Sauce: ½ cup of coconut milk ¼ cup of water 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 1 tablespoon cornstarch Instructions: 1. Combine the coconut milk with sugar and salt. Set aside. 2. Drain and rinse the rice. Add in a cheesecloth, fold, and steam for 20 minutes. 3. Add in a bowl and pour the prepared mixture over it. Let it soak for 30 minutes. 4. Mix the water and cornstarch. 5. To make the sauce, add coconut, sugar, and milk in a pot. Bring to simmer and add the cornstarch mixture. Cook until thickened. 6. Serve the rice along with mango slices, and pour the sauce over.
