See how far away you can see the letters on the bottom line without strain or effort. The exercises for improving memory and imagination and central fixation can best be performed with the aid of this Test Card. Wear your glasses as little as possible. The best results are obtained when they are discarded altogether. The main points of the natural treatment of defective vision are : Palming, swinging, blinking, splashing the eyes with cold water, and exposing them closed to the sun's rays.
