Unit 1.

1. The boy caught a fish. 2. A fish caught the boy –Рыба поймала мальчика. 3. The boy a fish caught. Caught the boy a fish, etc.

the most useful самый more useful более полезный, наиболее полезный, полезнее полезный more difficult более the most difficult самый трудный,труднее трудный труднейший more numerous the most numerous более многочисленный самый многочисленный

Unit 12. Настоящее совершенное время The Present Perfect Tense 1.

I have brought the book. Поэтому Present Perfect употребляется с такими обозначениями времени, как today сегодня, this year в этом году, this month в этом месяце; this week на этой неделе, tonight сегодня вечером, this morning сегодня утром и т. п.: I haven't seen him this month I saw him this morning. I have seen him this morning. Present Perfect употребляется с наречиями already уже, never никогда, ever когда-либо often часто, always всегда, so far пока, до сих пор, just только что, not yet еще нет неопределенного времени, основными из которых являются следующие: Have you ever been there? He has just left. I have not seen him yet. I often saw him last year. I never met him when I, lived in Sochi, Have you read anything about management? I have lived here now for four years.

Simple Perfect

active asking having asked

passive being asked having been asked

While translating difficult texts we use a dictionary. Having read the book I returned it to the library. Функции причастия I. В предложении причастие I (Participle I) может быть: 1. A smiling girl. A swimming man. The men building our house with me are my friends. The house being built in our street is a new building of school. Translating the article he consulted the dictionary.

Participle I Simple Active They are playing chess. Participle I Simple Passive Being built of wood the bridge could not carry heavy loads. Participle I Perfect Active Having built a house he began building a greenhouse. Participle I Simple Passive Having been built of concrete, the house was cold in winter. Причастие II правильных глаголов имеет ту же форму, что и Past Simple, и образуется при помощи прибавления суффикса –ed к основе глагола to ask – asked, to help – helped. The book discussed yesterday was interesting. The books discussed at the lessons are always interesting. Перед причастием II в функции обстоятельства могут стоять союзы if, unless, when. If built of the local stone, the
