Ingredients 1 1/2 C. sifted whole wheat flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 1/3 C. packed brown sugar 2/3 C. unsalted butter 1/4 tsp salt 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp instant espresso powder 3 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate 3/4 C. halved macadamia nuts

Set your oven to 350 degrees F before doing anything else and lightly coat cookie sheets. In a bowl, mix together flour, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, add brown sugar and butter and beat till smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating continuously and stir in the vanilla and espresso. Slowly, add the flour mixture into the egg mixture, beating continuously. Meanwhile in a double broiler, melt the chocolate chips over low heat and let it cool. Add melted chocolate and nuts into the flour mixture and stir till well combined. Place the mixture onto prepared cookie sheets in a single layer. Cook everything in the oven for about 12 minutes or till the top becomes golden brown.

Directions 1. Set your oven to 350 degrees F before doing anything else and line 2 large baking sheets with wax paper. 2. Divide the popped popcorn between both prepared baking sheets and top each with peanuts evenly. 3. Melt butter in a small pan on medium heat then stir in the molasses and brown sugar. 4. Bring everything to a gentle simmer and cook for 5 minutes. 5. Remove the mix from the heat and place over the popcorn evenly. 6. Cook everything in the oven for about 15 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes.

24 oz. all-purpose flour 2 tsps baking soda 23 oz. granulated sugar 1/2 tbsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp salt 18 oz. canned pumpkin 2/3 C. water 1 C. vegetable oil 4 eggs 12 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/4 C. granulated sugar 1 dash salt 1 egg 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1 C. brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 4 tbsps butter, melted roasted pumpkin seeds
1. Set your oven to 350 degrees F before doing anything else and lightly coat a muffin pan.For the muffins, in a large bowl, mix together flour, granulated sugar, baking soda, spices and salt and stir in the pumpkin. 2. Add the eggs, one by one, beating continuously and then add the oil and water.Mix till well combined. 3. For the filling, in a bowl, beat cream cheese till smooth and add sugar and salt and beat till smooth again. Add the vanilla and egg and beat till smooth one more time. Refrigerate the filling before serving. 4. For the topping, in a small bowl, with a fork, mix together butter, cinnamon and sugar till well combined. 5. Place the pumpkin mixture into the muffin C. until it is about 1/3 full. Scoop the cream cheese mixture over the pumpkin mixture and top with the remaining pumpkin mixture till 3/4 of each C. is filled. 6. Sprinkle the topping mixture on top and cook in the oven for about 15-25 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

In a bowl, add shortening, butter and sugar and beat till creamy and smooth then whisk in eggs and molasses. 3. In another bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, spices and salt. 4. Slowly, add the flour mixture, beating continuously, till well combined and a smooth dough forms. 5. Make 1-inch sized balls from the dough and roll in extra sugar evenly. 6. Place the balls onto the prepared cookie sheet in a single layer and cook everything in the oven for about 11 minutes.

Set your oven to 375 degrees before doing anything else. Get a baking sheet and place your almonds on it. Place everything in the oven for 7 mins. Get a jelly roll pan and cover it with some foil. Now combine the following in a big pot: water, butter, corn syrup, and sugar. Get everything boiling and stir the mix as it heats. Once everything is boiling, stop stirring and let it get somewhat hard then add in the almonds and stir them in. 8. Now pour everything into the jellyroll pan evenly then spread out the candy. 9. Top everything with the chocolate chips then let everything sit for 10 mins. 10. Coat everything with the chocolate then let it cool. 11. Now place everything in the fridge for 65 mins. 12. Divide the candy into pieces. 13. Enjoy.

Directions 1. Set your oven to 350 degrees F before doing anything else. 2. In a cookie sheet, place the crackers in a single layer. 3. In a small pan, melt the butter, stir in the sugar, and bring everything to a gentle simmer then cook it all, stirring continuously for about 2 minutes. 4. Stir in the vanilla extract and immediately, place it over the crackers. 5. Top everything with the almonds and cook it all in the oven for about 10-12 minutes. 6. Remove everything from the oven and keep it aside to cool completely.

Stir the mix then add in the flour and make a dough. Work the dough into smaller balls of about 1' and put a hole in each ball for the preserves. Place everything on to a cookie sheet and cook it all in the oven for 15 mins. Get a bowl, combine: milk, confectioners, and 3/4 tsp almond extract. Top your desserts with this mix liberally. Enjoy.

Get a few baking sheets and place some parchment paper on each one. Add your almond paste to a food processor and soften it. Get a bowl, combine: sugar and almond paste. Now separate the egg yolks and the egg whites. Combine in the salt, flour, and confectioners. Press the dough through a cookie press and layer dollops of the mix onto the baking sheet. Place a covering over the cookies and leave them for 35 mins. Now set your oven to 300 degrees before continuing and let it get hot. Top your cookies with the almonds and cook them in the oven for 30 mins. Now let everything cool.

Work the mix until it becomes a dough. Shape everything into 1 ball then break the ball into two pieces. 3. Cover each piece with some plastic and put everything in the fridge. 4. Add your apricot jam to a bowl and beat it until it is soft, then add in the nuts and sugar and stir everything nicely. 5. Take out your dough from the fridge and place one on a cutting board coated with flour. Roll out the dough into a circle. And top it with the almond mix. 6. Do the same thing for the other piece of dough. 7. Slice each circle into twelve triangles then place everything onto a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. 8. Now set your oven to 350 degrees before continuing and coat everything with some beaten eggs and more nuts. 9. Cook the cookies in the oven for 22 mins. 10. With a low speed mixer work each egg for 60 secs then add in the flour mix with the milk as well. 5. Once everything is combined nicely, add in the fruit mix. 6. Enter everything into a tube pan that has greased and cook everything at 300 degrees for 1 hr. 7. Enjoy.

Arrange the dumplings onto the prepared baking dish in a single layer. 6. In a small pan, melt the butter and add the cinnamon and sugar and stir to combine. 7. Place the butter mixture over the dumplings evenly and top with the Mountain Dew. 8. Cook everything in the oven for about 35-45 minutes.
