Ingredients 2 tbsp butter 1 C. onion, chopped 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 1/4 lbs. ground turkey 1/2 C. breadcrumbs 1 egg

3/4 C. catsup 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 3/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper

Before you do anything, preheat the oven to 350 F. Place a pan over medium heat. Heat in it the butter. Cook in it the onion for 6 min. Let it cool down completely. Get a large mixing bowl: Combine in it the onion, with turkey, bread crumbs, egg, 1/4 C. of the catsup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Shape the mixture into a loaf. Place it in a greased bread pan. Place the loaf pan in the oven. Let it cook for 52 to 56 min. Allow the meatloaf to rest for 6 min. Spread over it the remaining catsup and serve it. Enjoy.

Shape the mixture into a loaf. Place it in a greased loaf pan. 4. Get a mixing bowl: Whisk in it the rest of tomato sauce, water, brown sugar, prepared mustard and Worcestershire sauce. 5. Place a heavy saucepan over medium heat: Whisk in it the sugar with tomato sauce and barbecue sauce. 4. Turn off the heat and place the sauce aside to cool down. 5.
