl and stir everything evenly. 15. Place the bowl in the fridge for 5 hrs. Then place the mix in an ice cream maker and freeze it. 16. Once the ice cream maker is done freezing the mix pour everything into a container and place the ice cream in the freezer again for 3 hours. Enjoy.

Combine your cherry jello mix with 1 C. of boiling water. Combine in the 1/4 of the vanilla ice cream to the jello mix and stir it evenly. Layer the mix into a casserole dish and let everything sit for 25 mins. Grab your lemon jello and combine it with C. of boiling water as well and then 1/4 of the vanilla ice cream. Combine everything evenly then layer the lemon jello mix over the cherry mix in the dish. Leave the dish for 25 mins. Do the same thing for your lime jello and layer it in the dish as well and leave everything for 17 mins. Do the same for the orange flavored jello and layer it over the lime jello in the dish and leave it for 15 mins as well. Enjoy.

Directions 1. Take your ice and place it into a bowl and work the ice cream with some large spoons to get it softer. Then combine in the entire container of the whipped topping and stir everything completely. 2. Divide the ice cream between the pies then smooth everything out. 3. Place a covering of plastic on each pie and put them in the freezer for 1 to 8 hours. 4. Top each pie with the crushed candy canes. 5. Enjoy.

Get your milk boiling while stirring it in a pot then combine in the milk with the yolks and mix it evenly. 3. Add this mix back into the pot and with a low to medium level of heat warm everything until it thickens into a custard. But do not boil the mix. 4. Combine the thickened custard mix with the egg whites and whisk everything complete then add in a small amount of salt and taste it. 5. Carefully combine in salt to the custard and keep tasting it until you taste a sweet but slightly salty flavor in the custard. 6. Once you have found the right amount of salt for your liking place everything in the fridge to cool completely. 7. Take out the custard then combine in the vanilla and the cream. 8. Cinnamon Ice Cream

Get a large pot and add in: 1/2 of the almonds, water, cinnamon stick, lemon zest, and sugar. 3. Get everything boiling while stirring. 1 quart Ziploc bag. 1 gallon Ziploc bag. Heavy duty tape (like packing tape or duct tape).

Directions 1. Get a bowl, combine: candy, vanilla, sugar, and half and half. 2. Place everything into small plastic bags then tape the bags completely. 3. Place your smaller bags into the bigger bags and place the ice cubes into the bigger bag and make sure the smaller bag is completely covered. 4. Add the kosher salt to the bigger bag and tape everything closed to carefully seal the bag. 5. Now cover your hands with some kitchen gloves or mittens and begin to shake the bags to freeze the ice cream. 6. Continue to shake the bag carefully until you have frozen the ice cream. 7. This should take about 7 mins. 8. Now take out the small bag and slice an opening in it to squeeze out the ice cream. 9. If you like your ice cream more frozen just place it in it the freezer for a few more hours. 10. Enjoy.

Directions 1. To make some super fine sugar place your normal white sugar in a blender or food processor and pulse it a few times. 2. Get a large pot then add in 2 tbsps of sugar and water. 3. Heat and stir the sugar until it is combined completely then turn up the heat and get everything boiling. 4. Combine in the plums and let them cook for 7 mins. 5. Get 2nd pot and get your vanilla beans, milk, and cream boiling. 6. Once the mix is boiling shut the heat and let the mix sit for 15 mins. 7. Take your vanilla beans and scrape out the seeds into the pot then throw away the shells. And get everything boiling again. 8. Once the mix is boiling shut the heat again. 9. Begin to whisk your eggs yolks and 2/3 C. of sugar until it becomes slightly yellow then combine in the hot milk. Superfine Vanilla Ice Cream

10. Whisk everything completely then place everything into a pot. 11. Heat and stir the mix for 7 mins with a medium to low level of heat to avoid any boiling then place everything into the fridge for about 5 hrs. 12. Remove the pit from your peels but keep the skin on them. 13. Place the plums into a blender and puree them completely then combine the plum with the cooled custard mix. 14. Stir everything completely then place the mix into an ice cream machine and freeze it completely. 15. After the ice cream machine is done place the ice cream into a bowl covered with some plastic wrap and place everything in the freezer for a few more hours. 16. Enjoy.

Coat a casserole dish with nonstick spray then layer your crumb mix into the casserole dish. Cook everything in the oven for 12 mins at 400 degrees. Stir the mix then let everything loose its heat completely. Place half of your crumb mix into a 9 inch square pan then add in 1/4 C. of chocolate syrup and 1/4 C. of caramel in the pan. 8. Add in the ice cream and smooth it out evenly. 9. Add the rest of the crumbs, caramel, and chocolate and place a covering a plastic on the pie and put everything in the freezer three hours. 10. Ingredients 1 C. milk 3/4 C. sugar 2 C. heavy cream 1 tsp vanilla 2/3 C. unsweetened dried shredded coconut

1/2 C. pineapple, thinly sliced, liquid removed 1/4 C. mashed banana

Directions 1. Get a bowl, combine: sugar and milk. Then add in your banana, cream, pineapple, vanilla, and coconut. 2. Stir the mix then place everything in the food processor and puree it completely. 3. Place the mix in your ice cream maker and freeze it completely then place the ice cream in a bowl and freeze it for an additional 2 hours in the freezer before serving it. Enjoy.

Ingredients 4 egg whites 4 tbsps sugar 1 C. raspberry puree

1 C. heavy cream

Whisk your egg whites until they are frothy then add in the sugar and continue to whisk everything. Add in the raspberry puree and cream to the whites and whisk everything together. Place the mix into an ice maker and freeze it completely. Enjoy.
