NIMITZ CARRIER STRIKE GROUP CSG-11

On November 14, 2004, fighter pilot Commander David Fravor of the USS Nimitz Carrier Strike

Group (CSG) claims to have investigated a target radar off the coast of southern California. Fravor said the radar operator had informed him 8

that USS Princeton (CG-59), part of CSG, had tracked an unknown object for two weeks before incident. These objects will usually appear in an altitude of 80,000 feet (24,000 m) before descending

quickly towards the sea, and stopped at a height 20,000 feet (6,100 m) and hovering. Fravor then reported that he saw an object, white and oval, hovering above some kind of disturbance in the sea.

He estimated that the object was approx 40 feet (12 m). Fravor and another pilot, Alex Dietrich,

said in an interview that total four people (two pilots and two system officers armament in the rear seats of both aircraft) watched the object for about 5 minutes. Fravor said that as he circled down to approach an object, the object rises, reacts to maneuver the plane, until finally the object disappear. Finally the second wave of planes fighter takes off from Nimitz to investigate, in it included pilot Lieutenant Commander Chad 9

Underwood. Unlike Fravor, a fighter plane Underwood is equipped with an infrared camera advanced (FLIR). Underwood shot a FLIR video, and

who first coined the term "Tic Tac" for describes infrared images, but himself himself did not visually see the object.

The incident occurred during launch preparations Nimitz Carrier Strike Group (CSG) during the month November and December 2004 in the SOCAL Area of Operations

(Southern California) off the coast of California and

Mexico. The CSG consists of: 10

USS PRINCETON (CG-59)

In this section we will discuss detection Anomalous Aerial Vehicle (AAV) by the Cruiser USS

Princeton. USS Princeton is part of the Carrier Nimitz Carrier Strike Group (CSG), this event occurred during the period around 10-16 November 2004

when the ship completes Tailored Training Ships Availability (TSTA) in preparation for their deployment to the Sea in Arabia. During COMPTUX,

13

which is intermediate level training for elements of the Nimitz Carrier Strike Group (CSG) before

placement, Princeton on several occasions detected multiple AAVs operating within and around the location.

Fire Control Officer Gary Voorhis and his technician FCCS (Fire Control Technician

Senior Chief Petty Officer) Kevin Day initially thought

that contact is part of the COMPTUX practice. According to Senior Chief Kevin Day, the AAV will drop from

very high heights into the volume AN/SPY-1 RADAR scanning at high speed. 14

Limits

part

on

volume

scanning

will

puts the AAV higher than 60,000 feet.

The AAV will descend "very quickly" from about 60,000 feet

(18,288 meters) to about 50 feet (15.24 meters) deep

seconds. They will then float away (hover) for a short time and then take off at high speed and at a high turning rate shows acceleration capability (G=Gravity) advanced level. Senior Chief Kevin Day added that based on his experience, namely 17 years 15

as Fire Control aboard the Aegis Cruiser, AAV showing the Characteristics of Ballistic Missiles refers to

on appearance, speed, and indication on radar. Because the radar is in mode to handle Air Interception of conventional aircraft never Obtain accurate traces of AAV and quickly "dropped" by radar or eliminated by computer to reduce the amount of noise on the radar, such as

like a fake target being handled. If the radar is set in mode for Ballistic Missile tracking there it is likely that the radar will have the capability to track AAV. These objects are detected in three separate times within a week of operation It takes place off the west coast of America United States and Mexico.

Tactical Air Defense Officer at on board Princeton was unable to identify the contact radar and become confused considering the speed and

such an unusual height. Officer Meteorologist (METOC) aboard Princeton finally 16

try to give an explanation that the weather is on high altitude can create phenomena where Ice crystals can form and be detected by radar AN/SPY-1.

On November 14, 2004, after returning detected the AAV, Senior Chief Kevin Day finally requested assistance from two F/A-18 fighters 17

air around it and assign them to carry out aerial reconnaissance of the AAV. F/A-18C VMFA-232 (Douglas Kurth)

When this incident occurred Lt.Col.Douglas Kurth Marine Squadron Commander VMFA-232, medium

flew the F/A-18C single-seat fighter aircraft launched from the USS Nimitz around 1030L to perform a Functional Check Flight of aircraft that has just finished processing significant maintenance.

18

He noted the weather that day was blue skies, nothing

clouds, and unlimited visibility. After 30 minutes on his flight, he received a radio call from the air control officer who asked him to investigate unknown air contact. Not this one standard request. In addition the control officer asked

Did he carry any weapons on his plane, here strange because usually there is never a control officer

who asked that question in the situation identify unknown contacts in US territory or International. He replied that he didn't have weapons on board. Control officer then provides vector direction to the location. Object

it was reported to be at “low speed and low altitude". 19

While on the go and in

around

speed 250 knots (463 km/h) /400 knots

(740.8

km/h) ground speed, at altitude moderate (15-25,000 feet, 4,572-7,620 meters), he

getting radar contact from what he believes as two F/A-18F fighters approached AAV from the west at low altitude (500-5,000 feet, 152.4-1,524 meters). No other traffic detected on radar. The control officer told him to stay above 10,000 feet (3,048 meters), because there was other fighter traffic at low altitude who investigates AAV.

As he approached with a distance of about 15nm (27,780 meters) from the AAV, then descends to a height of approx

20

At 15,000 feet (4,572 meters), he could see the water disturbance

at sea level. He remembered at that time the conditions

the sea is low (calm). At a distance of about 510 nm (9,260-18,520 meters) from AAV, control officer told him to “just get through it” and return to the area

the operation. Since he was close, he chose to fly above those water disturbances to try and see what causes it. The disturbance appears to be 50 to 100 in diameter meters and almost round. It's the only area and type

white water activity that can be seen and reminded him similar to something with quickly sinking from the surface of the sea like a ship

submarine or a sunken ship. That's a nuisance too looks like an area of water where waves break on

on a reef or island that barely sinks. He flew past the disturbance and turned to Northwest. As he flew, he could see the disturbance

it's gone and can no longer identify the place happen. He did not see any objects or ships 21

associated with disturbances both above the surface,

on the surface, or below the surface. Neither did he

had visual contact with the aircraft another fighter whose vector is directed to a location or AAV. There is a possibility that the disorder is caused by

AAV but it is a "covert" or invisible AAV by the human eye.

Lt. Col. Douglas Kurth then landed on board Nimitz mains around 1200L. He reported to Carrier

Intelligence Center (CVIC) and was asked by a intelligence officer, did he see “Tic Tac supersonic"?

F/A-18F VFA-41 (Alex Dietrich)

This section tells the story of the F/A pilots. 18 and the squadron's weapons operators (WSO). VFA-41 Black Aces (from the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz CVN-68)

who gets visual and sensory contact with an unidentified object or AAV (Anomalous Aerial Vehicle) on 14 November 2004 around N31 20' W117 10' about 70nm (129.64 km) south US/Mexico border 30 nm (5.60 km) from Baja Beach Mexico.

24

On November 14, 2004, USS Nimitz Battle The Group is conducting a training mission in the Region US Navy operations approximately 80 nautical miles (NM, 148

km) west of the San Diego coast. The purpose of This training is to train aircraft carrier operations, launch and recovery, safety drills aviation, and combat scenarios. Weather conditions 25

The day was sunny without clouds and the sea was calm.

Visibility is unrestricted and the sky is blue. Fravor (Cdr Dave Fravor) is the fighter squadron commander VFA-41 Black Aces from the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN-68).

Dietrich (Lt.Alex Dietrich) with WSO (Weapon System

His Officer) and Fravor with his WSO were identified

as the first wave of the F-18 cycle that day and hence, it was launched the very first. "Roger" (nickname) was around at the time 120 NM (222 km) from training and assigned location as a radar operator for the E-2C Hawkeye radar aircraft (from VFW-117 squadron of the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz CVN-68)

which functions as an air traffic controller. At approximately 1200 hours EST, Dietrich launched from the US

Nimitz. Dietrich as the pilot was driving aircraft while its WSO is placed in the seat behind. At launch, Dietrich and his WSO immediately meet with Cdr. David Fravor and his WSO.

26

Dietrich's F/A-18F fighter aircraft and its WSO serves as a "wingman" for fighter aircraft Fravor's F/A-18F and its WSO. Once they reach designated training venue, Dietrich and Fravor F18 was involved in a "Red Air vs Blue Air" scenario

regular combat practice with "Roger" works as an air traffic controller. Around 1230, during the "reset" mission, an unknown female voice

from the Cruiser USS Princeton (CG-59) interrupting their combat routine and announce changes to the direction vector with quick. Henceforth the female control officer We give it the nickname "Poison". After hearing the "Poison" command, Fravor realized that the re-vectoring was done apparently

is in the opposite direction to the direction the journey of the USS Nimitz aircraft carrier fleet.

However, the two Navy pilots F18 didn't pay much attention to the request This is partly due to concerns about materials 27

burn those limited ones, Fraver then requested another group of F-18s responded to the call. At this moment, the sound of “Poison” became more purposeful

in his tone and ordered the two F-18s to go to the new operating area.

The two F-18 fighters later make a battle formation and continue the journey to a new location. Dietrich's plane was located approx

within 0.3 NM (556 meters) behind the aircraft Fravor and the two F-18s moved east with an altitude of about 10,000-20,000 feet (30486096 meters) towards San Clemente Island. Dietrich

asked Fravor, "What do you think? shall we face it?" which was then responded by Fravor. "Probably a drug dealer." Dietrich then commented to Fravor, "Bad ass" ("Excellent").

When the two F-18 planes approached the area new operation, “Poison” from the Cruiser USS 28

Princeton

to

inform

they,

“Approaching the merge plot (target location)”.

At that time, “Poison” asked, “What are the weapons what did you bring? Fravor responds to “Poison,” No Yes, just ammunition for practice.

When the two F-18s approached the target location,

“Poison” starts counting down the time intercept, "Two minutes until merge plot (location target)". Finally, “Poison” informs “merge plot (target location)" has been reached and says, "You should be able to see it visually."

As Dietrich looked down at the sea from the cockpit,

they saw a small patch of sea water, wide 29

about 60 feet (18.3 meters) high by 80 feet long (24.4 meters) which looks wavy and turbulent in the between calm seas. The disorder is not uncommon

because there is no clear cause. That area The whole looks like an oval shape "turbulent". Near the center of the disturbance, water is visible

lighter in color and smoother as if there was a an unknown object has just sunk below surface. Dietrich thinks that at that time they thought they were

witnessed an accident, perhaps an accident which is not an unidentified aircraft, so that within them there is a mental transition from

interception to search and rescue missions.

30

Translated from Indonesian to English - www.onlinedoctranslator.com

About two seconds after noticing the water disturbance

the unusual, Dietrich describes witnessed an unidentified aerial object (UAS, Unidentified Aerial System) across the disturbance area

the sea water. The shape of the unknown object elongated, approximately 30-40 feet (912 meters), white in color and described as similar

mint candy "tic-tac". The object does not have control surfaces, smooth evenly, without windows, doors, or lights. The object is not

transparent with solid, clear edges. That object does not appear to emit light nor does it have 31

visible smoke trail. The object appears to be moving from left to right above the sea water disturbance on elevation is approximately 1000-3000 feet (304.8-914.4 meters).

The object appears to be moving at a speed of approx 300-500 knots (556-926 km per hour) in a line course straight. Dietrich did not know the origin of the object or

its purpose but believes that sea water interference in

the bottom may be in contact with the object

the. Dietrich immediately became worried and initially thought

that perhaps this sea water disturbance is a secret

Unannounced US Navy test example try a secret missile or a US Navy submarine. Therefore they worry that the object can poses a threat, especially considering the facts that their two F-18s were unarmed at all. After noticing the object, Fravor spoke over the radio, "I'm in (ambush maneuver)!" to which Dietrich replied, “I watched from 32

higher ground". Fravor maneuvered aggressive turning by dropping the plane while turning at the same time to catch up that object. It turns out that the object is like following the maneuvers carried out by Fravor, Dietrich

pay attention to the object immediately respond Fravor's change of direction.

Dietrich indicated that the object was starting making intentional changes in height and its angle responds to Fravor's aircraft maneuvers

in a way that seems to defy the laws of physics flight. The object is instantaneous - but with a controlled and intelligent way – move quickly at such an absurd angle that the F-18 they don't have the possibility to intercept it. Fravor and his WSO are approx within 1000-3000ft of the object (305-915 meters) when objects turn around and "point at them". Fravor

try a maneuver or two with the F18 them to avoid his ambush but object 33

it appears to remain positively and dominantly in control

airspace during the interception.

During the incident neither of the two It was the F-18 that had radar contact with object; however “Roger” (E2C Hawkeye) and “Poison” (U.S.S

Princeton) confirmed radar contact. After about 8 to 10 seconds, both Dietrich and Fravor lost visual contact with object. When Dietrich looked back at the area in sea where the disturbance occurs, sea water is visible

normal and calm with no signs of objects who drowned.

34

F/A-18F VFA-41 (David Fravor)

CDR (Commander, Commander, rank in the Navy United States equivalent to Lieutenant Colonel) Dave Fravor is Squadron Commander VFA-41 Black Aces at the time this event occurred, and at that time

he was also a pilot of the code F/A-18F aircraft FastEagle 01. He and LT Dietrich were on the plane-

aircraft from the F/A-18F group of aircraft first airborne that day from squadron VFA-41.

35

The flight runs, starts and launches smoothly no problems. They take off from the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz and flew to the location

training. After they complete the training The controller on the E-2C Hawkeye aircraft switches control to a controller named "Poison" on the Cruiser USS Princeton where they are receives vector direction via Bearing Range Altitude

Aspect (BRAA) to a flying contact that does not known to be heading to their training location from the south. Poison asks what weapons that's on their plane they. Officer Officer LT “X” ordnance notifies the control officer 36

“Poison” that they only carry Captive Air Training Missiles AIM-9M (CATM-9) and none other weaponry. After that the flight lowered to altitude 20-24,000 feet (60.96-7,315.2 meters) and then continued the journey to contact, CDR Fravor did not remembering any indication via the object's sensors installed on the plane. Their plane was a coincidence

does not carry infrared or Forward sensor pods Looking Infrared (FLIR). Apart from that, as CDR Fravor recalls,

Radar Attack Display screen is clean (no targets). F/A-

Their 18F has an APG-73 radar and is set to following parameters:

- Range While Search (RWS) - Range Gated High (Range Gated High) - 80NM scale (148,160 meters)

CDR Fravor and LT Dietrich try to get objects visually as they hear the message "merge plot" (a sign of having arrived at the contact location) from

37

Poison.

Situation Awareness (Situation Awareness)

against the object initially received via the Link-16 track (information from the input network of several sensors inside

CG-11 fleet) sporadically via off-board sensors. LT Dietrich assumes the primary sensor provides information is the USS Cruiser's SPY-1 radar Princeton. According to CDR Fravor the first indication that

he had about the unknown contact was appearance of disturbances in sea water below the AAV. Moment

he checked the area, finally he succeeded find the unknown object. Important for noted that when asked to describe the disruption to sea water that he stated the distraction is just under the object, and not looks like a wave crashing, the disturbance is visible

like foamy water or boiling water scum. After that the CDR Fravor plane parted ways with FASTEAGLE02 at an altitude of approximately 20,000 feet (6,096

meters), FASTEAGLE01 descends to an altitude of 12-16,000

feet (3,657.6-4,876.8 meters). Then CDR Fravor 38

try to lock the target with a helmet (helmet lock) but it didn't work. It is important to note that CDR Fravor uses Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing System that will be integrated with aircraft sensors, for example radar to "lock on" to what the pilot sees and this helmet also has recording capabilities. Matter

These may be useful in special situations such as This is usually due to the large use of movement head, wearing a helmet becomes impractical according to Fravor. CDR Fravor stated that the recording capabilities of the helmet are rarely used by

therefore he didn't think of using it on that day.

Armament Officer LT “X” communicated what they saw with Poison control officers and said he ran the lines on the radio interflight with FastEagle 02. CDR Fravor stated that the object was moving like a harrier (airplane VTOL, Vertical Take Off Landing). According to CDR Fravor,

the object is shaped like an elongated egg or "Tic 39

Tac" (a type of candy) and has a center line horizontal that looks like an axis.

According to him, the object was white evenly throughout

its surface. The object is approximately long about 46 feet (14 meters). Ordnance Officer LT “X” describes it as “a white thing solid, smooth, without edges". The object is uniform in color

without nacelles, pylons or wings." When asked to describes the appearance of the object, what the object is

it shines or reflects the sun's rays 40

said, “not really, it looks like it has white candy-coated shell, almost plank-like white." His report differs from CDR Fravor's because he

reported a moving object at low altitude of approx

500-1000 feet (152.4-304.8 meters) at speed at around 500 knots (926 km per hour).

The tip of the object points north/south and moves to

north & south and east & west, while maintain consistent height. According to CDR Fravor does not change location significance of the object.

41

Fravor said he then began to descend with the aim of approaching the object deeply attempt to identify visually. Aircraft begins to descend when performing the rolled in maneuver from

about 10,000 feet (3,048 meters) and about 350 knots (648.2 km per hour) to approach objects from a distance

near. CDR Fravor pulled the steering stick and then shadow the object from behind. Moment they maneuvered, that object according to CDR Fravor

as if aware of their existence. He assessed this because the tip of the object moves directly towards

their plane. Currently, according to CDR Fravor, there is disturbance in sea water

has stopped. As they complete the maneuver that, the object rose very quickly and them at supersonic speed. CDR Fravor change the radar set to the Short Range radar Radar) and asks for “picture” information from Poison control officer aboard the Cruiser USS Princeton.

Poison initially reported that picture was "clean" 42

but then stated "you won't believe it This, this object is now in CAP (Combat Air Patrol) you” which means that AAV has flown to CAP their training, located at the southern end of the area Such training and objects have risen to great heights about 24,000 feet.

CDR Fravor stated that they then trying to recover the object and but they didn't find the disturbance whatever. CDR Fravor stated that there was none visible on the surface or below the surface and there are no indications of the previous disturbance happen.

After this incident, they regrouped and returned to the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz. When asked

how does the plane's jet engine work and what is it there are indications of system damage, he stated that

"The jet engine is new, with less service life out of 100 hours, the jet engine worked perfectly."

Armament Officer LT “X” when asked, 43

said that all the plane's systems were working, that there are no mission computer problems or issues

avionics and that there is no radio interference or communications and that they can get into the network

Link-16. When asked by the Ordnance Officer LT "X" cannot confirm whether at the time of the incident it's a physiological or psychological feeling that doesn't exist normal.

44

F/A-18F VFA-41 (Chad Underwood)

Lt Chad Underwood is a member of the squadron VFA-41 Black Aces and is an Officer Weapons and Sensors (WSO) flying with LT pilot "Y". They are part of the aircraft groupthe second F/A-18F aircraft in the air that day from squadron VFA-41 Black Aces.

45

Their flight was launched after the flight FASTEAGLE (Fravor and Dietrich). The crew talked with each other in a paraloft room (inner room aircraft carrier), they discussed objects and schedules

flights for the same work area. FASTEAGLE flights notify LT flights Underwood about what they saw and suggested that LT Underwood look for and record anything he encounters.

LT Underwood's flight later runs, starts and launches accordingly plan. They took off from the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz, climb to the specified altitude and then head to the location area to start flight training. According to L.T. Underwood 46

it was a sunny day. There are no clouds and no horizon (horizon line) is clearly visible. The time at that time was approx.

approx 1500L. Their flight met with E-2C Hawkeye aircraft and then split up with him. Their F-18 jet was speeding towards south. They fly at a height of 20.00 feet (6,096 meters) and flies on an endurance profile maximum (maximum endurance profile) with land speed (ground speed) around 300 knots (556 km per hour).

All on board systems function normally. Radar is located

in standard search mode (RWS/80NM/4bar/intr) and FLIR is in the L+S setting. No radio or communication breakdown and they have entered connected to the Link-16 network (integrated network

with sensors on the USS aircraft carrier fleet Nimitz). They gain situational awareness (Situation Awareness) via radar (from aircraft radar

Their F-18, E-2C Hawk Eye aircraft radar and radar cruiser USS Princeton). 47

According to the radar display, the initial track is located at a distance of around 30-40nm (56-74 km) to the south

EA normal"). It looks as if the radar can't detect it. Radar cannot receive information which is enough to create a single target path file (single track target). FLIR, in L+S setting, points in the direction of the initial track files on the radar

try locking. FLIR shows 0 ATA objects and altitude is about -5 degrees. According to L.T. Underwood,

"best guess the target is at co-altitude or about several thousand feet below them," he said estimates that the object is somewhere in between height 15-20 thousand feet (4,572-6,096 meters). Object

according to FLIR, it is stationary in place. There is no movement shown by the object so the effect the visible movement is the apparent effect resulting from The (relative) movement of the aircraft. When L.T. Underwood

observing the object, it begins to move outward 49

from the FLIR field of view towards the left. LT Underwood made no attempt to change FLIR's direction and

then lose situational awareness that object. The flight then continued with training missions without further contact with

that object. LT Underwood clearly said that he was can't be sure that it is that object just as described by aviation FASTEAGLE before. He never saw visually, he only sees objects through FLIR. He reaffirms that all systems are on The plane was all functioning at that time.

E-2C HAWK EYE (VAW-117)

The events below occur after object interception by FASTEAGLE flights.

51

On board the “Banger” (E2C Hawkeye) flight crew (who had been listening to radio transmissions from the fast crew

Eagle) has tracked the object in the display system advanced technology called CEC (Cooperative engagement capabilities).

52

One radar operator who wishes to remain anonymous

told that he heard fear on pilot's voice. And he knew that this wasn't practice, it was wrong

call “Roger” to protect his identity, because he doesn't want to be known to the public but he wants to contribute

to verify the story that this event is true happen.

53

According to him there were five people on the E2C Hawkeye aircraft

At that time, Roger was sitting in the radar officer's seat

facing backwards with a location in the middle aircraft. Suddenly his attention was attracted to something

which is outside the E2C Hawkeye aircraft.

54

He and the rest of the E2C Hawkeye crew watched with

stated that at the time the incident occurred they detect an object that is moving with very fast under the sea.

57

At that time the nuclear submarine USS Louisville (SSN-724)

the 6,000 ton one was patrolling right there below sea level, then sonar equipment on The submarine detected an object is under the sea and moves very fast with speed of more than 70 knots (130 km per hour). As comparison of maximum speeds of nuclear submarines

(Arms Control Officer), both had served aboard the Cruiser USS Princeton.

60

Translated from Indonesian to English - www.onlinedoctranslator.com

Kevin Day

Kevin Day said, “Surprisingly, all recordings communications aboard the USS Princeton were lost that week

everything”. But he had no information how did it happen.

61

Gary Voorhis

Gary Voorhis said, “There's something strange

at that moment, a helicopter landed on the USS Princeton, a group of people came down, they 62

enter the ship and ask for all the recorded data There is. After that I was asked to hand over everything

tape recording data, and even all (sensors) that data not recorded must also be deleted. I do not never been told the reason for deleting this data, and I

I also don't know where all the data goes the recording. This is an incident that unusual because I've never been asked to do it this before.” Was there an attempt by the United States Navy to cover up this incident?

ORIGINAL VIDEO

On September 27 2019 on Channel YouTube The Nimitz Encounter, Dave Beaty interviewed Jason Turner who had served with the rank of Petty Officer Third Class aboard the USS Princeton in the Medical and Supply section.

64

Jason Turner stated that he had friends who works in the SSES (Ship Signal Exploitation) section

Space) and even though the location is wrong one location is classified (secret), but Jason has Top Secret Clearance permission because of him

served in the Supply department. One day when he

is delivering computer equipment to the location

the, at a distance of 5-10 feet (1.5-3.0 meters) he looked at

on the left, the first computer on the left displays a video showing a unidentified white object. The video shows very clear picture, very clear video and the object seems to be moving erratically and turning with very high g (gravity) forces. 65

When

jet

planes

(F-18)

try

intercept it from behind, the object with will easily escape. The quality of the video is also very clear when displaying images from FLIR (Forward Looking Infra Red), when moving around

from FLIR mode, dark to light is also very visible clear, not like the video we see now which is very spotty and very difficult to see the details. Very clearly the object is colored white and shaped like tic tac candy, besides Jason also looked under the object as if it were there

his legs. Jason stated that age In his life he had never seen such an object.

66

According to Jason Turner, the duration of the video he saw

is between 7-10 minutes.

Apart from Jason Turner, it was AD1(AW) Ryan Weigelt

served as a Helicopter Training Instructor Maintenance on the cruiser USS Princeton (CG-59)

I've also seen the video.

EVIDENCE AN/ASQ-228 ATFLIR (F/A-18F)

AN/ASQ-228 Advanced Targeting Forward-Looking Infrared (ATFLIR) is an electro-optical targeting pod multi-sensor incorporating a thermographic camera,

low light television cameras, laser targets rangefinder/laser designator, and laser spot tracker

developed and produced. by Raytheon. This used to provide navigation and targeting 83

for military aircraft in bad weather and using precision-guided munitions such as bombs laser guided. It's meant to be replaces the previous AN/AAS-38 Nite Hawk pod in US Navy service. ATFLIR is currently only used by the US Navy on the Boeing F/A-18E/F Super Hornet and F/A-18C/D

before and with Marine Corps F/A-18Cs when placed on board an aircraft carrier. This is normal carried out on one of the fuselage anchors or used for the AIM-120 AMRAAM missile.

When this incident occurred, 1 F/A-18F aircraft (from squadron VFA-41 Black Aces, aircraft carrier USS Nimitz

CVN-68, where Lieutenant Chad Underwood served

84

as a weapons or Weapon Systems officer Officer) equipped with an ATFLIR pod. So UFO Tic Tac

was recorded by ATFLIR, however circulating in the public is only a resolution video low with a duration of only about 1 minute. But according to testimony from Jason Turner and Ryan Weigelt

cruiser USS Princeton (CG-59) there is a video high resolution with a duration of around 7-10 minutes. So actually there are 2 pieces of ATFLIR Video evidence:

1. ATFLIR Low Resolution Video 2. ATFLIR High Resolution Video RADAR AN/SPY-1 (USS Princeton CG-59)

85

AN/SPY-1 is the Force's 3-Dimensional radar system

United States Sea produced by the company Lockheed Martin. This radar uses a system electronic scanning is passive and is a component key to the Aegis Combat System. This system is controlled

computer, and uses four antennas to scan 360 degrees.

The AN/SPY-1 radar on board the cruiser USS Princeton (CG-59) is a "detector eye enemy in the air" from the Nimitz carrier strike force (CVN-68).

86

The AN/SPY-1 radar has a maximum range 175 nmi (201 mi; 324 km), range altitude maximum 60,000 feet (18,288 meters), and capability tracks a maximum of 800 targets.

Prior to November 14, 2004, the AN/SPY-1 radar was on

cruiser USS Princeton (CG-59) has repeatedly detect unknown objects. At least 4 crew members the cruiser USS Princeton (CG-59) was a witness namely: Kevin Day, Gary Voorhis, Karson Kammerzell and Elders(Poison). However, the results of the ship's AN/SPY-1 radar recording

cruiser USS Princeton (CG-59) unpublished. Gary Voorhis testified that he saw people who came by helicopter to take the recorded data and ordered to delete all recorded data that existed at that time.

AN/BQQ-10 ARCI SONAR (USS Louisville SSN-724)

The AN/BQQ-10 A-RCI sonar system is a system underwater sensing used by ships US military submarine. This system uses active sonar

and passive sonar to carry out anti-war activities submarines (Anti Submarine Warfare ASW) and submarine underwater operations activities. Acoustic energy

processed and displayed to enable officers sonar operators detect, classify, localize, and track enemy submarines and all other underwater objects (e.g. ships sea surface, mines, seabed features, etc.).

88

A friend of Gary Voorhis (who didn't want to given name) who works as an officer sonar operator on the submarine USS Louisville (SSN-724)

stated that at the time the event occurred unknown objects detected by radar AN/SPY-1 cruiser USS Princeton (CG-59), them also detects an object that is moving with very fast under the sea. At that time the nuclear submarine USS Louisville (SSN-724)

INFO FROM CHARLES JAMES HALL

"Walking with the Tall Whites", is the title of a film new to the Amazon Prime platform tells the story of the experiences of Charles James Hall,

who claimed that he had lived with-

94

the same as extraterrestrials for about two year. While most of the stories are meetings with aliens tends to be brief, Hall claims that he slowly learned to communicate and finally know them very well. Hall enlisted in the United States Air Force in in 1964 and was assigned to a weather observer post

remote at Nellis Air Force Base outside Las Vegas, Nevada, in '65. There, he was assigned to observe weather patterns at the shooting range, Indian Springs.

95

In the film "Walking with the Tall Whites", Hall viewed UFO video footage that was validated as authentic by the US Navy. According to him, what?

called “Tic Tac” UFO video footage matches what what he knew about Tall's surveillance plane White Aliens. Thus, he had no doubt that The video is genuine and related to the creature he already has known for a long time.

96

Since 1967, Hall has not seen the Tall Whites again

but they may still visit Earth. He kept waiting for opportunities for opportunities

meet them again someday. By overall, the experience was interesting, and he seemed to believe what he said sincerely.

Contact With Primitive Tribes

In mid-2008 a tribe was discovered primitive Amazonian Indians in Brazil, South America

never had contact with civilization modern humans. A plane flew later passed by and took photos and videos above village of a primitive Amazonian Indian tribe. We can imagine the confusion and perhaps the fear experienced by the inhabitants of primitive tribes

The Amazon Indians are probably the first to be The first time I saw an airplane flying by above the sky. In the photo above you can see 2 people

immediately aimed their bows and arrows to an airplane, this indicates fear they feel because it's very possible they haven't I've never seen an airplane at all. They may feel that what they see is is a very strange object that has never been they have seen before.

98

The incident above is very likely what happened by several people who saw a UFO (Unidentified Flying Object) or BETA (Strange Flying Object) for the first time. Based on the assumption that UFOs is a flying vehicle made by a technological civilization very sophisticated creatures belonging to ET (Extraterrestrials) or

Extraterrestrials and they come from the system stars that are many light years away then Of course the technology they have is great sophisticated and quite possibly far beyond technology

owned by human civilization on planet earth we are at the moment.

Technosignatures are technological traces of a civilization, in this context a civilization referred to is an Extraterrestrial civilization or Extraterrestrial Creatures.

100

In the diagram the factors are mentioned extrapolation of the technology of our civilization on earth

can generate technosignatures. We will more confident that a technosignature might exist

if we also understand and implement that technology. For example, lasers and radio signals are

Popular search targets for technosignatures because Earth's human civilization is able to detect it themselves such signals at interstellar distances. This which is referred to as“Low Extrapolation from Earth

101

2000 Tech”or “Low Extrapolation of Technology Earth in the 2000s." Nevertheless, the creation of the Dyson Sphere (structure

a ball-shaped giant that is theorized to be possible

harnessing the energy of a star) is far away in beyond the capabilities of current human civilization on earth, and

some of the proposed technosignatures (e.g exotic propulsion systems such as antimatter propulsion, teleportation and anti-gravity machines)

requires extrapolation beyond the best our understanding of basic physics. This is referred to as“High Extrapolation from Earth 2000 Tech”or “High Extrapolation from Earth Technology era

2000s”. In short, the technology of ET civilization is already there If it is too sophisticated then it will be difficult for us to analyze it. This

which may lead to analytical efforts UFOs are scientifically difficult to do. Even discussion UFOs are now scientifically inclined to be included in in the paranormal category because it might be very difficult

102

to be understood scientifically. All discussion efforts

Scientifically UFOs will usually be categorized as pseudoscience. Pseudoscience is a statement, a purported belief or experiment scientific and factual but not compatible with current scientific methods. Even though there is also categorizes the discussion of UFOs collectively

scientific asp. Protoscience is a field of study that has not been tested adequately or is at a stage The beginning of the scientific method, this effort involved collecting

information and hypothesis formulation, however

this cannot yet be said to be falsifiable refuted), or if so, the predictions cannot yet be observed. Frontier Science

However, in the 2007-2012 period BAAS (Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies) together with

the same as AATIP (Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program) a special team that formed the US department of defense to study UFO, managed to make at least 38 scientific reports 103

related to this UFO phenomenon. Because it's Robert Bigelow

states that scientific research is related to phenomena

This UFO can be categorized as frontier science. Frontier science can be defined as scientific ideas which is relatively new and not yet supported by evidence

science that exists today. AATIP Director Luis Elizondo has also created one summary of UFO characteristics based on data observations of existing UFO phenomena. Characteristics of UFOs

it is called the Five Observables or "5 things that observed." Five Observables

104

The reason why “5 Observables” was created was to distinguish between unknown objects and objects

known. Unknown objects should appear characteristics that cannot be demonstrated by objects

objects we know. There are 5 Observables (5 things that were observed) from sightings of the UFO phenomenon which have been summarized by

AATIP is: 1.Sudden and instantaneous acceleration: Ability to accelerate rapidly suddenly, for example reaching Mach 5 (5 times

speed of sound) or more in time only 1-2 seconds. This also includes the ability To

change direction drastically and suddenly at high speed, for example changing flying direction 90 degrees at Mach 5 speed

or more. 2.Hypersonic Velocities Without Signatures :

Ability to reach above speeds 105

Mach 5 (5 times the speed of sound) without any trace-

energy trails such as sonic booms or smoke.

3.Low Observability:Ability to disappears from telemetry sensors existing (measurements) such as optical (visual),

thermal (heat), sonar (sound) and radar (electro magnet)

4.Trans-Medium Travel :The ability to do it maneuver well in water, in the air, and outside the earth.

5.Positive Lift:Maneuverability (which not simple) moving through the air in the absence of

air control and propulsion components known, for example there are no fins (rudder, tail),

wings, propellers (rotors), jet engines, rocket engines and so on.

If a UFO sighting shows just one from“5 Observables”then the phenomenon is already there

shows an oddity. If a UFO sightings show all the characteristics 106

from the "5 Observables" then the phenomenon is positive already included in the UFO category according to AATIP.

Apart from that, the History Channel show Unidentified

Season 2 Episode 8, Luis Elizondo also added one more observable, namelyBiological Effects. Biological

Effects include biological effects on the body living things such as the effects of burns, the effects of pain due to

radiation of radioactive materials, and so on.

Tic Tac UFO Levels of Weirdness

111

According to Luiz Elizondo, Director of AATIP, UFO Tic Tac

fulfills all the characteristics of the “5 Observables”:

1.Sudden and instantaneous acceleration:This observed by the AN/SPY-1 radar on the cruiser

USS Princeton (CG-59). Unknown objects moving to a speed level of Mach 30 in time 1-2 seconds.

2.Hypersonic Velocities Without Signatures :

The unknown objects are moving at a speed of Mach 30 without any sonic boom.

3.Low Observability:A Tic Tac UFO is visible visuals by some F/A-18 aircraft and by E-2C Hawkeye aircraft but not at all can be detected by aircraft radars

the. 4.Trans-Medium Travel :After the AN/SPY-1 radar

from the cruiser USS Princeton (CG-59) detecting the descent of unknown objects at a speed of Mach 30 into the sea, sonar 112

from the submarine USS Louisville (SSN-724)

detect the presence of objects in the sea moving at a speed of about 70 knots. 5.Positive Lift:The Tic Tac UFO is maneuverable

moves in the air without any components known air control and propulsion, for example there are no fins (rudder, tail), wings

(wing), propeller (rotor), jet engine, engine rockets and so on.

VALUE OF UFO SIGHTINGS

Background The author sees that during this time there are often differences

opinions among several UFO observers regarding whether a phenomenon can be said to be included

UFO category or not. The author also sees that Until now there is no simple method for quantitatively assess a UFO sighting. GEIPAN (Groupe d'Études et d'Informations sur les

Phénomènes Aérospatiaux Non-identifiés) or a group formed by the French government for 114

studying UFOs already has a methods for analyzing UFOs, but the author assesses

the method is still too complex and not yet meet the author's expectations. The author also saw

the tendency of only UFO observers focuses on evidence (Evidence), for example photos or

videos. Yet with advances in technology, originality

from evidence or (Evidence) sometimes it can be questionable authenticity. Then the writer too I've seen several UFO observers trying to assassinate the character of the witness (Witness

Character Assassination) in order to ignore the story

his testimony. The author rarely sees observers UFOs focus on the level of strangeness UFO phenomenon.

Factors A UFO phenomenon according to the author personally should be analyzed from 3 factors:

1. Strangeness Level 2. Witness (Witness)

115

3. Evidence The three factors mentioned above should also be necessary

given weighting. In this case the author thinks that the oddity level factor should have greater weighting than the factors other. Then 3 must also be taken into account for each factor matter :

a) Impact or Level (Impact / Level) b) Possibility (Probability) c) Amount (Quantity) Formulas

The author formulates a formula below which accommodate the three factors mentioned above. Formulation of the USS (Ufo Sighting Score) formula the author wrote here is version 0.95, although not yet

final but can still be used for UFO cases: USS = ( (2 x S) + W + E ) /4

116

Information :

USS : UFO Sighting Score (Sighting Value UFOs)

S: Strangeness Score (Strangeness Value)

W : Witness Score (Witness Score)

E : Evidence Score (Evidence Value)

The minimum values for USS, S, W and E are 0 and value

the maximum for USS, S, W and E is 100% (1.00). The values for USS, S, W and E are possible grouped into 3 levels as follows:

Low: 0-32%

Middle (Middle): 33-65%

High (High): 66-100%

117

Strangeness Score

Strangeness Score or Strangeness Value is calculated from the total number of Strangeness Level multiplications and

Strangeness Probability (for each oddity), times the Strangeness Quantity Factor, then divided Total number of Strangers.

S =∑ (  =  ×   )×SQF/TS Information :

S (Strangeness Score): Strangeness Value

SL (Strangeness Level): Level of Strangeness

SP (Strangeness Probability): Possibility Weirdness

118

SQF (Strangeness Quantity Factor): Factor Number of Oddities

TS (Total number of Strangeness): Total number Weirdness

• i:A number for each oddity • n:The last number of oddities Strangeness Levels

Below is a Strangeness Level List Oddities compiled by the author: 1. Bright or Pulsating Light &/or Changing Color:

Objects that emit bright light, or light that pulses or changes color 2. Changing, Splitting, Merging Shape:Objects that can

changes shape, breaks into several object, or the combination of various objects

3. Giant Very Large Object (>100 meters):Object

very large (>100 meters) 4. Strange Biological Effects:When effects occur strange biology in the surrounding environment

119

for example, you cannot move members body, effects of burns, ill effects due to radiation,

etc. 5. Strange Physical Effects:When effects occur strange physics in the surrounding environment, for example

the magnetic compass spins, the equipment dies

electronic equipment, machine failure, and

etc 6.Positive Lift:Maneuverability (which not simple) moving through the air in the absence of

air control and propulsion components known, for example there are no fins (rudder, tail),

wings, propellers (rotors), jet engines, rocket engines and so on.

7.Trans-Medium Travel :The ability to do it maneuver well in water, in the air, and outside the earth.

8.Low Observability:Ability to disappears from telemetry sensors existing (measurements) such as optical (visual),

120

Translated from Indonesian to English - www.onlinedoctranslator.com

thermal (heat), sonar (sound) and radar (electro magnet)

9.Hypersonic Velocities Without Signatures :

Ability to reach above speeds Mach 5 (5 times the speed of sound) without any trace-

energy trails such as sonic booms or smoke.

10.Sudden and instantaneous acceleration: Ability to accelerate rapidly suddenly, for example reaching Mach 5 (5 times

speed of sound) or more in time only 1-2 seconds. This also includes the ability To

change direction drastically and suddenly at high speed, for example changing flying direction 90 degrees at Mach 5 speed

or more. Apart from that, the author too Enter the numbers so you can sort the Strangeness Level values and order

can be used in UFO Sighting calculations Score Formula.

121

Based on the Strangeness Level List Weirdness) above then the 2004 Tic Tac UFO case has 5 peculiarities: •

SL1:Sudden and instantaneous acceleration = 1.00

SL2:Hypersonic Velocities Without Signatures = 1.00

SL3:Low Observability = 0.95

SL4:Trans-Medium Travel = 0.85

SL5:Positive Lift = 0.85

Strangeness Probability

To calculate the Strangeness Probability of each For each oddity we use the following formula: SP = DOS × SWD Information :

122

DOS (Directness Of Source): Source Proximity

SOD (Similarity With Description): Similarity with the description

Where DOS (Directness Of Source) is the proximity of the source

or witnesses as follows:

Direct:Witness (Source/Witness) who provides direct testimony

Witness Not Directly:Witness (Source/Witness) who provide information that there are witnesses who saw it

something but doesn't want to testify directly direct.

Reference Not Direct:Witness (Source/Witness) who

provide information but based on sources recorded or written references. The explanation of SOD (Similarity Of Description) is as follows following:

High:Description is the same as testimony and object

what is seen is the object in question.

Middle:Description is similar to testimony and object

what is seen is most likely an object that intended.

123

Low:The description is somewhat similar to the testimony and

the object seen is likely an object What is meant is.

Meanwhile, to see the relationship between Levels and Score (Value) for DOS and SOD we can see from the tablethe following table:

We can calculate Strangeness Probability as follows:

SP1:Sudden and instantaneous acceleration

DOS = 1.0

• •

SWD = 0.65

SP1= DOS × SWD = 1.0 × 0.65 = 0.65

Note: Because there is still a possibility that the unknown objects detected by the AN/SPY-1 radar of the cruiser USS Princeton (CG-59) are not the same as the Tic Tac UFOs seen by the F/A-18 and E-2C Hawkeye aircraft.

124

SP2:Hypersonic Velocities Without Signatures

DOS = 1.0

SWD = 0.65

SP2= DOS × SWD = 1.0 × 0.65 = 0.65

SP3:Low Observability

DOS = 1.0

SP3= DOS × SWD = 1.0 × 1.0 = 1.0

SP4:Trans-Medium Travel

• •

DOS = 0.65

SWD = 0.65

Note: Because there is still a possibility that the unknown objects detected by the AN/SPY-1 radar of the cruiser USS Princeton (CG-59) are not the same as the Tic Tac UFOs seen by the F/A-18 and E-2C Hawkeye aircraft.

Description: Because the information came from a Not Direct Witness, namely the Sonar Operator of the submarine USS Louisville (SSN-724), a friend of Gary Voorhis on the cruiser USS Princeton (CG-59). Note: Because there is still a possibility that the unknown objects detected by the AN/SPY-1 radar of the cruiser USS Princeton (CG-59) are not the same as the Tic Tac UFOs seen by the F/A-18 and E-2C Hawkeye aircraft.

SP4= DOS × SWD = 0.65 × 0.65 = 0.4225

SP5:Positive Lift •

DOS = 1.0

SWD = 1.0

SP5= DOS × SWD = 1.0 × 1.0 = 1.0

UFO sightings below, UFO Sighting Score amounting to 61.89% is in the Middle Level category

or Intermediate Level.

So from the results of calculating the UFO Sighting Score or UFO Sighting Value for the 2004 Tic Tac UFO case, we get:

Strangenesshas value69.18%and fall into categoriesHighorTall.

• • •

Witnesses have value72.36% and fall into categoriesHighorTall. Evidence has value38.03%and fall into categories MiddleorIntermediate. UFO SIGHTING SCORE has value62.19%and fall into categoriesMiddleorIntermediate.

The high value of Strangeness and Witness in the UFO Tic case

Tac 2004 is indeed very interesting. There are 5 pieces Strangeness and 22 Witnesses in the 2004 Tic Tac UFO case

This. And indeed this is very likely what makes it happen

This case helped expedite the UFO process Disclosure. However, the value of Evidence is in this case

is in the middle category, this is because 2 pieces of evidence were not disclosed to the public, namely:

1. High quality FLIR (F/A-18F) footage 2. RADAR recording (AN/SPY-1 USS Princeton CG-

59) And indeed because of the existing level of Evidence value middle at the time of evidence of the 2004 Tic Tac UFO case

Secret”, most do not believe this case. This especially because at that time there were not many witnesses appeared to the public.

UFO Sighting score results in categories This medium indicates the probability or the only possible belief in this case 50/50 or half and half. However, because This 2004 Tic Tac UFO case has been found official recognition from the US Navy nor from the US Department of Defense then there should be confidence in this case perhaps now it has entered the High or high category.

CATEGORIES OF IDENTIFICATION OF AERIAL PHENOMENA

In the process of identifying a UFO case if is not carried out in a structured manner then the analysis is

carried out will probably not be comprehensive, by Therefore, in this chapter the author makes several

categories that can help in this process. The author has created several categories for himself

makes it easier to analyze and identify aerial phenomena such as UFO cases. APIC (Aerial Phenomenon Identification Categories) that have been The author has currently only reached version 0.7, though

not final but can still be used for analysis and identifying UFO cases. For the record, the requirements for carrying out the process

This identification analysis is done first carry out the USS (UFO Sighting) calculation process

Score). This is due to the calculation process USS provides a perspective and characteristics

159

UFO cases and can help the analysis process this identification.

Categories for identifying these aerial phenomena

is : 1.Natural:Which falls into this category are natural phenomena that we see in the sky including: ball of lightning, planet

Venus, the star Sirius, and so on. 2.Biological:Which falls into this category are biological creatures such as: birds, insects, and so on. 3.Artificial:Which falls into this category are man-made objects including: balloons, drones, satellites, space stations, plane, and so on. 4.Illusion:Which falls into this category are illusory effects, for example: optical illusions, digital illusions, biological disorders

160

In analyzing we should pay attention to two the factors are: 1.Effect Analysis (E):Namely the analysis of the effects

what we expect will happen. The analysis using a reference of similarity to the phenomenon that happened. Order of values of Effect Similarity Levels can be seen in the following table:

2.Source Analysis (S):Namely analysis of sources

which creates this effect. Source can come from the four categories above. Analysis

The source uses a possible reference the existence of the source in the context of the phenomenon

that happened. Order of values from Source Existence

Probability can be seen in the following table:

161

Apart from that, in every analysis you must also pay attention to 3

fruit factors: 1. Strangeness Levels

2. Witness 3. Evidence

Each factor must also be considered:

Level (Impact)

Probability

Quantity

Sample case

The 2004 Tic Tac UFO case has the following data:

5 Strangeness Levels with Strangeness Score 69.18% (High)

162

22 Witnesses with a Witness Score of 72.36% (High)

3 Evidences with Evidence Score 36.83% (Middle)

Natural Category Identification (NCI) Identification analysis in the Natural category:

Effect (ENCI): No natural phenomenon can shows effects like in the case of UFOs Tic Tac 2004. Mean Effect value for the category

Natural is ENCI=0.

Source (SNCI) : Source value for the Natural category

is SNCI= 0. We can calculate NCI with a formula (artificial author) as follows: NCI = ENCIx SNCI

163

NCI = 0 x 0 = 0%

Biological Category Identification (BCI) Identification analysis in the Biological category:

Effect (EBCI): No biological creature can shows effects like in the case of UFOs Tic Tac 2004. Mean Effect value for the category

Biological is EBCI=0.

Source (SNCI) : Source value for category Biological is SBCI= 0.

We can calculate BCI with a formula (artificial author) as follows: BCI = EBCIx SBCI BCI = 0 x 0 = 0%

164

Artificial Category Identification (ACI) Identification analysis in the Artificial category:

Effect (EACI):

Steve Justice stated that as far as he knows there is no technology

that can match UFO Tic technology Tac 2004 is good at US military technology or in which country's military technology

even on this earth. Steve Justice is a former director of Advanced Systems Development in the Skunk Works division in

Lockheed company already has more than 30 years experience in the technology industry military.

165

Once there was someone named Mike

Turber admitted he was an ex specialist in the field of Force intelligence

US air and stated that UFO Tic Tac is a secret flying vehicle owned by

US Air Force. However he withdrew the statement himself but he

changed his statement, he now stated that the Tic Tac UFO is the Force's balloon ride US Air. His statement changedchange and cannot be guaranteed answer logically finally making it impossible trusted. So until now there isn't any known man-made objects can show effects like those in Tic Tac UFO case 2004. Mean value The effects for the Artificial category are EACI=0.

166

Source (SACI) : Source value for category Artificial is SACI= 0.

We can calculate ACI with a formula (artificial author) as follows: ACI = EACIx SACI ACI = 0 x 0 = 0%

Illusion Category Identification (ICI) Identification analysis in the Illusion category:

Effect (EICI): Before the appearance of 22 witnesses on

the 2004 Tic Tac UFO case, the evidence is in back then it was just a low quality FLIR video.

At that time we will be easy assume this is just an illusion effect, it can be Optical

167

Illusion or Digital Illusion. However the logic of the analysis becomes invalid with the emergence of 22 witnesses in the Tic Tac UFO case

2004. Means the Effect value for the category

Illusion is EICI=0.

Source (SICI) : Source value for the Illusion category

is SICI= 0. We can calculate ACI with a formula (artificial author) as follows: ICI = EICIx SICI ICI = 0 x 0 = 0%

168

Conclusion

If you make a summary of all the analysis found:

NCI (Natural Category Identification) = 0%

BCI (Biological Category Identification) = 0%

ACI (Artificial Category Identification) = 0%

ICI (Illusion Category Identification) = 0%

This means that the conclusion is the 2004 Tic Tac UFO case

can't be identified yet, so the status is UNIDENTIFIED.

HYPOTHESES OF THE ORIGIN OF UFOS

So far, the author has seen many UFO observers try to analyze possible hypotheses origin of UFOs, however the process is normal only done qualitatively and not quantitatively, As a result, these hypotheses cannot be done compared with each other.

In this chapter the author makes some of his own hypotheses that might help estimate origin of UFO (Unidentified Flying Object) or UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon). UOH (UFO Origin Hypotheses) that the author has created at this time are new

up to version 0.7, even though it's not final, it's still possible

used for analysis and identification UFO case. For the record, the requirements for carrying out the process

This hypothesis analysis is done first carry out the APIC (Aerial Phenomena Identification Category). For the APIC analysis process

170

get

conclusion

that

object

Which

concerned isUNIDENTIFIEDnew analysis process This hypothesis can be carried out.

The hypotheses for the origin of the UFO location are:

1.Terrestrial Hypothesis (TH):Which include in this category are secret organizations (government), civilization on earth, civilization in the ocean, secret civilization: Secret Organization,Secret Civilization, Inner Earth Civilization,Inner Ocean Civilization

2. Extra Terrestrial Hypothesis (ETH):Which included in this category are creaturescreatures from the solar system, from other star systems,

and from another galaxy:Solar Systems,Other Star Systems,OtherGalaxies

3.Ultra Terrestrial Hypothesis (UTH):Which included in this category are creatures from parallel world or other world:Parallel Universe, Other Universe

171

4.Time Traveler Hypothesis (TTH):Which include

in this category are time travelers from the future:Time Travelers From The Future

Key Factors In analyzing we should pay attention to two main factor : 1.Source: Namely the source of the person who

provide this information. Writer using Witness Probability from the USS (UFO

Sighting Score) to create a scale order.

2.STORY LEVELS:That is how likely the story is what is told is measured from extrapolation

172

the technology we have today. The following list of scale sequences compiled by the author.

Terrestrial Hypothesis(TH)

To calculate the value of our Terrestrial Hypothesis (TH). You can use the formula (made by the author) as follows:

TH =STHx SLTH

Where :

Source (STTH) : Is a witness to the source of information

Story Level (SLTH) : Is how possible the story told is measured by extrapolation the technology we have today.

Sample case In the 2004 Tic Tac UFO case there was not a single witness sources of information from the TH category that come to the fore

173

public and trustworthy. Mike Turber confessed former specialist from US Air Force intelligence had informed that UFO Tic Tac was secret flying vehicle belonging to the US Air Force,

but finally he changed his statement, namely that the Tic Tac UFO was an Air Force balloon US. His changing statements made him can not be trusted. This means that for the 2004 Tic Tac UFO case, TH = 0. Extra Terrestrial Hypothesis (ETH)

To calculate the value of the Extra Terrestrial Hypothesis

(ETH) we can use the formula (made by the author)

as follows : ETH =SETHx SLETH

Where :

Source (STETH) : Is a witness to the source of information

Story Level (SLETH) : Is how possible the story told is measured by extrapolation the technology we have today. 174

Sample case

Charles James Hall is a former military personnel US Air Force in "Walking with the Tall Whites” on the Amazon Prime platform states that The Tic Tac UFO is similar to Alien's surveillance aircraft

the type of Tall Whites he had ever encountered direct. These Alien Tall Whites are said to originate from

the Arcturus star system which is approx36.66 light years from earth. Based on this information we can calculate:

SETH= 0.6 : Because Charles James Hall only stated that the Tic Tac UFO resembled a plane

Alien Tall Whites scouts, this is just a guess based on similarities, not facts know for sure.

SLETH= 0.65 : Because Alien Tall White's home planet

located in the still star system Arcturus is in the milky way galaxy. Thus we can calculate ETH: 175

ETH=0.6 x 0.65 =0.39 (39%) Ultra Terrestrial Hypothesis (UTH)

To calculate the value of the Ultra Terrestrial Hypothesis

(UTH) we can use the formula (made by the author)

as follows : UTH =SUTHx SLUTH

Where :

Source (STUTH) : Is a witness to the source of information

Story Level (SLUTH= 0.45) : This is how much perhaps the story being told is measured from extrapolation of the technology we have today.

Sample case In the 2004 Tic Tac UFO case there was not a single witness source of information from the UTH category that appears to

public face. This means that for the 2004 Tic Tac UFO case, UTH = 0.

176

Time Travelers Hypothesis (TTH)

To calculate the value of the Time Traveler Hypothesis

(TTH) we can use the formula (made by the author)

as follows : TTH =STTHx SLTTH

Where :

Source (STTTH) : Is a witness to the source of information

Story Level (SLTTH= 0.35) : Is how much perhaps the story being told is measured from extrapolation of the technology we have today.

Sample case In the 2004 Tic Tac UFO case there was not a single witness source of information from the TTH category that appears to

public face. This means that for the 2004 Tic Tac UFO case, TTH = 0.

177

Conclusion

If a summary is made of all calculation results the hypotheses mentioned above for the Tic UFO case

Tac 2004 obtained:

TH (Terrestrial Hypothesis) = 0%

ETH (Extra Terrestrial Hypothesis) = 39%

UTH (Ultra Terrestrial Hypothesis) = 0%

TTH (Time Traveler Hypothesis) = 0%

This means that the conclusion we can get for now is that the origin of the 2004 Tic Tac UFO was from outside the earth

(Extra Terrestrial) with a possible value of approx

39%.

ISLA OF GUADALUPE

179

On the History Channel show Unidentified Season 1 Episode 3 Luis Elizondo (former director of AATIP) and Sean Cahill (former crew member of the cruiser USS Princeton CG-59) continued the investigation into the 2004 Tic Tac UFO case

also to Isla Guadalupe. Guadalupe is located to the west southwest of southern California and is the location of the vanishing point

his UFO Tic Tac in 2004.

In the city of Ensenada, Mexico they met with Jordi Lebrija (journalist) to interview a person small airplane pilot named Audrien Ojeda. Audrien Ojeda claims to have seen a UFO inside his journey from Ensenada to Guadalupe. Audrey Ojeda has been flying over the waters for about 18 years

the. 180

Translated from Indonesian to English - www.onlinedoctranslator.com

On January 30, 2015 at around 3 pm on a distance of about 23 miles (37 km) southwest of Ensenada,

Baja, Mexico, over the Pacific ocean, Audrien Ojeda

seeing an object flying in irregular zigzags at a distance of about 10 miles (16 km). When the plane lights

turned on the object suddenly shot towards him in about 3 seconds (the speed is more than 15 times the speed of sound). The object it describes It is similar to the Tic Tac UFO that the pilot saw US Navy F/A-18F pilot. Location The UFO sighting was only about 20 miles away (32 km) from the location of the Tic Tac UFO sighting in

2004. Baja Peninsula in Mexico indeed

181

is an area with statistical numbers of sightings The UFO is relatively high.

Then they continued investigating the Tic UFO case

Tac 2004 to the island of Isla Guadalupe (Mexico). located southwest of Southern California. Isla Guadalupe is thought to be the location of the disappearance point

UFO Tic Tac in 2004. Several fishermen Locals claim to often see UFOs in the waters around Guadalupe Island. Apart from that, according to fishermen-

fishermen in local waters their magnetic compass frequently experiencing disturbances, as if around the island

there is a magnetic anomaly. 182

On their island of Guadalupe met Mauricia Hoyos a marine biologist who It's been about 15 years of research

the behavior of sharks in particular in the waters around Gudalupe Island. Maurice Hoyos and

His friend had also seen a UFO around the waters Guadalupe Island. There are indeed many in the waters around Guadalupe Island

once the shark population according to Maurice Hoyos. According to him, there are many sharks in the surrounding waters

Guadulupe Island because of the great white shark (great

white shark) has senses that are capable of detecting

electromagnetic waves.

183

Luis Elizondo's team's investigation is very interesting because there are indications that this is not the 2004 Tic Tac UFO case

single sighting in that area.

PART 2 USS T. ROOSEVELT 2014-2015

184

Background This event occurred around the spring period (June-September) 2014 in the surrounding waters US Virginia, then the aircraft carrier USS Theodore

Roosevelt (CVN-71) is conducting pre-drills placement (Pre Deployment Exercises), at that time

several fighter planes began to spot targets unknown on radar. These unknown objects demonstrate unreasonable maneuvers at hypersonic speed (more than 5 times speed of sound). Efforts to intercept objects The unknown object does not get results. One of the unknown objects passed by with very high speed between 2 pieces the F/A-18F fighter aircraft which at that time was far away

only some meters. This makes the The pilot of the plane was very shocked because of the incident

it could potentially result in an air crash very fatal. The unidentified object is described cube-shaped transparently wrapped by 185

a ball. The pilots finally reported the event was officially because it was related to aircraft safety in the air.

At that time although there were many fighter pilots

which reports the appearance of unknown objects

for months but military training remains walking normally as if nothing strange happened that happened.

In early 2015, the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) is on the water near the coast of Florida, USA. At that time a plane F/A-18Fs from the VFA-11 Red Rippers squadron recorded 2

FLIR videos (which are named GIMBAL and GOFAST. 186

Unlike the 2004 Tic Tac UFO video, the GIMBAL video and GOFAST is equipped with sound or audio. Incident in the video GIMBAL and GOFAST only differ by approx

just a few weeks. Pilot and WSO (Weapon System Officer) who recorded the two videos did not want to

appeared in public, possibly because of them still actively serving in the US Navy. DREAMS

In the GIMBAL video you can see the infrared camera screen

FLIR (Forward Looking Infra Red) which shows an object shaped like a spinning top on the axis. Below is an audio transcript of DREAMS video: It is (isn't?) a f***ing drone, bro. There's a whole fleet of them. Look on the AESA (radar display). My Gosh! They're all going again's the wind. The wind's 120 knots (222 km/h or 138 mph) to the west. Look at that thing, dude. Lt. Ryan Graves

On the History Channel show Unidentified Season 1 Episode 4, Luis Elizondo (former director of AATIP) and

Dave Fravor (former US Navy F/A-18F pilot) continue further investigation into the case UFO sightings seen by pilots F/A-18F Super Hornet fighter aircraft from an aircraft carrier

USS Theodore Roosevelt. First of all them met to interview Lieutenant Ryan Graves a current F/A-18F fighter pilot active duty in the US Navy from squadron VFA-11 Red Rippers.

191

Ryan Graves is the combat section chief, has experience of traveling twice to the Middle East and

has an academic background in engineering aviation (aerospace engineering).

Around the summer of 2014, Lieutenant Ryan Graves is assigned as an airplane pilot F/A-18F fighter on squadron VFA-11 The Red Rippers are headquartered at the Naval Air Station

Oceana, Virginia, USA. VFA-11 Red Rippers included

in Carrier Air Wing One where in 2014

192

USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) is a ship its parent.

Lt. Ryan Graves stated at the time as much Unidentified targets appear on radar, on At first they thought it was just a nuisance just tools, but it turns out these objects are increasing appeared frequently and the pilots saw the objects themselves

itself visually. For the record plane The F/A-18F fighter in 2014 is much more advanced in

193

in radar technology and electronic equipment compared to 2004. Lt. Ryan Graves testified that some of his friends were on board both F/A-18F aircraft that were almost

was hit by an unknown cube-shaped object transparently wrapped by a ball. Para pilots and WSOs involved in the incident very shocked and frightened because it could happen

a very fatal incident for them. After the event This happened to senior pilots and the squadron report the event officially as an incident aircraft safety in the air. Lt. Ryan Graves himself testified that he had seen a luminous object, however

never see the physical form of the object in person details.

From 2014 to 2015 there were a lot of pilots (50-60 people) from the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt

(CVN-71) who saw these unknown objects, In fact, almost every day there are sightings of objects

unknown. Those unknown objects can even 194

up to 12 hours in the air and seen by several different pilots at different times. However, there was no official investigation carried out as if nothing strange had happened happen.

Lt. Ryan Graves recognizes audio voices well in GIMBAL and GOFAST videos. According to him, this sound-

same voice, Apart from that Lt. Ryan Graves too stated that the two videos were shot separately within a few weeks. This means Lt Ryan Graves confirmed that the GIMBAL video was true and

GOFAST was taken by US Navy pilots from aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71), and

that both videos were taken by aircraft the same F/A-18F fighter.

According to Lt. Ryan Graves both videos on take over the Atlantic ocean near coastal waters Florida.

195

According to Lt. Ryan Graves DREAMS video published is a short version of the video long duration that he has seen firsthand. Apart from the DREAMS object he described as being shaped

like a gyroscope and have relatively larger size than other objects, Lt Ryan Graves also saw other objects that forming a formation like some kind of fleet as seen in the image below.

196

According to Lt. Ryan Graves has the background academic background in aeronautical engineering, way maneuvering the GIMBAL object is absolutely impossible

carried out by airplanes. Lt. Ryan Graves stated even when the fleet aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) deployed in conflict areas in the Middle East (Syria)

In 2015, apparitions were still visible these unknown objects. Lt. Danny Aucoin

Lieutenant Danny Aucoin is an F/A fighter pilot

18F still on active duty in the US Navy, and is a good friend of Lieutenant Ryan Graves. In

197

in the History Channel Unidentified Season 1 Episode 4, Lt. Danny Aucoin is willing to testify in this GIMBAL and GOFAST UFO case.

Lt. Danny Aucoin confirms the existence of the target-

unknown targets on radar and also sightings unidentified objects that can be seen visually. Lt Danny Aucoin once saw an unknown object demonstrate the characteristics of Positive Lift (5 Observables) namely the absence of control components and

known air propulsion, for example there are no fins

(rudder, tail), wing, propeller (rotor), engine jets, rocket engines and so on.

198

Lt. Danny Aucoin also confirmed that he was Get to know the sounds in the GIMBAL video and GOFAST, and that the same voices are in these two videos. This means Lt. Danny Aucoin confirm that the GIMBAL video is correct and GOFAST was taken by US Navy pilots from aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71), and

that both videos were taken by aircraft the same F/A-18F fighter. GIMBAL UFO Video Analysis

UFO Sighting Score (UFO Sighting Score)

The author formulates a formula below which accommodate the three factors mentioned above. Formulation of the USS (Ufo Sighting Score) formula the author wrote here is version 0.95, although not yet

final but can still be used for UFO cases: USS = ( (2 x S) + W + E ) /4

Information :

200

USS : UFO Sighting Score (Sighting Value UFOs)

S: Strangeness Score (Strangeness Value)

W : Witness Score (Witness Score)

E : Evidence Score (Evidence Value)

Strangeness Score

Strangeness Score or Strangeness Value is calculated from the total number of Strangeness Level multiplications and

Strangeness Probability (for each oddity), times the Strangeness Quantity Factor, then divided Total number of Strangers.

S =∑ (  =  ×   )×SQF/TS Information :

S (Strangeness Score): Strangeness Value

SL (Strangeness Level): Level of Strangeness

SP (Strangeness Probability): Possibility Weirdness

201

202

for example, you cannot move members body, effects of burns, ill effects due to radiation,

etc.

203

thermal (heat), sonar (sound) and radar (electro magnet)

SLGOFAST3:Positive Lift = 0.85

Strangeness Probability

To calculate the Strangeness Probability of each For each oddity we use the following formula: SP = DOS × SWD Information : •

206

Reference Not Direct:Witness (Source/Witness) who

provide information but based on sources recorded or written references. The explanation of SOD (Similarity Of Description) is as follows following:

High:Description is the same as testimony and object

what is seen is the object in question.

Middle:Description is similar to testimony and object

what is seen is most likely an object that intended.

Low:The description is somewhat similar to the testimony and

the object seen is likely an object What is meant is.

Meanwhile, to see the relationship between Levels and Score (Value) for DOS and SOD we can see from the tablethe following table:

207

DREAMS

We can calculate Strangeness Probability as follows:

SPDREAMS1:Sudden and instantaneous acceleration

DOS = 0.8

• •

SWD = 0.32 SPDREAMS1=DOS × SWD = 0.8 × 0.32 = 0.256

SPDREAMS2:Hypersonic Velocities Without Signatures

DOS = 0.9

• •

SWD = 0.32 SPDREAMS2=DOS × SWD = 0.8 × 0.32 = 0.256

SPDREAMS3:Positive Lift

DOS = 1.0

SWD = 1.0

SPDREAMS3= DOS × SWD = 1.0 × 1.0 = 1.00

208

GOFAST

We can calculate Strangeness Probability as follows:

SPGOFAST1:Sudden and instantaneous acceleration

DOS = 0.8

• •

SWD = 0.32 SPGOFAST1=DOS × SWD = 0.8 × 0.32 = 0.256

SPGOFAST2:Hypersonic Velocities Without Signatures

DOS = 0.9

Witness Score Witness Score or Witness Value is calculated from the total number

Multiplication of Witness Level and Witness Probability (for

each witness), times the Witness Quantity Factor, then divided by the total number of witnesses.

W =∑ (  = ×   )×WQF/TW Information :

W (Witness Score): Witness Score

WL (Witness Level): Witness Level

WP (Witness Probability): Probability of a Witness

WQF (Witness Quantity Factor): Quantity Factor Witness

215

TW (Total number of Witnesses): Total number Witness

• i:Number for each witness • n:Last witness number Witness Level

Division of levels from the compiled Witness Level by the author are: 1.Not really related to the Testimony:Profession

unrelated to testimony. For example profession a person's level of knowledge, his skills and experience are unrelated with his testimony. 2.Mildly related to the Testimony

:

Profession

related to testimony. For example profession someone whose level of knowledge, expertise

and his experience is somewhat related to his testimony. Professions in this category equipped with the ability to use theory and analytical skills 216

the appearance. For example, a profession related to physics, meteorology, aerodynamics,

astronomy and so on if the testimony about sightings of unidentified flying objects in the sky. In this context the profession of Lecturer in

the fields mentioned above are included in this category.

3.Highly related to the Testimony

:

Profession

which is closely related to testimony. For example

profession a person's level of knowledge, his skills and experience are closely related with his testimony. Professions in this category

equipped with the ability to use analytical skills and experience the appearance. For example, a profession related to aviation or aircraft fly if the testimony is about apparitions unidentified flying objects in the sky. In In this context, the profession is Civil Aircraft Pilot or Pilot

Military Aircraft fall into this category. 217

DREAMS

So from the results of calculating the UFO Sighting Score or UFO Sighting Value for the 2015 UFO GIMBAL case, we get:

• • • •

Strangenesshas value29.51%and fall into categoriesLoworLow. Witnesses have value70.00% and fall into categoriesHighorTall. Evidence has value36.83%and fall into categories MiddleorIntermediate. UFO SIGHTING SCORE has value41.46%and fall into categoriesMiddleorIntermediate.

243

GOFAST So from the results of calculating the UFO Sighting Score or UFO Sighting Value for the 2015 GOFAST UFO case, we get:

• • • •

244

It's very interesting if we look at the value of USS (UFO Sighting

Score) for both the GIMBAL and GOFAST UFO cases the results are exactly the same. This is caused by :

Both videos were taken by witnesses the same or the same Witnesses

The video is a recording from an infra sensor

red FLIR of the same F/A-18F aircraft

The level of strangeness or Strangeness Level of UFO GIMBAL and GOFAST can be said to be the same

even though both objects have different physical appearance.

245

Strangeness Score of UFO GIMBAL and GOFAST still in the Low Level category or Low Level in this case

due :

Stories of oddities are more widely sourced from indirect witnesses and not from Evidence

directly.

Total Amount of Strangeness or Level of Strangeness

which is still below number 4.

Witness Score for UFO GIMBAL and GOFAST is in in the High Level category, this is due :

The high credibility of the Witnesses or Witnesses

Total number of witnesses or witnesses who have been

reached number 4

Evidence Score for UFO GIMBAL and GOFAST is at Middle Level category, this is caused by not opening 2 pieces of evidence to the public, namely:

246

High quality FLIR (F/A-18F) footage

AESA RADAR Recording (F/A-18F)

USS (UFO Sighting Score) results are good for UFO GIMBAL

and UFO GOFAST are still in the Middle category Level or Intermediate Level, this shows probability or likelihood of belief in this case is just 50/50 or half and half. However, because of the GIMBAL UFO case and GOFAST has received good recognition from US Navy and Department of Defense The US should then have confidence in the cases This UFO may now be in the High category Level or High Level. Aerial Phenomenon Identification Categories

Categories of identification of aerial phenomena that we

can be used to analyze cases of UFO phenomena is (APIC version 0.70) is: 1.Natural:Which falls into this category are natural phenomena that we see 247

in the sky including: ball of lightning, planet

Venus, the star Sirius, and so on. 2.Biological:Which falls into this category are biological creatures such as: birds, insects, and so on. 3.Artificial:Which falls into this category are man-made objects including: balloons, drones, satellites, space stations, plane, and so on. 4.Illusion:Which falls into this category are illusory effects, for example: optical illusions, digital illusions, biological disorders

In analyzing we should pay attention to two the factors are: 1.Effect Analysis (E):Namely the analysis of the effects

what we expect will happen. The analysis using a reference of similarity to the phenomenon that happened. Order of values of Effect Similarity Levels can be seen in the following table:

248

2.Source Analysis (S):Namely analysis of sources

which creates this effect. Source can come from the four categories above. Analysis

The source uses a possible reference the existence of the source in the context of the phenomenon

that happened. Order of values from Source Existence

Probability can be seen in the following table:

Apart from that, in every analysis you must also pay attention to 3

fruit factors: 1. Strangeness Levels

249

2. Witness 3. Evidence

Each factor must also be considered:

Level (Impact)

Probability

Quantity

Case Examples The 2015 GIMBAL UFO case has the following data:

3 Strangeness Levels with Strangeness Score 29.51% (Low)

3 Witnesses with Witness Score 70.00% (High)

UFO THREAT TO HUMANITY? Based on a report by the US Directorate of National Intelligence

on June 25 2021 it was stated that indeed true unidentified flying objects (UFOs) detected appears near military installations and at times military training. The US Directorate of National Intelligence admitted

don't know the origin of flying objects known (UFO). The fact that the existence of UFOs is acknowledged by parties

US intelligence and military really make us have to

question whether UFOs are a threat? For The answer is that there are several things that are necessary

question: 1.Actually, how many parties are there?

control the UFO? 2.Why are the parties controlling UFOs

did not openly introduce himself 294

they? Why hide? Because usually the party who doesn't dare to openly the explanation has a meaning that is not necessarily good.

3.Apart from that, why does UFO seem to be monitoring

or spying on military installations in face of this earth? What is their goal?

4.Is there a potential for the existence of UFOs

cause an air crash? 5.Is it true that UFO technology is higher than

technology of any country on this earth? If true, what are the consequences? 6.Is there a potential danger to the environment and

living creatures from the existence of UFOs

the? Writer

will

try

answer

question-

the questions above one by one:

1.Logically, there are various UFOs that appear the variety of forms is likely to be the party that

controlling more than one UFO. This 295

increasing complexity due to possibilities there are many parties that humans have to face

on this earth. 2.In military operations there are usually operations

secrets carried out in secret hide in order to prevent the opposing party from hiding

detect anything. If this is what is done UFO control parties to the people humans on this earth clearly exist the threat behind all this. 3.Military intelligence operations are usually always carried out

against the enemy in order to obtain information

as a whole that can be used for subsequent military operations. Chris Mellon

think that this is indeed the case carried out by UFOs.

4.Several F-18 fighter pilots from Carrier

USS Theodore Roosevelt Strike Group reported that the existence of UFOs is almost

causing air accidents. Matter 296

This is very likely to happen if there is unidentified flying objects in the air not supervised or supervised by para air traffic controllers in the region. So the existence of UFOs is very potential causing an air crash. 5.Some of the founders of the To The Stars organization

Academy that has worked with the US military

such as Chris Mellon, Luis Elizondo and Steve

Justice stated that the technology that The US does not own the UFO as well as by other countries on earth. If this is true then UFOs are a threat because human technology on earth is more

low level. It's like an Indian tribe in the American continent armed only with children arrows when people from the continent approached

Europeans armed with pistols, rifles and cannon.

297

6.In some cases UFO encounters

there are indeed some physical effects and biological include: Electromagnetic interference, -

Car Engine Stopping, Skin Burns, Memory Loss, Diseases Due to Radiation Nuclear.

In general, these are the possible dangers caused by the appearance of a UFO to environment and surrounding living creatures : Nuclear Radiation Dangers, Electromagnetic Dangers,

Danger of Biological Microorganism Contamination,

Danger of Chemical Contamination The author personally thinks that most likely not all parties who control the UFO have bad intentions. However Indeed, we should be wary of the emergence of unknown objects or UFOs as based various factors mentioned above can be done it is said that the possible potential threat from UFOs still exist. 298
