Stir in the onion and cook it for 4 min. lower the heat then stir in the cream with the remaining spices. 4. Cook them for 1 min. Directions 1. Place a large pot of water over medium heat. Cook in it the pasta by following the directions on the package. 2. Place a large pan over medium heat. Heat in it the cream until it starts boiling. Lower the heat then mix stir into it the vegetables with seasonings. 3. Let the sauce cook for 9 min. Add the seafood and cook them for 5 to 8 min or until they are done. 4. Mix in the cheese until it melts. Stir in the linguine after draining it. Adjust the seasoning then serve your pasta warm. 5. Directions 1. Lay the chicken thighs in a greased slow cooker. Top it with bell pepper followed by the onion, celery, tomato, garlic, sugar, paprika, Cajun, salt and pepper. 2. Put on the lid and let them cook for 9 h on low. 3. Once the time is up, stir in the shrimp with lemon juice and some hot sauce. Put on the lid and let them cook for an extra hour. 4. Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Blue Corn Sauce

Ingredients 1/4 C. canola oil 2 shallots, peeled and sliced 4 (5 -6 oz.) boneless skinless chicken breast halves 1 1/4 tsps salt 1/4 C. blue cheese 1 C. all-purpose flour 2 eggs 2 tbsp water
1 C. seasoned bread crumbs 3/4 C. frozen corn 1/2 C. milk 1/2 C. Ranch Dressing 2 tsps Cajun seasoning 2 tsps butter 1 tbsp chopped pimiento
Directions 1. Before you do anything, preheat the oven to 400 F. 2. Place a large pan over medium heat. Pour in it 1 tbsp of oil and heat it. Sauté in it the shallot for 4 min. 3. Drain it and transfer it to a mixing bowl. 4. Place the chicken breasts between 2 sheets of wax paper. Press them with a kitchen hammer or the back of a pan until they become 1/4 thick. 5. Season them with some salt and pepper. Place 1 tbsp of blue cheese on one side of each chicken breasts. 6. Top them with the cooked onion then roll it over the filling and use a toothpick to seal them. 7. Get a shallow bowl: Mix in the water with eggs. Dust the stuffed chicken breasts with some flour. 8. Dip them in the eggs mix then drain them and coat hem with breadcrumbs. 9. Place a large pan over medium heat. Heat in it 3 tbsp of oil. 10. Transfer them to a greased pan and cook them in the oven for 9 min. 11. To make the sauce, place a large pan over medium heat. 12. Stir in it the corn, milk, and 1/2 tsp salt for 6 min. Transfer the mix to a blender. 13. Add to it the Cajun seasoning with ranch dressing. Blend them smooth. Pour the mix back into the pan and cook it for 3 min. 14. Serve your sauce warm with your stuffed chicken breasts. 15. Enjoy.

Directions 1. Get a large mixing bowl: Combine in it all the tartar sauce ingredients and mix them well. Place it in the fridge. 2. Get a shallow dish: Mix in it the hot sauce with egg. Dip in it the fish pieces and let them sit for 20 min. 3. Place a large pot over high heat. Heat in it 2 inches of oil. 4. Get a shallow dish. Combine in it the flour, cornmeal, salt and Cajun seasoning. 5. Remove the fish pieces from the marinade and coat them with the flour mix. Cook them in the hot oil until they become golden brown in batches. 6. Drain the fish tenders then serve them warm. 7. Enjoy.

Get a large mixing bowl: Combine in it the cream cheese with shredded cheese, garlic, olive oil, green onions, cilantro, pimientos, and cayenne peppers to make the filling. 4. Spoon the filling into the jalapeno halves. Press the side with the filling into the crumbs to coat them with it. 5. Place them on a lined up baking sheet. Stir the remaining oil into the empty pan and heat it. Sauté in it the onion for 3 min. Stir in the pepper and cook them for 2 min. 5. Get a small mixing bowl: Whisk in it the water with lemon juice, corn flour and butter. 6. Turn off the heat then add the sauce with chicken to the pan. Mix them well. Serve your stir fry warm. 7.
