The administration of Somaliland national examination and certification board (SLNECB) authorized the compilation, production and publication of Somaliland national maths paper 1 examination books with simplified answers and solutions for secondary students. The production of these books came after a success through great and selfless effort, made by SLNECB and the teacher who compiled it. This was necessitated by the tremendous needs of the whole Somaliland secondary students in order that they get equal rights and experience in performing national examinations in particular and the international exanimations in general.
