1) Cinnamon Roll Cookies

These delightful cookies are just like the glorious breakfast item we all love, except you get to prepare them without the yeast, dough rising, and all that nonsense! Cinnamon Roll cookies are completely flexible for breakfast and dessert. Dunk this heavenly cookie in coffee or milk for best explosion of flavors! Preparation Time: 2 hours 20 Minutes Cooking Time: 20 Minutes Makes: 36 List of Ingredients: 3/4 Cup Unsalted Butter Softened 2 Teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder 1/4 Teaspoons Salt 1 Large Egg, At Room Temperature 2 1/4 Cups of All-Purpose Flour 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar Ingredients for Filling:

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon 1/4 Cup granulated sugar 2 Tablespoons of butter, melted and slightly cooled Ingredients for Icing: 1/2 Teaspoons pure vanilla extract 3 Tablespoons milk 1 Cup confectioners' sugar OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Instructions: 1. Making the cookie dough: Whisk the baking powder, flour and salt together. Set it aside. 2. Mix the butter for 1 minute on high speed until creamy. Beat in the granulated sugar first then the egg and vanilla extract. 3. Add the dry Ingredients to the wet Ingredients and mix. 4. Shape and fill your cookies: Divide the cookie dough into 2 equivalent parts. Roll each part on baking sheet and add 1 tablespoon of melted butter onto each individual rectangle. Sprinkles the granulated sugar and cinnamon on top. 5. Roll the rectangles tightly. Chill the rolls of dough for 2 hours. 6. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. 7. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. 8. Once refrigerated, cut into 1/2 inch slices and place on baking pan. 9. Bake for 10-11 minutes. 10. Drizzle over cookies.

2) Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Cut into slice of heaven and behold a rich chocolate fudge sauce that has formed underneath a layer of chocolate cake while baking, all by itself! There are some variations to this recipe that can create a richer chocolate taste, but by using an unsweetened cocoa powder, this particular recipe yields a family favorite with milder, and an almost milk-chocolate taste. Be forewarned, if you taste test, there may not be any left! Preparation Time: 20 minutes Cooking Time: 40 minutes Makes: 6 List of Ingredients: 1 Cup of Buttermilk Baking Mix 1 Cup of Granulated Sugar 3 Tablespoons plus 1/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder ½ Cup of Milk 1 teaspoon Vanilla 1 2/3 Cups of Hot Tap Water Confectioners’ Sugar (optional) OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350-degrees. In a greased 8-inch square baking dish, mix buttermilk baking mix, ½ cup of granulated sugar and 3 tablespoons of cocoa. Stir in milk and vanilla until well blended. Sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/3 cup of cocoa and ½ cup of granulated sugar. Pour on the hot tap water. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until top is firm. Dust with confectioners’ sugar if desired. Serve at once in dessert bowls with a sauce of choice such as whipped cream or vanilla ice cream spooned over the cake.

3) Upside-Down Chocolate German Cake

Regardless of the messy appearance, a perfect combination of chocolate, pecans and coconut is simply irresistible. This recipe is a twist on the traditional delicious German Chocolate Cake because the frosting is on the bottom of the cake – hence the name upside-down. The frosting on the bottom means the cake is moist and creamy! Preparation Time: 20 minutes Cooking Time: 35 minutes Makes: 10-12 List of Ingredients: 1 Box of Yummy German Chocolate Cake 1 Cup of Chopped Pecans 1 Box of Confectioners’ Sugar 1 Stick of Butter 8 Ounces Box of Cream Cheese 1 Cup of Coconut OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350-degrees. In a greased 13x9x2 pan, sprinkle pecans and coconut to cover the bottom. Mix the German chocolate cake as directed on box.

Ounce mixed, pour it over the pecan and coconut mixture in the pan. In a separate bowl, mix the confectioners’ sugar, melted butter and softened cream cheese. Drop this mixture by the spoonful on the cake before baking. Place cake in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick or fork has come out clean. Cool in the pan for best results. Turn upside down onto plate and cut into slices to serve.

4) Rum Cake

There are certain desserts that will always be a hit. A buttery, rum-soaked, melt-in-your-mouth cake is one of those desserts. Designed and baked in a Bundt pan, this Rum cake not only tastes delicious, but it’s molded to look like a work of art. With a buttery, nutty, and hint of rum topping to seal the deal on this moist cake, there is no denying that it will please any sweet tooth. There are many ways to dress-up a Rum cake, but this recipe is simply southern with few Ingredients to create an explosion in your mouth. Preparation Time: 20 minutes Cooking Time: 1 hour Makes: 12-15 List of Ingredients: 1 Cup Chopped Pecans 1 Box Butter Recipe Yellow Cake Mix 1 Box of Vanilla Instant Pudding 4 Eggs ½ Cup Water ½ Cup Oil 1.2 Cups of Light Rum

Ingredients for Topping: 1 Stick of Real Butter 1 Cup of Sugar ¼ Cup of water ½ Cup of Rum OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 325°F. Combine all liquids for the cake base: eggs, water, oil, and rum. Stir in the box of butter recipe yellow cake mix, instant pudding and chopped pecans. Mix well and pour evenly into a well-greased Bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour. While the cake is baking, mix all Ingredients for the topping. Pour in a saucepan and bring to a broil 5-10 minutes before the cake is finished. When the cake comes out of the oven, pour the mixture over the cake immediately and let set for 30 minutes. When extracting the cakes from the Bundt pan, remember to always slowly check that the cake is not sticking to the sides. If you feel sticking, try taking a butter knife and gently pull-away from the sides.

5) Old-Fashioned Iced Oatmeal Cookies

This is one recipe where brands and Ingredients need no substitution. This delicious cookie is meant for Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, not quick oats or oat bran! It’s almost important to not over-process the oats, the texture should be a chunky oat, not powder. With no substitutions, these cookies look and taste like old-timey perfection! Preparation Time: 5 Minutes Cooking Time: 12 Minutes Makes: 27-30 List of Ingredients: Ingredients for the cookies: ½ Teaspoon baking soda 2 Cups old-fashioned rolled oats 2 Cups unbleached all-purpose flour ½ Teaspoon salt ½ Teaspoon ground nutmeg 2 Teaspoons cinnamon 1 Cup light brown sugar packed ½ Cup granulated sugar 1 Cup of room temperature unsalted butter (2 sticks) 1 tablespoon baking powder

2 large eggs, room temperature 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract Ingredients for the icing: 2 Tablespoons warm water 3 Tablespoons heavy cream 2 Cups confectioners' sugar OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Prepare two baking sheets. Add the rolled oats to a food processor and don’t over process. Combine the flour, oats, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Whisk to combine and set aside. Beat the butter and add the sugars and until fluffy. Add one egg at a time and lightly beat in the vanilla. Add ⅓ of the oat and flour mixture to the butter and egg mixture, blend. Scoop and roll the dough into balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cookies cool. To prepare the icing combine the confectioners' sugar with the water and cream. Dip the tops of the cooled cookies into the icing.

6) No Bake Éclair Cake

Easy to make and even easier to enjoy is the no bake éclair cake! The hardest part about making this cake is not licking the spoon and indulging before it’s complete. Filled with yummy pudding like mixture and topped with a bite of crunch, this dessert fills all the taste bud needs! Preparation Time: 20 minutes Cooking Time: Zero! Just Chill for 30 minutes. Makes: 6-8 List of Ingredients: 2- 3.4 Ounces Boxes of Vanilla Instant Pudding 3 ¼ Cups of Milk 1 Container of Cool Whip 1 Box of Graham Crackers 1/3 Cup of Cocoa 1 Cup of Sugar ½ Cup of butter 1 teaspoon of vanilla OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix the two boxes of vanilla instant pudding, 3 cups of milk and the entire container of cool whip to create a pudding-like mixture. In a separate bowl, mix the coco, sugar, ¼ cup of milk, butter and vanilla to create a chocolate topping. In an 11-inch baking dish, layer the graham crackers on the bottom of the dish. Once the graham crackers are layer, spread the pudding mixture on top. After the pudding mixture I spread evenly, pour the chocolate mixture on top. Chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Serve when ready!

7) Do Nothing Cake

Made from scratch and ridiculously easy the Do-Nothing Cake lives up to its name! This recipe is similar to a dump cake where you just mix the cake Ingredients together and dump it into a baking pan. However, there is an extra step to take by poking holes in the cake for a one-of-a-kind frosting mixture. Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 35 minutes Makes: 15 List of Ingredients: Ingredients for the Cake: 1 teaspoon Vanilla A pinch of salt 2 Cups of Granulated Sugar 1 20 ounces can of Crushed Pineapple with Juice 1 teaspoon Baking Soda 2 Cups of All-Purpose Flour 2 Eggs

Ingredients for Frosting: 1 Cup Chopped Walnuts or Pecans 1 Cup Shredded Coconut 1 Stick (1/2 Cup) Butter 1 Cup Sugar 1 Can Evaporated Milk OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Instructions: Make sure your oven is preheated 350-degrees. In a larger sized bowl, mix all the cake Ingredients until joined together. Grease a 13×9 baking dish and pour mixture into pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or middle is done. Prepare the frosting while the cake is preparing in the oven. Bring the sugar, butter and the can of evaporated milk to a boil. Cook and stir repeatedly until thickened. Remove from hot stove and mix the nuts and coconut. Remove from oven and puncture small holes into the cake. Pour the frosting mix over the delicious, hot cake in even layers. The cake must cool before cutting and serving.

8) Frosted Sugar Cookies- Lofthouse Style

These are the cookies that everyone has tried whether they know it or not. They are popular in all grocery stores and once you taste the soft sugar cookie paired with the perfect frosting, you’ll never forget them. This recipe is close to the ones you buy in the store, but it will never be exact because Lofthouse keeps their secret recipe very secret! However, with the perfect amount of tweaking Ingredients (such as increased vanilla) these cookies can easily be identical to the originals. Preparation Time: 20 Minutes Cooking Time: 15 Minutes Makes: 5 to 6 Dozen List of Ingredients: Ingredients for cookies: 1 teaspoon of baking soda 6 Cups of all-purpose flour 2 Cups granulated sugar 1 Cup of room temperature butter 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1 1/2 of Cups Sour cream 3 eggs 2 Teaspoons of vanilla extract

1/4 Teaspoons of Salt Ingredients for frosting: 4 Cups of powdered sugar 1 Cup of room temperature butter 6 Tablespoons of heavy cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Sprinkles Food coloring OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Instructions: Mix the sugar and butter until fluffy and add eggs. Add the sour cream and vanilla until mixed. Add all the dry Ingredients. Make the dough divide into two sections. Chill in the refrigerator overnight or for two hours. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Grease pans with nonstick spray. Cut cookies out circles and transfer to a baking sheet. Bake for 7 minutes. For frosting, mix butter and vanilla. Slowly add powdered sugar. Once smooth, add in heavy cream, 1 tablespoon at a time Once cookies have cooled and frosting has set, completely, apply to cookies. To allow the flavor to really settle, let cookies sit for several hours.

9) Pumpkin Spice Cookies

All fall spices come together for one powerful cookie! Your tongue will jump with joy as pumpkin, vanilla and fall spices blast into your mouth. Not to mention these decadent cookies are rolled in cinnamon sugar for a delicious coating that give a hint of snickerdoodle. Preparation Time: 20 Minutes Cooking Time: 10 Minutes Makes: 30 List of Ingredients: ½ Cup of Canned Pumpkin 1 Large Egg 2 ½ Cups of All-Purpose Flour ¾ Teaspoons of Baking Soda 2/4 Cup of Brown Sugar 3 ½ Teaspoons of Cinnamon 1/8 Teaspoons of Ground Cloves 2 Teaspoons Cornstarch ½ Teaspoons of Cream of Tartar ¾ Cup of Granulated Sugar

½ Teaspoons Nutmeg ¼ Teaspoons of Salt 2 Teaspoons of Vanilla ¾ Cup of Unsalted Butter OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Instructions: Mix the flour, cream of tartar, cornstarch, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and ground cloves. In a separate bowl, mix sugars and butter then beat in vanilla, egg and pumpkin. Create a sticky dough but slowly adding the flour mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, Prepare pans. Mix the sugar and cinnamon for the coating. Form the dough balls and roll in the cinnamon sugar coating. Bake for about 8-10 minutes.

10) Shirley Temple Cherry Cake

Any prime adult will remember indulging in a Shirley Temple when growing up. Now, you can share this treasured drink as a delicious cake! This traditional Bundt cake with yummy maraschino cherries baked inside is also infused with a powdered sugar lemon glaze. If the lemon is too tart for some mouths, add some vanilla or almond flavoring to make it sweeter. Preparation Time: 20 Minutes Cooking Time: 1 ½ Hours Makes: 12 List of Ingredients: Ingredients for Cake: 1 ½ Cups of Softened Butter 3 Cups of Granulated Sugar 5 Eggs, Large is possible 3 Cups of All-Purpose Flour 2 Teaspoons Lemon Extract ¾ Cup of 7-Up 10 Ounces Maraschino Drained Cherries (Save the Juice!)

Ingredients for Glaze: 2 Cups of Powdered Sugar 1 teaspoon Lemon Extract 3-4 Tablespoons Milk OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Instructions: Preheat oven to 325-degrees. In large bowl mix softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mix until blended. Add flour and mix until smooth. Pour in lemon extract and 7-Up and beat to combine. Fold in cherries. Grease Bundt pan and dust with flour. Spread the batter into pan and bake for 1 ½ hours or until center is set. Allow the cake to cool for 10-15 minutes in the pan. Turn the cake onto serving dish and let cool slightly. Poke holes all over the top of the cake and pour reserved cherry juice over the top. Let cool completely. While cooling, mix glaze Ingredients and drizzle over the top of cake. Top with more cherries if desired.

11) Peach Cobbler Cake

Warm Peach Cobbler swaying in your mouth with a scoop of cold icecream is a dream come true. Peach Cobbler may be a southern tradition, but don’t think northerners can’t enjoy this heavenly delight! This soft cake is filled with juicy peached and a buttery topping that adds just a pinch of extra flavor to this cake. Preparation Time: 20 Minutes Cooking Time: 55 Minutes Makes: 12 List of Ingredients: 1 Regular Box of Yellow Cake Mix (will be divided) 1 Pack of Active Dry Yeast 1 Cup of All-Purpose Flour 2/3 Cup Water – Warm 2 – 21 Ounces Cans of Pie Filling Peach Flavor ½ Cup (1 Stick) of Butter 1 Cup Powdered Sugar 3-4 Tablespoons Milk 2 Eggs OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 x 13 baking pan. Set aside 2 cups of the cake mix. Mix the 2 cups of cake mix, along with yeast and flour. Pour in warm water and stir, then add eggs and continue stirring (batter will be clumpy) Spread the mixture into baking dish. Spread cans of peach pie filling on top of cake batter. In a bowl, combine the rest of the cake mix with softened butter for a clumpy mixture. Sprinkle this mixture over the pie filling. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until topping is golden brown. While cake is cooling, combine powdered sugar and milk. Drizzle icing over cake. Slice and serve.

12) Dutch Butter Cake

A cake that is all about butter? Yes, please! The Netherlands are known for a rich, buttery cake called Dutch Boterkoek. This famous butter cake is an uber soft, decadent shortbread that only takes four Ingredients to make at home. Take a minute to enjoy the flavor and texture of this cake, but since this cake is all about butter – be sure to use good quality product! Preparation Time: 10 Minutes Cooking Time: 30 Minutes Makes: 8-10 List of Ingredients: 2 Cups of All-Purpose Flour 1 Cup of Unsalted Butter (remember good quality!) 2/3 Cup of Sugar ¼ Teaspoons Salt OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8×8 baking dish with foil and spray lightly. Melt butter and mix it with the flour, sugar, and salt until just combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of prepared pan.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the edges turn golden. A huge surprise is the middle will still be gooey, but the cake is done. Allow to cool completely before removing. Cut into squares and enjoy!

13) Nutella Cookies

These Nutella filled cookies are made with simple Ingredients, but most importantly burst with a molten Nutella core! Since Nutella made its debut into the world, we all know at least one person who is proudly obsessed. Preparation Time: 20 Cooking Time: 10 Makes: 20 List of Ingredients: 3/4 Cup Nutella at room temperature 1 large egg at room temperature 1 Cup all-purpose-flour spoon and level Ingredients for cookie filling: 1/4 Cup chopped hazelnuts 1/2 Cup Nutella at room temperature OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Instructions: In the bowl, whisk together the egg and Nutella. Add flour and mix until combined. Cover bowl and rest in the fridge for 10-15 minutes. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Scoop out dough and form 20-25 cookie balls. Place cookie balls on the baking sheet. Make a dent in the center of each cookie and fill with Nutella. Sprinkle nuts on top of the Nutella. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.

14) Harry Potter Butterbeer Cookies

No need to pay thousands of dollars to enter Universal’s Harry Potter World to taste the famous butterbeer because we have the recipe right here! It’s easy to be swept away into the wizarding world with these sweet old-fashioned blends of vanilla and butterscotch loaded with toffee bits! Some of you might remember a time when your grandfather used to make peanut butter and bacon sandwiches, and some of you may have never heard of this combination. Either way, this cookie is for you! Instructions: To make the cookie cake: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking sheets Mix butter and sugars. Stir in egg and vanilla extract. Mix all dry Ingredients in another bowl and add them to a butter mixture. This will create a thick dough. Stir in the chocolate chips. Press the dough into cake pan. Bake for 21-24 minutes Remove from oven and prepare rest of cake. While the cookie cake cools, prepare the brownie section: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Prepare greased pan. Make the brownie by adding the butter and chocolate and set it over a pot of hot water. Once melted, stir until smooth. Mix vanilla extract, sugar and eggs in a bowl. Combine dry Ingredients in another medium bowl. Mix egg and chocolate mixture. Stir the flour creation into the chocolate creation. Bake for 35-38 minutes. Remove brownie from oven and cool. While the brownie cools, prepare the Oreo cake: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Prepare pan. Mix together sour cream, egg whites, milk and vanilla extract. Once mixed, add flour and mix again. Add melted butter to the mixture. Stir in Oreo crumbs and the chopped Oreos.

Bake for 34-36 minutes. Remove from oven and cool and set aside. When the cake layers are ready, make the frosting: Mix shortening and butter together. Add half of the powdered sugar, mix until smooth. Add cocoa powder, vanilla extract and 4 Tablespoons of walk/milk. Add remaining powder sugar. Add additional water to the frosting Put the layers together: Remove the top edges from the cookie cake and remove the dome from the top of the Oreo cake. If the brownie is not flat, trim it until it is flat. Place the cookie on serving platter with 1 cup of frosting in a smooth layer. Add additional crushed Oreos to the top of the frosting. Add the Oreo cake and top with 1 cup of frosting. Add additional crushed Oreos to the top of the frosting. Place the brownie to the top of the cake. Add a coat of Oreo crumbs and frost the outside of the cake. If a chocolate ganache is desired, add additional chocolate chips to a heatproof bowl. Microwave your heavy whipping cream until boiling and pour on the chocolate chips. Then cover the bowl for 5 minute and whisk until smooth. Drizzle the chocolate ganache down the sides of the cake.
