A WORD FROM THE FOUNDER Dear Friend & Customer, On behalf of myself, and the crew at Blade-Tech we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for your continued support this past year. 2007 was our 5th consecutive record setting year. By having a design team that ranks second to none we were able to roll more than 30 new products of our assembly lines. We also added several new and exciting manufacturing partnerships to our customer base with the likes of 5.11 Tactical, S&W and FNH. As we head into the New Year with a full head of steam, we are conident that 2008 will be even bigger. July 4th, 2008 marks the 17 year anniversary of Bryce’s Jet Ski accident where he was nearly decapitated when the tow rope from a ski boat towing an inner tuber ripped through his throat, severing his larynx, trachea, esophagus and vocal chords. He wasn’t expected to survive the night. By God’s grace he survived and is completely healed. The scar on his throat and a raspy voice are all that’s left to remind us of the event that tried us in the ire of our faith... He is truly a living testimony to the active power of prayer! We give all honor and glory to the Lord Jesus Christ who is our grace and strength and the reason Blade-Tech exists today. Bryce has worked by my side at Blade-Tech for the past 10 years and I am extremely proud to announce that as of January 1st, 2008 Bryce Wegner will oicially take over as Blade-Tech’s new acting President. I am also pleased to announce that Steve Avila will assume the role of CEO and long time Blade-Tech stalwart Tom Crawford will take over as COO. Together we will navigate Blade-Tech through the explosive growth we are experiencing. We are grateful to the brave men and women who are serving our great country at home and abroad in Iraq and Afghanistan. We will continue to pray for God’s mercy and protection in their lives. All Blade-Tech Manufactured products have a limited one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Blade-Tech will repair, replace or refund the purchase price at BladeTech discretion of any product covered under this warranty. This Warranty does not apply to damage to the product caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, alteration, abuse or failure to read or follow the instructions and warnings for the products. Customers wishing to return their products for refund must return the BladeTech merchandise, with proof of purchase to the vendor where the item was originally purchased within 30 days. Blade-Tech Industries ofers a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee which gives the customer the option of returning their product without explanation within 30 days from the date of receipt.The Customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees, and will be only refunded the purchase price of the items excluding shipping charges. BladeTech makes no other warranties. Our engineering department has been getting stronger each year and has evolved into a full service design, engineering, rapid prototype to production—one stop shop, not only for our own products but for many other companies as well. Using our Fusion Deposition Modeling (FDM) machine we can provide rapid prototypes of engineered designs to customers very quickly. This gives us the ability to test the function and feasibility of a product prior to spending the capital necessary to build a real world prototype. As anyone who has invented something knows, you can reine a design many times before you have it “perfect” and ready for market. You can gain the edge of having your irst generation production model a success on the irst try. We have used this technology to develop products ranging from the tactical industry to dentistry. We ofer many services, such as simple input on existing designs, prototyping of YOUR design or we can design, prototype, fabricate molds/tooling and manufacture production parts. There are no limitations to our in house engineering capabilities. FUSED DEPOSITION MODELING (FDM) Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is a solid-based rapid prototyping method that extrudes material, layer-by-layer, to build a model. The system consists of a build platform, extrusion nozzle, and control system. The build material, production quality thermo-plastics, is melted and then extruded through a specially designed head onto a platform to create a two-dimensional cross section of the model. The cross section quickly solidiies, and the platform descends where the next layer is extruded upon the previous layer.This continues until the model is complete, where it is then removed from the build chamber and cleaned for shipping.

Whether in plastic sheets for thermo-forming or pellets for injection molding, at Blade-Tech we use only the highest quality materials available for our products. For our injection molded products we use our own proprietary blends of modiied nylon and polymer resins. These resin blends are super tough and designed to withstand the most extreme conditions. For our thermo-formed custom made products we use sheets of Acrylic Modiied PVC thermo-plastic alloys that are both tough and durable. In fact all of our materials have high impact and abrasion resistant qualities, are impervious to most chemicals, solvents, oils and are completely waterproof. They have a permanent memory, retaining their molded shape indeinitely which is important when re-holstering a handgun or re-sheathing a knife.

(Our black thermoplastic products are currently available in Stealth Black which represents the matte pattern. Using a proprietary blend of polymers, we’ve engineered these holsters to ofer lifetime performance in a wide range of conditions. The holsters don’t become soft in extreme temperatures (over 300º F) and won’t become fragile in low temperatures. We’ve created a special slick-surface polymer, one that won’t wear the inish of your gun like a leather holster. Revolution holsters provide a level 1 retention. BLADE-TECH DUTY HOLSTER This Level 2 Duty Holster is available with all of our diferent belt attachments. A thumb break is used for the secondary retention feature and snaps in the open position for out of the way unencumbered re-holstering.

This holster is adjustable from straight drop to muzzle forward or FBI cant. It provides an extremely comfortable ride as it is “ofset” from the hip to allow for a greater degree of outward cant, allowing for the grip of the pistol to be positioned away from the body and aligning the pistol in a vertical position for more positive indexing. This holster also features a “drop” which lowers the placement of the pistol for an easier reach as the arm can remain more extended as compared with using a belt level holster. This new series WRS is a great addition to our current system. It has a spring loaded hood that allows it to spring forward when released. The hood is activated by pushing the lever to the side which mimics the movement of a standard thumb break system. It does not require double movement for weapon presentation. You push the thumb-lock inward toward the body to release the hood. The WRS allows for easy securing of the weapon after being returned to the holster by simply rotating the hood back over the weapon. This newly designed paddle attachment features an adjustable belt lug and is adjustable for 3 diferent positioned cants, (1) FBI which has the muzzle facing to the rear of the body 15 degrees, which aids in concealment most popular for LE. Molle-Lok™ is an all new innovative attachment system designed for the Military and Law Enforcement. The Molle-Lok™ attaches accessories to the Pals/Molle body armor or load bearing equipment, vests, tactical bags, pouches etc... The Molle-Lok™ is constructed of a hard proprietary polymer which is designed for strength and durability which can withstand the most extreme operating conditions. With its rigid capabilities there is no weaving needed! Making it easier to manipulate; this is a time saving system which allows the operator to easily set up their gear before each mission and is beneicial during low light conditions or maneuvers. We have designed the Molle-Lok™ with press locking tabs making it easier to manipulate than other Molle attachments; once in place it can be permanent. There is no need for any special tools to separate the locking mechanism, i.e. screwdriver or knife tip, which can result in bodily injury. Six utility pockets are located on the front of the vest. This includes 2 large cargo pockets and 2 smaller pockets situated on the outside of the cargo pouches. The 5th pocket sits over the left breast and the 6th pocket is positioned horizontally over the right breast for use as a GPS, radio or lashlight pouch. This ingenious vest system has a total of 600 cubic inches of carrying capacity, as well as a separate internal pouch for a hydration system. It was designed to carry all the gear needed for a hard days hunt in the back country. Comfortable and convenient, it’s numerous and generous pockets allow critical items to be carried where they can be quickly accessed. This vest is great for hunting out of spike camps and on horseback. It is the perfect carry system for the grab and go hunter where quick mobility is important. A must have item for any serious bow, muzzleloader or rile hunters. Made exclusively for Blade-Tech out of Buck Suede, a tough, silent, burr and water resistant fabric. This vest is constructed with an adjustable girth system (One size its Most) It can be adjusted (tightened) to add support helping to relieve back fatigue associated with long treks in the ield. There are 3 adjustable nylon buckles positioned on the front of the vest for closure. The Buck Suede fabric is not slippery even when wet and eliminates the need for a nonskid recoil pad.
