Half cup peanut butter. 1 cucumber, (chopped). Half cup vinegar, teriyaki sauce and water. ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes. Half tsp. minced garlic. Directions:

1. Boil ramen noodles for 3 minutes over medium flame. Wash with cold water. 2. Mix all of the remaining ingredients in a pan and at the end, add carrots, noodles, scallions and cucumber and boil slightly. Mix them thoroughly.

Recipe 02 : Ricotta Frittata

Its cooking quality is measured by its freshness, thickness and spiciness. Cooking time: 30 minutes. Servings: 6 Ingredients: 1 can tomatoes. 2 cups frozen peas. ¼ tsp. pepper. 3 packet ramen noodles. Half cup cheese. 3 eggs. Half cup milk. 1 can ricotta cheese. Directions: 1. Preheat oven up to 400 degrees. Lubricate baking dish. 2. Boil peas and noodles together in water for 3 minutes. Once they are tender enough, wash them in a strainer.

3. On the other hand, add all the remaining ingredients in a bowl. While stirring, add peas and noodles in it. 4. Now spread this batter in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. 5. Garnish with sliced hot tomatoes.

Recipe 03 : Ramen Vegetable Stir Fry

A quick, easy and tasty recipe. It is a mix of healthy vegetables which will give you a unique taste. Cooking time: 12 minutes Servings: 2 Ingredients: For the sauce: 1 minced garlic. 2 tbsp. oil. 1 tbsp. minced cilantro. 2 tbsp. vinegar. 1 cup shredded carrot. 4 tbsp. soya sauce.

Pieces of 1 broccoli. 1 tbsp. hoisin sauce. 3.5 oz. sliced mushrooms. 2 tsp. brown sugar. 1 tsp. ground ginger. 2 tsp. garlic powder. 2 tbsp. oil. 5 Ramen noodles packets. Directions: 1. Mix all sauces in a bowl. 2. Boil ramen noodles in water, in a large pot. 3. Now stir fry ginger, garlic, carrots, broccoli and mushrooms for 5 minutes. 4. Now add noodles along with cilantro and sauces. Thoroughly mix them so that sauce is equally spread.

Recipe 04 : Chicken Veggie Ramen Bowl

It is the finest blend of all nutritious vegetables. You must have to try it at least for once. Cooking time: 25 minutes. Servings: 4 Ingredients: 2 packets ramen noodles. 3 tbsp. oil. 2 cups worn, cooked chicken. 8 ounces. chopped mushrooms. 8 ounces chicken broth. 2 cups buds of broccoli. Salt and pepper. 2 minced garlic cloves.

¼ cups chopped parsley. Directions: 1. Stir fry garlic, mushrooms, parsley, broccoli with seasoning. Fry for 5 minutes. 2. Pour chicken stock, boil for 5 minutes. Now add noodles and worn chicken. 3. Mix them. Serve warm.

Recipe 05 : Mongolian Beef Ramen Noodles

More or less with PF Chang’s Mongolian beef. Once you taste it, you will try it again and again. Cooking time: 30 minutes Servings: 4 Ingredients: 3 chopped onions. 1 ½ lb. chopped Flank steak. 8 ounces. Ramen noodles. ¼ cup cornstarch. 1 stripped capsicum. ¼ cup oil.

For Sauce ¼ teaspoon red pepper flake. 2 tablespoon sesame oil. 4 minced garlic cloves. ¾ cup soya sauce. 1 ¼ cup chicken stock. 2/3 cup brown sugar. Directions: 1. Add cornstarch and beef in a Ziploc bag and shake them well. 2. Now stir fry beef in oil. It will acquire 2 to 3 batches. You can add more oil. Keep it aside in a plate. 3. Fry capsicum for 2 minutes and then remove from pan. 4. Now add all sauce ingredients in a pan. Make a thick sauce, it will take 10 minutes. 5. Boil noodles in a separate pot. 6. Now mix every cooked item in a large pot. Serve with green onions.

Recipe 06 : Shrimp Ramen Lo Mein

It is damn delicious, quick and easy to make. It is a perfect dish to be served for growing kids. Cooking time: 30minutes Servings: 6 Ingredients: 1 diced capsicum. 2 pound shelled shrimp. 1 diced onion. 3 packet ramen noodles. 2 diced celery stalks. 1 diced zucchini. Directions: 1. In a pot, stir fry celery, onions with pepper in oil.

2. Now add zucchini in pot. 3. Boil ramen noodles in a cover pot. 4. Take another pan and stir shrimp until its color changes. 5. Mix them all and serve with green onions topping.

Recipe 07 : Shrimp Wonton Miso Ramen

An exciting new blend of ramen with Nissin RAOH for noodles lovers. Its taste enhances with shrimps wantons. Cooking time: 10 minutes. Servings: 2 Ingredients: 1 tbsp. chopped scallions. 2 packets Nissin RAOH Umami Miso Ramen ¼ cup boiled kernels. 4 ounce peeled shrimps. 10 wontons wrappers. Half tsp. oil.

Half tsp. cornstarch. 1/8 tsp. salt Directions: 1. Marinate shrimps with oil, cornstarch and salt. 2. Put shrimps filling on wonton wrappers. 3. Make 10 wontons. 4. Now boil wontons in water. When they float on surface remove them from pot. 5. Boil ramen noodles for 5 minutes. At the same time pour Nissin RAOH Umami Miso in serving’s dish. 6. At the end, mix all the cooked items in a large bowl along with scallion toppings. 7. Serve hot.

Recipe 08 : Asian Meatball Soup

Embrace the garlic beef rendition of this dish. Cooking time: 30 minutes. Servings: 4 Ingredients: Meatballs: 1 bag broccoli buds. 8 ounces ground beef. 2 teaspoon minced garlic. Baby carrots. Half tablespoon soya sauce. Half cup bread crumbs. 1 tablespoon minced ginger. White of 1 egg.

Soup: Scallions. 2 packets ramen noodles. 2 teaspoon oil. 6 ounces snap peas. Directions: 1. For making meat balls, blend all ingredients and make small balls of it. 2. Boil carrots for 5 minutes or until tender. 3. Now cook in meatballs, broccoli, noodle’s seasoning and vegetables for 5 minutes. 4. Now for making soup, boil noodles in broth for 2 minutes. Add peas and oil and cook them until half water remains. Garnish with scallions.

Recipe 09 : Chicken Ramen

It is the unique form of real Japanese taste. Cooking time: 1 hour. Servings: 2 Ingredients: Jalapeno slices. 2 chicken breasts. 2 packet ramen noodles. Kosher salt and pepper. Half cup sliced scallions. 1 tablespoon butter. 1-2 teaspoon sea salt. 2 teaspoon oil. 2 eggs.

2 teaspoon minced ginger. 1 ounce dried mushrooms. 3 teaspoon soya sauce. 4 cups chicken broth. 2 tablespoon mirin. Directions: 1. Heat up oven up to 375 degrees. 2. Marinate chicken with salt and pepper. Then stir fry it in melted butter for 6 minutes. 3. Now roast this chicken in oven for 15 minutes. 4. Stir fry ginger and garlic paste in oil. Slowly stir it. Now add mirin and soya sauce and mix. 5. Add chicken broth and cook it covered for 5 minutes. Then add mushrooms and salt and cook for 10 minutes more. 6. Boil eggs for 7-8 minutes. Once boiled, put them in ice chilled water carefully. Peel them off and cut them end-to-end. Keep them aside now. 7. Now for garnishing, finely chop, jalapeno and scallions. Make long slices of chicken. Boil ramen noodles for 4 minutes. Pour them in large bowls. Now mix all cooled items and decorate with boiled eggs on top. 8. Serve hot.

Recipe 10 : Homemade Ramen

It is the cheapest way of making ramen at home within few minutes and without any hardship. Cooking time: 20 minutes. Servings: 1 Ingredients: 4 cups water. 1 tbsp. sesame oil. 2 cups chopped kale. 3 tsp. grated ginger. Siracha, just for taste.

4 tsp. grated garlic. Golden, crunchy crumbs (just for garnishing). 4 cups of chicken or vegetable stocks. 1 cup shredded carrots. 1 oz. dried shiitake mushrooms. Half cup chopped chives or scallions. 2 packets of instant ramen noodles only. Directions: 1. Take a large pan, pour oil and heat it over medium flame. 2. Add garlic and ginger paste and fry them for a couple of minutes or until fragrance spread. 3. Now add water and chicken/ vegetable stock. Bring it to a boil. 4. Now add mushrooms and cook them until they are tender enough and its taste appears in the broth. 5. In the same soup, add instant noodles and boil for 5 to 6 minutes. Finally add scallions and mix them all. 6. Now remove from flame and add crumbs, kale, and carrots. At the end pour sauce to enhance the richness of the taste of the soup.

Recipe 11 : Mandarin Salad Oriental

All the oriental flavors of Asia are compiled up in this dish. Enjoy a mixture of ramen with almonds and oranges. Cooking time: Servings: 8 Ingredients: 2 chopped green onions. Half cup sliced almonds. 5 chopped celery ribs. 5 tbsp. sugar. Half torn iceberg lettuce. 1 packet of oriental flavored ramen noodles along with soup mix. 1 can of mandarin, drained orange sections only. Half cup vegetable oil.

Half torn head of romaine lettuce. 3 tbsp. white vinegar. 1/8 tsp. hot sauce. 1 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley. ¼ tbsp. pepper. Half tsp. salt. Directions: 1. Smash noodles and bake them in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Along with occasional stirring. Now put it out from oven and let it cool. 2. Now ook sugar and slices of almonds for 7 minutes in a nonstick pan, keeping low to medium flame. Cook until sugar is completely dissolved with continuous stirring. Now turn off flame and let it cool down at room temperature. 3. It’s time to cook flavor packet of noodles in oil, sugar and remaining ingredients. 4. In a bowl, add vegetables and celery and mix them with hands. 5. Add almond and sugar mixture, noodles and oranges and once again mix them all. 6. Serve.

Recipe 12 : Sirloin - Snap Pea

As the name depicts it contain peas along with Chinese flavors in terms of lean cut of meat. Cooking time: 15 minutes Servings: 4 Ingredients: 2 tbsp. cornstarch. 2 to 3 ounce packets ramen noodles. ¼ cup soya sauce. 1 pound snap peas. 1 tbsp. toasted sesame oil. 3 tbsp. oil. 6 sliced scallions. 1 cup beef stock. 1 pound boneless, cross lengths chunk of sirloin steak.

3 minced garlic cloves. ¼ cups chopped ginger. Directions: 1. First of all, cook ramen noodles and peas. Now wash them with cold water and keep it aside. 2. Stir fry steaks in oil for a couple of minutes. 3. Fry ginger, scallions and garlic in oil for 2 minutes. 4. Now add cornstarch, broth and soya sauce and pour it in pan. Add prepared items in it along with sesame oil. 5. Serve hot.

Recipe 13 : Bok Choy Salad

It can be made easily at home with a crunchy flavor of almonds and sweet sesame. Cooking time: 20 minutes. Servings: 8 Ingredients: 6 chopped onions. 3 oz. packets of soup mix ramen noodles. 1 chopped bok choy. Half cup, sunflower seeds. 2 tbsp. soya sauce. 3 tbsp. chopped almonds. ¼ cup cider vinegar. Half cup sugar.

Directions: 1. Smash noodles and mix them with almonds and sunflower seeds. Spread them in jellyroll pan. 2. Bake them in preheated oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. 3. Now boil sugar with next three ingredients. Then let it cool. 4. Put onions and bok choy in sugar mixture. Add noodles and mix all of them. 5. Serve hot.

Recipe 14 : Noodle Chicken Salad

It is the most decisions dish among the traditional dishes made up of ramen noodles. It lags Chinese noodles. Cooking time: 8 min Servings: 6 Ingredients: ¼ cup sugar. 2 packets of soup mix, chicken flavored ramen noodles. Half cup red wine vinegar. 1 roasted whole chicken. 2 tbsp. oil. 2 tbsp. butter. 1/3 cup vegetable oil. Half cup sliced almonds.

¼ cup sesame seeds. Directions: 1. Smash noodles and spread them in a baking sheet. 2. Cook them at low heat for 5 minutes. 3. Separate bones from chicken and chop them finely. 4. Fry sesame seeds, almonds in butter over medium flame. 5. In another pan, cook chicken and butter for 5 minutes. 6. Whisk all liquid items in a bowl. Add noodles, lettuce, chicken, seed mixture and onions in bowl. 7. Mix them and serve instantly.

Recipe 15 : Peanut Butter Ramen

Roasted chicken with a twist of peanut butter, a punch of sweet chili sauce and crunch of Ramen noodles. What on the earth you want aside from this!!! Preparation Time: 30 minutes Servings: 4 Ingredients: 3 cups of barbecued and shredded chicken 10 ounces of ramen noodles without seasoning packet ½ cup of sliced green onion 2 teaspoons of red pepper flakes Half cup of peanut butter

Juice of 1 lime 2 tablespoons + 2/3 cup of olive oil 2 tablespoons of soy sauce One bag of veggies medley stir-fried, frozen, thawed 6 tablespoons of chili sauce, sweet Directions: 1. Over medium-high heat cook, ramen noodles according to the packet instructions. Keep them aside after draining. 2. In a medium skillet, heat the oil, add veggie medley and peanut butter, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, green onion, chili sauce, lime juice and remaining olive oil. 3. Whisk them till the butter melts for about 5 minutes. 4. Now add chicken and noodles. Toss them well to coat properly. 5. Cook for about 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.

Recipe 16 : Spicy Peanut Ramen Noodles

Believe me!! This is a very easy but delicious dish. Preparation Time: 15 minutes Servings: 2 Ingredients: 1 packet of cooked ramen noodles with seasoning sachet Half cup of chopped scallion 2 teaspoons of Sriracha 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 2 tablespoons of chunky peanut butter 1 large egg Directions: 1. Put soy sauce, Sriracha as required and chunky peanut butter in boiled ramen and mix well.

2. Before serving add chopped scallions and mix. 3. Enjoy this dish with your loved ones.

Recipe 17 : Cold Ramen Munchies

An excellent dish to use leftovers with ramen noodles for. Preparation Time: 15 minutes Servings: 1 Ingredients: 1 cup of ramen noodles 1 tablespoon of Furikake 2 tablespoons of kimchi 1 poached egg 1 cooked ear corn 1 small handful of cooked pea shoots 1 small handful of chopped baby chard Half teaspoon of chopped chilies

For soy vinaigrette: 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic 1 ½ teaspoon of crushed ginger 3 tablespoons of sesame oil ¼ cup of white sugar Half cup of rice vinegar 1 cup of soy sauce Directions: 1. In an electric mixer, mix all soy vinaigrette ingredients at high. Strain the mixture and set aside. 2. Put noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and put them in a bowl of ice water. 3. Combine cold ramen noodles with 3 tablespoons of soy mixture. 4. Put them in a serving plate, top them with vegetables, furikake and kimchi according to your taste. 5. Before serving put a poached egg on top.

Recipe 18 : Crab Ramen Tahini Salad

Exotic flavor of this unusual recipe will pinch you to make it a regular routine dish for your weekend meals. Preparation Time: 30 minutes Servings: 8 Ingredients: For salad ¼ cup of finely sliced almonds 8 ounces of diced imitation crab meat ½ cup of sliced scallion 1 /2 cup of red bell pepper 16 ounces of coleslaw mix 2 packets of ramen noodles (shrimp flavor)

For dressing 1/4 cup of canola oil ½ cup of toasted sesame seeds ¼ teaspoon of crushed ginger 2 sachet of seasoning from ramen noodle packets ¼ cup of brown sugar ¼ cup of rice vinegar ½ cup of soy sauce, light 2 tablespoons of tahini Directions: 1. Take ramen noodle from packets and crush them nicely. 2. Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl and combine them well. 3. Combine coleslaw, ramen noodles, scallion and red bell pepper, in a large bowl. 4. Put salad in a serving dish and top it with imitation meat and generously spread salad dressing. 5. If you like a cold salad, then refrigerate it otherwise serve immediately after garnishing with almonds.

Recipe 19 : Winter Chicken Ramen Soup

A steaming bowl of ramen chicken soup will make you forget the outside snowfall. Preparation Time: 40 minutes Servings: 4 Ingredients: ¼ cup of white miso paste 2 tablespoons of mirin 4 scallions 1 ½ pound of boiled ramen noodles 4 boiled eggs 4 tablespoons of soy sauce 10 ounces of choy sum 6 tablespoons of chicken demi-glaze

7 ounces of enoki mushrooms 3 inches piece of ginger 1 teaspoon of Togarashi-nori blend 1 tablespoon of sesame oil 4 thighs of chicken with skin and bones 2 tablespoons of olive oil Directions: 1. Mix some water with ¾ of soy sauce, mirin and miso paste. Rub pepper and salt on chicken thoroughly, heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat, put chicken in the heated oil and place foil on chicken. 2. Fill water in heavy based medium pan and put it over the chicken to cover it, cook chicken till skin becomes crispy or 10 minutes. 3. Remove the water pot and flip chicken, cook for 5 minutes with water pot at top, transfer chicken into a dish, reserve half dropping. 4. Mix chicken demi glaze, half ginger and miso mirin soy sauce mixture in 5 cups of boiling water. Remove heat and combine well. 5. In chicken dropping pan heat remaining ginger and chopped choy sum leaves with pepper and salt, cook for 2 minutes. 6. Finely slice the chicken and put evenly in bowls with sesame oil, scallion, and remaining soy sauce. 7. Add equal portions of boiled noodles to bowls, add miso broth evenly, choy sum and enoki mushrooms. 8. Serve with scallion green at top with halved seasoned eggs.

Recipe 20 : Cheap Ramen Dessert

Preparation Time: 10 minutes Servings: 1 Ingredients: 1/8 teaspoons of cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon of salt Honey as desired Strawberry sauce as desired Whipped cream as desired 1 packet of ramen Noodles (seasoning not required) Directions: 1. Cook ramen noodles by following packet instructions. 2. Put in fridge after draining and chill.

3. Put noodles in a serving dish, add honey as desired. 4. Put sugar and cinnamon, strawberry sauce, whipped cream and again sauce. 5. Serve.

Recipe 21 : Fried Ramen Ice Cream
