LET ME HELP YOU IMPROVE YOUR CURRENT REALITY

PRODUCED BY: MANNY MASON

Dear reader, Thank you for being here and investing in yourself. I genuinely appreciate it greatly. Please share the existence of this document with your loved ones and encourage them to purchase their own copy for their own private use, or better yet, gift one to them. I sincerely hope I helped you with this document. I pray the universe gives you more love, amazingness, positivity and abundance than you deserve in this life. Always do your best at everything you do and leave the rest. Peace and love. Your biggest supporter, Manny Mason

I Want To Help You Improve Your Current Reality Here I will go through many things that will contribute to improving your life from where it currently is. I understand this content may be common knowledge, however it is hard to remember all that you wish you could sometimes (trust me, I know that from experience) therefore see this document as a reference guide which you can keep coming back to for ideas. I strongly recommend printing this document out and leaving it somewhere such as your dinner/coffee/bedside table so you can pick it up and flick through it in moments of rest. Get ready, there is a lot of good stuff here to go through. Why do we need to be the best version of ourselves? It's extremely important in my opinion to always strive to be the best version of yourself. It can be difficult at times to be your best, this much is true, but saying that, we must never give up on the pursuit towards bettering ourselves for our own benefit and the benefit of our loved ones. Think about it, when you become a better communicator, who wins? Your relationships will probably deepen and strengthen, you will probably be better at your job and go further in your career, etc. Never stop giving your best effort towards becoming the best version of yourself in every way possible and reap the rewards of doing so in the long run. Take it from me here and now, if you have gotten lost in life and stopped striving to be your best in every way possible, start now. Don’t miss out on the potential rewards you will get by doing so, I know you are deserving of those rewards without knowing you personally. So if you're screwing around, stop it, and get yourself back on track. Self-development Everyone should be trying to develop themselves continuously in my opinion, sometimes things have to take a backseat when fate comes calling, but when the dust has settled, it is imperative that we do not give up on self-development towards a bigger, better and stronger self. I advise that you always have professional and personal self-development goals in progress, for example a personal goal would be to improve your self-esteem and a professional goal would be to improve your excel skills. The good thing about self-development is that it is an endless journey towards bigger and better, there is always room for improvement and this fact should never be forgotten. Improve confidence levels We need to improve our confidence levels so we can be better at whatever it is we do in general. I know in the past when I have improved my confidence in speaking to others, the results from doing that was I was more motivated to succeed in other areas of my life. If you are already good when it comes to your confidence levels, try teaching others close to you such as your family to be more confident in for example giving speeches and in turn see what comes up in terms of what you could improve. You may realise you are not so good at patience or maybe not as calm and serene within yourself as you would like to be or you are lacking in your vocabulary, all

things you can improve on once identified and once improved will have a great positive impact on you and subsequently your life. Invest in yourself You have invested in yourself by purchasing this document, do not stop there whatever you do. Continue making purchases that take you, your spiritual self, your knowledge, your skills, your humanity, and your awesomeness to a whole new level. Make investing in yourself a part of your lifestyle and your monthly budget. Remember investing in yourself should be a priority for you, and if it isn’t, make it so, don’t ask questions, just do it, you're welcome. Start by investing in a trip to the cinema to watch the newest marvel movie if one is available to watch and treat yourself to a lovely mocha or cappuccino afterwards, your friend Manny says you are allowed to, so get going with making your gains! Content consumption In 2022, there is a serious amount of content available on the internet just ready to be eaten up. When I mention content, I am referring to things like videos/articles/social media posts on platforms such as youtube/instagram/news websites which give you inspiration, insight, guidance, motivation, and/or technical knowledge. All things you need in your day and your life to ultimately bring out the best in you. For example, when you see an article which deep dives into a speciality you are very knowledgeable about/familiar with (maybe something such as workplace etiquette or SME taxation policies) then this should light your brain up and get it firing which will have positive benefits on the rest of you and your day/week in a domino effect sort of way. Consuming content is like feeding your mind, and if you think of improving your current reality in the same way as building muscle in the gym, you have to do the right things to stimulate muscle growth and then you have to feed your muscles the right nutrition to grow, the same applies to improving your life. You have to consume the right content for you and your goals, and then you have to apply what you have learned from that content in real time. In fact you're consuming content right now by reading this document, and hopefully you will be so excited to apply what you are learning in this document to your life. I have a book recommendation section near the end of this document from which I hope you will be picking a book from and consuming on a regular habitual basis. Book reading is a great way to consume content, however I understand it can be very heavy on time and energy resources. For the people who don’t want to sit and read a book for hours on end or cannot for some reason, there are apps such as Blinkist which offer book summaries which are bite-sized versions of books that can be consumed in much less time and with much less effort than reading the original book. Please make it a regular habit to consume content from the internet, in 2022 there is literally something for everyone on the internet and all you have to do is search for it. Head to google right now and see what you can find. Meditation Meditation should be a staple in everyone's lifestyle. The benefits of having meditation time where you focus on your breath and connect to the natural flow of things in my opinion is invaluable. I cannot ever see myself going back to a life where I do not meditate as regularly as possible. I didn’t start meditating until a few years ago, I am 28 now, and I really do wonder how

much more amazing my life would have been thus far if I started meditating regularly in my younger years. Meditation I feel helps me connect back to my highest/spiritual self, where I can fully align myself to my values and my intentions for this life of mine. I feel as though regular adult life can send you out of whack sometimes and meditation brings you back in line with yourself and your hopes and dreams. Take it from me, start meditating as often as possible, subscribe to an app such as Calm and use the guided meditations that are available on it, trust me you will not regret it. There are numerous studies out there that advocate meditation and its positive effects. I hope you try meditation out to see what it can do for you, even if it feels a little strange at first. Journalling Start journaling as much as possible, about anything and everything - use journaling as a platform to bring out and create your best/ideal self. You could do this by handwriting journal entries out in a physical journal or you can do what I do and get a digital journal on your phone or laptop and type out your entries, or you could start a video journal using your smartphone or even an audio journal using a voice recorder app. Journalling is great because it opens you up in ways exercise and eating healthy cannot. If you do nothing else from this document, do this as it will significantly impact your current reality in a very positive way. Ask yourself questions that open you up to your best self and your current reality more fully so you can then start to make positive changes in your life. Start a gratitude journal too - twice a week sit down and write out 10 things you are grateful for, it will have a positive impact on your life in the short and long term. I didn’t start journaling until a few years ago and now I will never ever go without it just because of the space it allows me to be myself and to fully express myself in ways talking to a significant other or a best bud just cannot. Search online for tutorials of how to get the most out of journaling and get busy with being the most authentic awesome amazing you in written form as soon as you humanly can, don’t delay! Travel & experience the world to the fullest Get outside, as much as you possibly can. You’ve probably heard this your whole life, and done this your whole life, so take it from me and don’t stop getting out. There are so many amazing things to do in the world in 2022, experience it all, as often as possible, as fully as possible. See getting out as an investment in yourself, and get excited about what magic could happen when you go for that trip to the cinema, or for that coffee, or to the sea life centre or the new soup shack that has opened up. Bottom line is when you invest in yourself there is a strong possibility of something going so right it could change your life's path in a great and amazing way. For example you could end up making friends with someone or a group of people which could potentially open unimaginable doors for you. Please try to break out of your comfort zone and broaden your horizons as much as possible in relation to experiencing the world and see what positivity falls into your life. Find mentors Find people who can show you new ways of doing things, who can open doors for you, who can advise you and guide you towards a better you and a better future. The person that could do these things for you could be a family member, a fellow gym member, a work colleague, an old

school friend, a neighbour, or a stranger who frequents the same coffee shop/library as you. Everyone needs mentors in their lives, someone who can use their vantage point to the advantage of the mentee in order to guide them in the right direction. Find the people who can do this for you and make it a weekly/monthly thing to meet with them so you can start making great progress in your lives towards topics that are of importance to you. For example, you could find someone to help you with career planning, or improving your relationship with your life partner, or being a better parent. Chances are there's someone out there who can help you in some way with whatever it is you want to make progress on. Find them, don’t be afraid to reach out to people for these purposes as chances are they would be more than happy to be your mentor and even have something they would like to be mentored on by you. Sleep If you're like me you will like lie-ins more than most people. I love lie-ins. I love the cosiness, the relaxing vibe I get from staying in bed for those early morning hours. I want to suggest that you incorporate lie-ins regularly but on the flipside you also try to wake up at 4-5am regularly too, to enjoy the early morning atmosphere, all while getting 6-8 hours of sleep. Also try to buy the best bedding and mattresses you can afford, the more luxurious/stylish your sleep the better. We can’t all be kings and queens but we can try to sleep like them. I would also recommend using apps such as Calm for the sleep stories and soundscapes you can get access to, they are great for aiding relaxation at the start of your sleep and some of the sleep stories are pretty great listens too! You can also track your sleep through smartwatches (hooray for tech in 2022!), so that is another thing to consider should you want to see graphs & reports in the morning in relation to your sleep. Start making a list of all the things you need to do in order to improve your sleep from where it currently is, to where it could possibly be in the near future. Morning routine Starting your day off on the right foot is a great idea for having the best day you possibly can, I know, crazy logic right. Do what you can at the start of your day to get the best nutrition in your system whether that is a banana and a protein shake or a granola and yoghurt breakfast bowl with berries. Anything that will fuel your body with serious firepower that will help you overcome the obstacles your job, your commute, and/or your kids will be sending your way throughout the day. Another idea for a solid start is to meditate for 15 minutes in your favourite chair or at the dinner table, to get your body centred and ready for action. Couple this with some stretching, breathing exercises and some prayers (for good and great things such as strength, guidance, inspiration, and awesome people to enter your life) and you’ll be getting out of the gates in a winning way, the way winners do, and you my friend are a winner, never forget that. Clothes Wear clothes that bring out the best in you and make you feel awesome, for some that could be stylish gym gear, for others it could be smart suits, for some it could be designer loungewear to wear while netflixing, anything that gets you in your best vibe and feeling comfy in yourself. The results of wearing clothes that you actually want to wear (compared to clothes you are forced to wear, school & work uniform, etc) should translate to things such as being more in tune with

yourself and in a better space mentally and emotionally and also transmitting better vibes to the people that come into contact with you, all very important things. Hygiene & living quarter maintenance This one is a big one. When I fully look after myself, when I look after my living quarters fully, I feel better, I feel more at peace and more serene. I think taking the time to maintain your hygiene and living areas is always a good idea if you want to feel better and more energised generally. When you want to improve your life & yourself, good emotions like the ones a tidy place and a shower can ignite are a must. Let alone the fact that cleaning can be fun sometimes if you make it so with some great music playing in the background, and we all know fun is important to have in life. Play games There are so many great games available these days whether that's on the PC, console, or question/board games. There is a game out there for everyone to play in any given scenario whether that's after a roast dinner sitting around the fireplace with the family, or while on the playground during lunch time at school with your buds, or with a work colleague on the way to another country in a plane on a business trip. Understand everyday is full of opportunities, there are so many great things you can do which would bring positivity into your life, don’t waste your days thinking there is nothing to do when all you need to do is get looking and searching for what you could be spending your time, energy and money on for the bringing of positive things into your life such as laughter-filled moments and/or interesting conversations. Both of which will contribute to becoming a better you and having a better reality. Revisit childhood hobbies and interests If you used to be a football fan in your teens, remember why and what you loved about it. If you used to be into a certain kind of music, listen to it again and maybe find out if they have a concert anytime soon which you can go to. Remember what used to light you up as a child, remember what you used to find fascinating, remember what used to mesmerise you and draw you in, indulge in it all once again and bask in the positivity and goodness that comes from doing so and use it to improve your current situation in life. That could be by channelling the emotions that revisiting these interests brings towards creating positive change within yourself and your life or using the happiness and joy of such memories to heal you from the craziness life has put you through since those times. Take online courses In 2022 there are so many courses you can take online, it is like everyone and their dog have created one. Chances are you would find the perfect course for you which would bring out the creative and most amazing side of your personality. Set aside 2 hours on a Saturday and Sunday to take these courses and feed the side of you that you may have lost while attending to your priorities and obligations in life such as work and/or family. One idea of a course you could take is programming courses (python, javascript, etc) if you have an interest/capability in computer coding. Another one you could do is learn about financial modelling if finance is something you

are interested in. Another one is you could learn to become a better negotiator and understand the intricacies that field involves. When you learn and engage your brain in learning, chances are you will feel better within yourself and operate at a much higher/better level in general which will have great knock-on positive benefits to the rest of your life. Daily Affirmations When you wake up or before you go to bed or when you are getting ready in the bathroom, create a list of things to say to yourself that are positive, affirming, put you in the right zone, and ultimately make you feel better and more energised and ready for the day/week ahead. Empower yourself to rise up to your potential and beyond through the emotion these words generate inside of you. At the end of this document you will find a list of affirmations you can use, but also come up with your own. Come up with affirmations that you know will resonate with you, affirmations that you know will hit home in a big and change making way. Affirmations are a great way to get your mindset and focus in check, two things that are seriously needed to be in line when making any kind of positive change in your life lasting and permanent. Create a vision board Find a wall in your home with space to put magazine clippings, pictures, and motivational messages which will inspire and motivate you to reach higher heights in life. Things you can put up on this vision board include places you have visited and loved, places you want to visit, things you would like to own and have owned in the past, furniture you love the style of, clothes you love the look of, people you admire, anything that you want to look at regularly say after you come back from your weekly food shop or before you leave for work to get hits of inspiration and motivation to take on whatever challenges are on your horizon. Find positive examples to emulate I heard a quote once that said don't emulate the results of others, emulate their efforts. So find people whose efforts you can emulate, people that you admire, people that you love, people that you want to be more like. Positive examples are a must when trying to improve yourself and your life. Some people see their parents as their heroes, other people see celebrities and sports people as their heroes, find people you resonate with and can learn from and also who you can teach something you know to and use them as motivation and inspiration to level yourself up in every single way possible. Heal from the past Life can be hard and it can take us through metaphorical holly bushes from which we need to repair and heal from, once we get through them. Figure out what healing you need to do and get started on it as soon as you can. You deserve to be at and feel like your best. The people who love you deserve to see you at your best. Don’t be someone that never recovers after a long winter, if you are beaten down, broken, feeling weak, I see you, I feel you, I know your struggle and pain, but you cannot stay in that position forever. You need to get back to your best and you need to start making steps to get there today. It may take a while, but the journey needs to be started as

soon as humanly possible. You got this, I know you deserve good and great things in your life, go and get them for your own benefit and the benefit of the people who love and admire you. Spend time alone Spend time alone in a library or somewhere you can be alone with yourself and focus solely on taking yourself in the right direction in life - this way you can concentrate on yourself fully, making headway towards a better reality and a better you by adjusting yourself in ways you see fit and ways you approve of, in real time. This is how you will find yourself laying the groundwork for which your future success will land upon if that makes sense. Spending time alone can be one of the most powerful practices towards bettering everything in your life. Eliminate all inefficiencies, ineffectiveness, silliness and negativity from your life & self wherever possible This could mean throwing out things such as clothes/souvenirs that bring you pain and sorrow, or not talking to certain people as much, or foregoing your trip to your parents every weekend for a chat and a bite to eat which turns into a flurry of anxiety and resentment. Dig deep into this one because it could make the biggest impact on improving your current reality. Nobody needs silliness and negativity in their lives, there is too much positivity and happy moments to be had for any of that. Get rid of all negativity and anything else that holds you back in an urgent manner and make way for the good and amazing and great to find its way to you and your amazing self. Visit religious sites such as temples and churches Go to religious sites - the atmosphere, the sacredness of such places is often profoundly mesmerising, at least for me it is. I would seriously recommend doing this as a way to experience another side of life that you otherwise would not experience as I know a lot of people in 2022 are not religious and subsequently could be doing themselves a disservice by not being curious about how places like temples, churches, etc operate. I would recommend drawing parallels between religious places such as temples and your home and your workplace to see what is there and what can be brought in to make things better. For example, temples may have a calmness and order to them that you could try to emulate in your own home and subsequently it may open your eyes to inefficiencies that you otherwise could not see such as chaos in the kitchen because of the sheer amount of things you have scattered around (minimalism is a very popular concept these days and for good reason!). Alcohol Alcohol can have very bad effects on how you feel and how you feel has a big impact on your motivation levels. For example, if you're hungover on a sunday morning you probably won’t want to go to Starbucks for a sunday morning cappuccino which let me tell you is a great way to start your day. Be smart about your alcohol intake, sometimes a decaf coffee is a great alternative to a glass of cabernet sauvignon (that is a glass of wine for those of you who don’t know). Also, when you do drink, there is no need to go crazy, have one or two and then stop, your liver and your highest self will thank you for it.

Smoking Respiratory health is a big deal and frankly anyone would be better off without tobacco smoke in their personal space (and lungs count as personal space in my humble opinion). If you're a heavy smoker and have been for years, I get it, it’s a part of your routine and it will be difficult to eliminate from your life, but saying that, I implore you to cut down, every step in the right direction counts in my books. If you smoke occasionally, try to get rid of it completely. I do understand however that some people love smoking, I have enjoyed it thoroughly myself too at times but sometimes you have to put it aside in order to operate at your highest level. I have found that smoking can be used as a soothing agent to calm yourself down in times of anxiety and heavy stress, but these days you can buy CBD which can be better than lighting up a Marlboro when it comes to handling stress and anxiety, so do consider CBD as an alternative. Gift to others Purchase great things for other people, things that you can see could make a significant positive impact in their lives. Thinking about great gifts for others for sure brings out the best sides of people, and when you give someone something chances are that experience will be filled with emotions that will help make your day/week even better. Think about what great things you can gift to others, and start creating lists and plans to purchase them. Physical fitness and proper nutrition Fitness and nutrition is something you want to get right in life, trust me when I say the following, the quality of your fitness and nutrition can and probably will dictate how far you go in your lifetime. Take two climbers who are setting off to climb Mt Everest, the fittest of the two with the better nutrition packed with him/her on the trip is probably going to get there the quickest, obviously there are more factors however you get what I am putting down here. Now, when it comes to improving your current reality, getting on a proper workout programme from a serious fitness coach is something I would strongly recommend. Not only that, but I would also recommend you do not shy away from protein bars, health drinks, stuff you would find in health stores that maybe wouldn’t taste the best, however would provide you with what you need to take yourself from a 5 to a 10, in your moods, performance at work, and/or attitude to life in general. In fact, explore the health stores in your area and see what they have on the shelves. One supplement I wholly recommend to include in your life is BCAA’s. They support energy levels and can help you kick into a higher gear when tiredness and fatigue rears its ugly head. Bottom line, take care of your fitness and nutrition, dedicate yourself to it and it will take care of you in return, that I know for certain. Rest and recovery I would say rest and recovery is crucial to success in life, in any endeavour. Sometimes life can be rough, and you need to allow yourself rest and recuperation after the battles fade, so I would suggest getting regular massages and possibly indulging in physical therapies such as acupuncture or cupping. Anything that soothes and relaxes the muscles and gives you relief from aches and pains should be considered as part of your weekly/monthly routine. At the end of the day, the more effective your rest, when game-time eventually comes around (game-time could

mean parenting, work, or maintaining a positive attitude towards life) we should be in a better position to do well. So drink those smoothies, herbal teas, diet drinks, and protein shakes because your life's success could depend on it. Join/make a walking/running group Doing something like walking or running usually brings out the best in you so why not do these activities as a group and not only bring the best out of yourself but help others bring out the best in themselves by offering support and encouragement while you all become better together? Sounds like a win-win situation to me. Not only can you walk/run together, but afterwards you could also eat and fuel up on good wholesome healthy foods together while basking in the glory of what you have just achieved. This is a seriously good idea if you ask me and one that I would encourage everyone to do, even if it’s only in groups of 2 with your life partner or sibling. Don’t forget to use common sense in life's tests Sometimes when you are going through life, the simplest solutions are the best ones. Use the common sense that you have developed over the course of your life when life throws you curveballs. Remember the following fact… you weren’t born yesterday, which means you are a survivor and have been through so much already and have gotten through it therefore your common sense is and should be a credible source of direction/guidance for you to count on. Serve others from time to time Help people every now and again whether that is your loved ones or the wider public. Do something that helps another and reap amazing benefits such as positive and happy emotions in return. If you have nieces and nephews, see if you can help them with their academic studies, or volunteer at good causes which you want to support (which could be care homes or children's hospitals). You could even produce a document similar to this one, or on a smaller scale you could help a relative out with their housework on a sunday morning. Anything that you can contribute to another will benefit you by the action of serving another and the person/entity being served by receiving your help. It totally is a win-win situation, even if no monetary gains are made, it could set the stage for monetary gains to happen in the future. For example, you could end up starting a lifelong friendship with someone you meet whilst volunteering at the local children's hospital, and that person might be the person you end up starting a very successful company with in the future. Set yourself 15 minutes to come up with ideas of what you can do for another and put a plan into action to make it a reality! Remember who you are and what you stand for There are some things in life that you simply do not want to forget, and some things in life you don’t want others to forget. The things I am referring to here are core values, the things we hold dear, the people we cherish, our ethical principles and our moral lines. Make lists of these important things and see what comes to mind during the list-making process. Hang these lists on your fridge or by your desk or anywhere you will see it often and keep yourself focused on what you care about most in this life whether that is being a kind person, or being someone who exhibits good vibes to people or someone who is just and fair to the ultimate degree. Being our

most authentic, genuine and powerful self will reverberate onto other areas of our lives in a positive fashion which will improve our current realities and consequently our futures. Tiredness & fatigue Don’t let these two things get in the way of you living your best life, get advice from your GP when these two things become a real obstacle in your life and prevent you from doing things you ordinarily would do and ultimately stops you from living your best life. Tiredness and fatigue cannot win, it is as simple as that. There are remedies out there you can try to combat tiredness and fatigue, but in my opinion, things like going out into nature for walks and cooking up amazing dinners and going sightseeing are also good remedies to fight back against these two frankly annoying things. If doing those things is too much for you, then I would suggest checking out the arts in some fashion where you're able to indulge in things like musicals or shows without moving too much. The arts do have a way I feel to replenish the mind and spirit, so I would consider what consumption of the arts you could delve into if you are struggling with things such as tiredness and fatigue. It could be by going to art galleries, or musicals at the theatre, or even just listening to great music. Move the needle Do whatever moves you forward in the right direction - even if only in the smallest of ways. One example of this is upgrading your old TV or smartphone to get up to date with the latest features others are indulging in (such as better apps and games and services that would ultimately bring greater positive value into your life and improve your life as a direct result). Don’t skimp out on things just because they are flashy or trendy either, those things might be what you need to invest in most to get you experiencing your current reality in a more full way and becoming more alive as a result. Find a sport/profession which brings out the best in you Sports and professions both have something in common, they both have amazing, smart, talented, fascinating individuals operating within them. Find a sport or profession where you can see people who are similar to you operating within them and find out more about why they are doing what they are doing, how they got to the position they are in, and what they do in those positions. Open yourself up to worlds that are beyond the ones you have known and see new ways of doing things. It could be all the inspiration and motivation you need to take yourself to a higher level and to achieve more in your time on this planet and if your unsure about your future work-wise you could even stumble upon a new career path you want to pursue which is better than the one you are currently on or are about to get on. For example, if you have a brain that is great at engineering consider motorsports and deep dive into the technicalities of how race cars are built and designed. If you are someone who understands psychology in a more advanced way than most people, maybe look into how sports psychologists operate in combat sports and what they do to bring about positive results. If you love intricate details maybe consider looking into watchmaking or woodworking. If you loved arts and crafts at some point in your life maybe look into chocolatiers and how they create amazing looking and tasting chocolate. Finding a sport and profession you resonate with on some level will for sure light you up in magical ways, I would

strongly suggest you take some time to explore what sports and professions are out there in the world. Try eating/making foods you have never tried/made before There are so many types of cuisines and foods out there, chances are you have not tried every single food available in the world to eat, which means you now have a golden opportunity to search for your new favourite dish and have a flavour fest with friends! It’s probably one of the funnest things I will suggest in this document to do that will also bring much positivity and positive change making goodness into your life. Sure a good old pizza on a friday night is great too, I am not disputing that, but making and eating a curry that is only made in the foothills of Kashmir with great friends has something mystical about it that surely will set the stage for some awesomeness to be born. Learn to invest your money So we talked about investing in levelling up your skills… one great skill you can spend time learning in your free time is creating an investment portfolio. Now investing in things such as stocks, commodities, and crypto can be some heavy work for the absolute beginner. Luckily there are a lot of places that take the pain out of investing for you with their already made up portfolios which you can copy and invest in without too much time investment. Deep diving into the financial markets is a great way to get your adult head on your shoulders (if you're anything like me, it can go missing sometimes) just because of how serious the nature of financial markets are (economics, business finance, etc). It is a very serious topic and some people (including myself) will love that about the markets, but this may turn some people away and to those people I say, don’t get turned off by the ruthlessness of investing and finance, instead find mentors and people that can help guide you and teach you the ropes so that one day you could become a brilliant and knowledgeable investor yourself. In my eyes it is crucial to invest your money in 2022 and I strongly suggest that you do put some effort into creating an investment portfolio. Learn to manage your money better Chances are some people are already pretty good at managing their money as it is something you have to do mandatorily whether you like it or not however there is always room for improvement. See what you can do to systemise and organise your spending/budgets to make it visually clearer to you rather than trying to manage it all in your head if that is what you do. For example, get yourself a spreadsheet template on which you can enter your cash flow and see where your money is going and what you can do to save more at the end of the month/year. Learning to manage your money better is included in this document because again it is a serious topic and should help bring you to a place of mature thinking and rationality, two places we all need to be at more regardless of whether you are trying to make positive changes in your life or not. So do what you can to improve your finances, our finances can make or break us in 2022 therefore give them the just due they deserve.

Give to good causes financially Always try to give 3-10% of your income to charities you believe in and causes you want to help. Also try to keep researching for new charities and causes that are coming to the forefront in perpetuity. You don’t have to just give your money away, you could also give your time, energy, expertise, and best/well wishes away too. Going to charity meetups and being part of the crew and standing in solidarity with the amazing work they are doing is just as good as throwing 5% of your income their way in my eyes, doing both is obviously better and ideal but you get my point. Doing these sorts of things will help you internally and will show positive benefits in your life whether it's in who you become and evolve into as a person, or even just how you feel about how you spend your life and resources.
