Advocating overthrow of Government, states: Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government; or Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof— Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction. Why a Violent Revolution is Inevitable

In a hypothetical scenario, the purpose of this pamphlet is to explain in a simple manner for everyone to understand how and why many Americans, specifically the youth of America, will likely be forced to choose between either: 1) debt-based enslavement, unemployment, homelessness, imprisonment, and worse; or 2) a violent revolution in America. Herein, youth will be defined as anyone born on or after 1991 – coincidentally the same year communism was supposedly defeated globally only for communism to spread throughout China and sneak into America under the guise of socialism and globalization. As Vladimir Lenin, the leader of Russia’s Communist Party once stated, “ the goal of Socialism is Communism. ” One will find many similarities between socialism and communism in that under both political systems the state or government controls the economy, businesses, and thus the labor force, along with controlling the military and police. Whereas, in capitalism, the state or government controls only the military and police with little to no control over businesses, the economy, and the labor force. This pamphlet paints a disturbing picture of modern America – that the majority of America’s politicians, judges, managers/CEOs of companies, and even parents born before 1991 are corrupt and ultimately traitors to America, and traitors to their own children and younger generations for trading away the future of America’s youth for their own individual power and wealth as part of globalization and or a socialist, and ultimately, communist agenda in America. From the author’s experiences, it seems with the onset of globalization in the business world has come the rise of communism as the ideology in America’s workplaces and now the rest of America from politics

to courts to schools, all of which America’s older generations, say born before 1991, go along with and support. What the author means by a “rise of communism as the ideology in America’s workplaces and now the rest of America,” is obviously not that employees are required to salute the Communist flag, carry a copy of The Communist Manifesto, and recite The Internationale at work. Rather, by communism as the ideology, the author means those who exhibit creativity, freethinking, and individuality are punished, harassed, and wrongfully terminated in America ’ s workplaces. America ’ s workplaces have created a toxic culture in which artists, scientists, and the top performing, overeducated, and overqualified American-born employees are targeted and discriminated against because they stick out from the pack. At most companies in America, Americans of a lower socio-economic class are kept down in terms of promotions and used for labor for a few months then terminated to create a constant pool of poverty, homelessness, and crime to fill the prison systems - destroying the idea of the American dream. At nearly every modern company (which is not a mom and pop shop) this culture is all pervasive. Despite America’s military status in the world, if America and Americans are being defeated from the inside in the workplace, in schools, and in politics on our own soil, then there is seemingly only one solution – change from the inside, i.e. a revolution. This systematic, often quota-based model of companies creating unemployment, thus poverty, homelessness, and crime to fund the courts, lawyers, police, and prisons is often referred to as a prison-industrial complex. This economic model is the reason why America makes up less than 5% of the world’s population, yet makes up over 20% of the world’s prison population, over 90% of whom are men. However, this model seems to be as much about money and greed as it is about systematically disempowering Americans seemingly for a political agenda, affecting Caucasians and African Americans alike. The tension in America and the world at the time of the publishing of this pamphlet which was onset by the police killing of George Floyd may add fire to the likelihood of a revolution, however this pamphlet may help explain the socio-economic reasons behind most, if not all of America ’ s current social problems from discrimination to homelessness to drug abuse – and so all Americans, whether Caucasian, African-American, Latin-American, etc. should unite in revolution. Of course, such a topic of a violent revolution should never be covered without direct evidence, especially coming from this author who once thought a peaceful revolution could be successful. Whilst there is evidence of a communist and even cult agenda in America everywhere from the media filth to the school curriculums to the workplaces to the extreme economic inequality, this author will focus on a labor lawsuit which proved there is likely no peaceful solution for the youth to escape debt-based enslavement, unemployment, and ultimately imprisonment - very similar to the Soviet Union’s feared Gulag prison labor system in which entire states and countries were essentially turned into concentration camps. The reader may be thinking, a political-industrial complex is just America’s economic model, it’ s just about greed, and there is no political conspiracy to force communism and globalization

upon America. That may be so, and America may not know the truth until it is too late, but what is inarguable and creates the likelihood for a revolution is the fact that there is a widespread prison-industrial complex in America that is creating a slew of social problems. The author merely interprets this prison-industrial complex and the fact that some American states practice “democratic socialism” as an agenda for communism under the guise of globalization. Whilst there may be many interpretations and conspiracies about agendas perpetuated on the media by politicians, in schools, and in the workplace, especially in states in America which practice democratic socialism such as California, Colorado, Washington, and New York, this author sees only one possible interpretation of the decision by the Federal District Court of Colorado to civil action number: 1:18-cv-00812-MSK-KMT, case name: Mohn v Progressive Insurance. This case then went onto appeal in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, case number: 19-1207, before finally reaching the US Supreme Court as case number: 19-8520. The plaintiff’s claim was that he was discriminated against and wrongfully terminated for being a top performing, overeducated, and overqualified male employee. The plaintiff to this lawsuit is the same author of this pamphlet, and, the author hopes to portray the interpretation of the court’s decision as one which reveals the fate of America’s men who are not born into the upper class rather than to come across as someone angrily ranting about losing an employment discrimination lawsuit. Indeed, the author not only encourages the reader to research the aforementioned lawsuit per the Freedom of Information Act, but this author will, in a concise manner and in layman’s terms doing his best to avoid legal jargon, explain how the court’s decision, which was to not even allow the evidence of this lawsuit to come to light by not compelling discovery (the part of a lawsuit in which the parties exchange evidence), paints a morbid picture of the future of America, especially for men born on or after 1991. When a defendant to a lawsuit conceals evidence as occurred in this lawsuit, the duty of a court is to either order the defendant to compel discovery so that the case may proceed to trial or else grant summary judgement in favor of the plaintiff due to the defendant’s concealing of evidence, thus ending the case in favor of the plaintiff and granting monetary relief. The duty of the court is not to reward a defendant for concealing evidence. From this decision to reward a defendant for concealing evidence, the Supreme Court may also be trying to reverse legal precedents regarding concealed evidence to now allow and encourage defendants to conceal evidence to turn America into a cesspool of crime and civil rights abuses. So how does this lawsuit apply to economic inequality, socialism, communism, and globalization which create the circumstances for a likely violent revolution in America? Well, many people may suspect a violent revolution is already inevitable in America due to economic inequality, corruption, and even racism, however this lawsuit is finally direct proof that America ’ s corporations, judges, and politicians ’ policies on labor are all working together to create unemployment, homelessness, and imprisonment while ensuring labor lawsuits are unsuccessful for plaintiffs. Of course, this cooperation between corporations, judges, and politicians is evidence of a labor-prison racket, but the judges certainly aren’t going to prosecute themselves.

The outcome and precedent of this lawsuit means that employers can legally harass, discriminate, and wrongfully terminate American men without having to worry about the courts even compelling discovery to allow plaintiffs to seek relief in lawsuits for the employer’s wrongful and discriminatory actions – thus nullifying the Civil Rights Act of 1964 for about half of America’s population. This undoubtedly will create a certain amount of unemployment, homelessness, and ultimately crime to run the prison systems of America, a.k.a. the prison-industrial-complex. Of course, in the act of employers, politicians, and courts being on the same page to run a prison-industrial-complex, it is more than a racket – it is the creation of a socialist state in which the businesses and government operate together to run an economy. One might also assume this affirmative action plan against men in the workplace is the new policy of many businesses under globalization and that the corporations have simply bribed the judges for control of lawsuits, but this scenario also points to the same likely end game – revolution. In the act of the courts disallowing lawsuits such as Mohn v Progressive to even progress to trial, it disallows the media and News from legally covering said lawsuits, thus implementing state and corporate control over the media and what information is broadcasted to the public. In the act of disallowing lawsuits to progress to trial, no employer needs to worry about settling out of court with a plaintiff during the long lifespan of a lawsuit no matter how egregious the defendant’s actions, because the employer already knows how the case will end – before trial, thus, before any chance of judgement against the defendant, and before the defendant can be humiliated on the media. All the defendant’s legal counsel has to do is entertain a hopeful plaintiff over a year or two to make the lawsuit look legitimate on paper to the public while leading on the plaintiff to believe justice has the possibility of occurring - but with the courts on the same page as the employers, there is no chance of justice in the end. Yet, it gets worse. During the timeframe of these labor lawsuits, which are searchable over the internet yet not coverable by the News, plaintiffs will find a difficult if not impossible task in gaining and retaining employment elsewhere, thus depriving most plaintiffs of income and the ability to even make it through the lifespan of a lawsuit for a judge to then be forced to make the decision to deny these cases, which are scripted like a play. Then, the role of the state comes in again in denying unemployment benefits to people who are suing companies, especially state-sanctioned companies such as insurance companies. Of course, after the state denies unemployment benefits as a form of retaliation against someone suing a company, it forces upon the plaintiff poverty and possible starvation and homelessness. Whilst this author did receive unemployment benefits from the state of Colorado for his wrongful termination from Progressive Insurance, which further causes suspicion in the federal court ’s decision, this author was denied unemployment benefits for the majority of his possible benefits from other employers, one of whom was also charged with discrimination after wrongfully terminating this author when they find out he was also suing Progressive Insurance. So, if a plaintiff will only get harassed, discriminated against, wrongfully terminated by other employers, and denied unemployment benefits in states such as Colorado when employers find

out a plaintiff is suing another ex-employer for harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination, it not only causes great suffering and anger for repeating the same events, but makes a case for pay-to-play politics and labor-prison racketeering. For, as stated earlier, the employers (i.e. corporations) and their lawyers, the judges, and politicians are all in on it together. Whilst the labor-prison racket has been revealed before our eyes, if we consider the likelihood of pay-to-play politics, it may hide the true leader(s) behind the racket, meaning a mayor or governor may not be behind the state ’ s control or city ’ s control over a socialist/globalist economy and government, but whoever is the highest bidder to purchase that control from the mayor, governor, businesses, and courts – likely a team of lawyers, corporations, or else foreign entities entirely. This author might not have the ability to cite this lawsuit as evidence that a revolution is likely had the judges compelled the defendant to produce discovery for the case to proceed to trial, but in the act of disallowing the evidence to come to light then blindly siding with the defendant, the court showed they are enforcing economic inequality and or implementing a socialist/globalization agenda in lockstep with the corporations - or else another entity such as Russia or China has control over America’s courts and corporations to implement said agenda in America. Of course, since America is supposed to be capitalist and not socialist or communist, this means the politicians, judges, and employers who enforce this agenda are not only guilty of discrimination, fraud, racketeering, and pay-to-play politics, but seemingly also treason, especially if they conspired with foreign entities or other organized institutions, gangs, or cults. Once again, from this author’s historical interpretation of Mohn v Progressive (and likely many other cases), America’s courts seem to now engage in show trials just as the Soviet Union’s courts once did to make the citizens know that there is no hope whilst using the courts as an illusion of due process for the rest of the world to not accuse them of tyranny and civil rights violations. By hiding who is the leader behind such a labor-prison racket in states such as Colorado, it leaves one to imagine how big the racket is, and who is really in control. Does this same racket stretch across the entire United States operated by the same individual(s), slowly taking over town after town? Who could be in control of such a well-orchestrated racket that implements such a level of control over entire governments, the economy, and all the way down to individual laborers such as this author? Is Russia in control of America’s labor force? Or maybe China? The Bilderberg Group? Did the Democratic Party get invaded by Communists as was one of the 45 goals of the Soviet Union to implement control over all world governments as written about in the 1958 book, The Naked Communist? Dr. Ben Carson, once a US Presidential candidate now serving as United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development since 2017 once stated circa 2014: “The Naked Communist lays out the whole progressive plan. It is unbelievable how fast it has been achieved.” The conspiracy theorists may have a field day with the information in this pamphlet, for there are questions left unanswered, but one answer is clear – a revolution is likely required in order for many men as well as the majority of youth to have a future void of extreme economic inequality

in America, and by disallowing any peaceful solutions such as lawsuits, a violent revolution is seemingly inevitable. As President John F. Kennedy once said circa 1962: “ Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable." Whilst this author could now drone on about how unfair and un-American this lawsuit experience in Colorado was, and how much he suffered going for 6 months without a job and without income throughout a Colorado winter before the judges denied the case and this author was forced to move back home to Pennsylvania or else face homelessness and likely imprisonment, this author would now like to move forward explaining to the reader how a violent revolution could play out - now that the reader knows why said revolution is seemingly inevitable. To summarize, if the legal system will not implement peaceful solutions in lawsuits, necessary reforms will not occur due to corporate interests, and everyone knows peaceful protests in America are ineffective and often lead to police brutality, then a violent revolution is likely required for change.

How a Revolution Can Be Successful

Hypothetically, in order for a violent revolution to be successful in our modern, technologically and militarily advanced era, it would require coordination of a massive amount of people carrying out tasks over a widespread geography, i.e. the United States. Even if everyone in America read this pamphlet, a violent revolution would still likely be required to bring change because the mechanisms of the economy and legal system force economic inequality and are defeating or already have defeated Americans as well as caused many social issues, and no reform is seemingly in sight. Nothing would likely change without a violent revolution because those who are in control of any regime, whether socialist/communist or otherwise based on extreme inequality, hold the ideology that violence is the means to their end goal of achieving their regime. Historically, those in power of an abusive or tyrannical regime would have used violence to get in power if they needed to, they will not change without being forced to change, and those in power will likely use violence first to stop a revolution from occurring and being successful. The author understands that America’s current regime of corrupt, traitor politicians, judges, and managers/CEOs of corporations came to power mostly peacefully, not counting decades of police brutality and wars overseas as any sort of violent ceasing of power inside America. However, this regime will likely not be overthrown or reformed peacefully, nor will the reader’s life likely be happy, fulfilling, and independent without a violent uprising just as this author and many others have experienced – and this author can guarantee America’s current regime would have used violence to take over America if they had to instead of simply using lies, organized crime, wars overseas, police brutality, bribery, brainwashing, etc. The difficult part to grasp about this regime

is that it seemingly operates globally, usurping wealth, resources, and power where it can around the world, and so America must be taken back for Americans before America is destroyed from the inside economically, politically, and socially – all three of which America is teetering on at the time of publishing this pamphlet. For all this author knows, anyone who reads this book and begins to organize with others to violently overthrow America’s government could find technology as their weakness as those in power could use the police or other militia to arrest or kill said revolutionaries and patriots before they can even organize enough people to take back America for Americans - identifying revolutionaries and patriots through phone and computer data as well as listening and tracking devices inside phones, computers, homes, and cars. Spies may also play a role in this endeavor to arrest revolutionaries and infiltrate organizations of revolutionaries in order to sabotage and stop a revolution. For all this author knows, anyone who reads this pamphlet and begins to organize with others to violently overthrow America’s government could find themselves mysteriously unable to gain and or retain employment in attempts to financially cripple them, as those in charge of these labor rackets identify and target any American revolutionaries and patriots, metaphorically pulling the rug out from under their feet. For all this author knows, when enough Americans organize and begin to take action, the revolutionaries and patriots could be met head-on by militarily advanced forces to protect the current regime which is taking over, or has already taken over America. This author wishes to make the reader aware of these possibilities, and the likelihood that someone is listening to them and watching their every move with advanced technology, but the author wishes to remind the reader that if they do not take action then America and the freedom, independence, prosperity, and safety that forms the ideology of Americans will soon disappear to a globalist, socialist/communist takeover which will use the workplaces and prisons as the means of controlling or even killing off American men to run the economy or who those in power identify as possible future threats to their regime, as happened to this author in Colorado. Some readers may be thinking: what freedom, independence, prosperity, and safety in America? Didn’t this author just explain how many Americans have no prosperity, freedom, safety, and independence due to extreme economic inequality, corruption, and discrimination? Yes, but at least America has the possibility of achieving freedom, independence, prosperity, and safety for all. No country in the history of the world has ever had a better chance at achieving all of these ideas for its entire population, and many Americans do or have experienced all of these ideas at some point in their lives – Americans every day.

Said readers may not be aware of how some other countries operate - without any freedom of speech or religion, under fear of domestic and foreign terrorism, without basic amenities such as running water in their homes, and under severe poverty. These issues, or worse, could happen in America if we continue on the trend we are on, when we are so close (compared to other

countries) to achieving freedom, independence, prosperity, and safety for all Americans. This author would go as far as to say Americans have a duty to not allow any regime to takeover America and destroy all the progress America has made as a nation which could be shared with other nations. This is something that should be fought for. Paradoxically, this author would not be writing this pamphlet if he did not have this experience in Colorado and observe other activity which should not be glorified in this pamphlet such as the types of people who are allowed to work and who get promoted to lofty roles with higher pay grades yet less work in America’s labor rackets. Paradoxically, the reader may not consider taking action until they too experience what this author experienced, likely making it too late for them to take action against this takeover of America due to financial crippling or else imprisonment, starvation, or death as is intended by these labor rackets and regime. Of course, one could try to fly under the radar, acting as a sheep which does not make eye contact with the wolf, in order to try to live a peaceful and fruitful life – however, this is exactly what this author attempted to do when living in Colorado. The fact of the matter is, this regime is all pervasive, and they will come after your job and your finances just as they do to many Americans, trying to enforce unemployment, financial hardship, and ultimately homelessness and imprisonment, and if you try to sue them for justice, matters will only be made much worse. Hypothetically, in order to bring change by violent revolution and take back America, the ultimate targets to imprison or else kill would be traitor politicians, judges, and managers/CEOs of corporations. However, from their top-down control, this regime has many layers of defense before these traitors can be brought to justice. Revolutionaries and patriots will find that corrupt mayors, governors, elected officials, and judges have control over the police, FBI, and military, and many managers/CEOs of corporations have control over those mayors, governors, elected officials, and judges through monetary endorsements, bribes, and coercion from “dirt” they have on them. Whilst the easiest solution would be to explain to the police, FBI, and military that they should uphold their Oaths and help the American people take back America from traitors or else watch America fall to the horrors of socialism and communism which one only needs to pick up a history book or watch a documentary to learn about, it is safe to assume the police, FBI, and military cannot be counted on, for as previously stated, their jobs are in the hands of the same politicians who Americans need to either imprison or kill to bring change. Unless entire departments or units of the FBI, police, and or military side with the revolutionaries and patriots, then individual FBI agents, officers, or soldiers will likely be relieved of duty at the first sign of wanting to side with the citizens to overthrow America’s current regime. The reader may also find, if they embark on organizing a revolution, opposition will come from coworkers and even their own family and friends. The ideology of socialists, communists, globalists, and those who they have brainwashed is that each of them are soldiers for the global communist regime and that they are willing to fight and die for it themselves to protect traitor politicians, judges, managers/CEOs, and the status quo. Civil war may indeed break out. In this

respect, the revolutionaries and patriots must do as America’s forefathers did before them and fight for freedom and independence on their own soil or else submit to total control of outside forces and foreign ideology, but this time, instead of Britain, it is against Russia, China, and other socialist and communist countries as well as the institutions, organizations, and corporations which implement this ideology under the guise of globalization. Before explaining how a violent revolution could be successful in America, it is this author’s duty to address the moral implications of mass scale violence in pursuit of freedom. Whilst the topic of religion is beyond the scope of this book, freedom of religion is one of the many freedoms true Americans would be fighting for, for not only do communist nations such as China disallow freedom of religion, but the original Communist Revolution of 1917 in Russia had the goal of extinguishing religion and the belief in God to replace these beliefs with a belief in the Communist party and their party leaders as Gods, whilst imprisoning or else killing off those who did not uphold this belief. Not only does the Bible advise against the idolatry of anyone other than God such that it may be considered a sin to do so, but one must weigh the moral consequences of allowing one’s country to be conquered by those who disallow freedom and independence. One must weigh the moral consequences of allowing a regime which enslaves American men and youth, and causes great suffering by enforcing debt, homelessness, imprisonment, and even starvation and death. This author does not wish to be cliché in using quotes or citing specific events from history books or documentaries, but all we must do is look back on history to see what happens to countries who fall to socialism and communism – now with the entire world in scope. Once again, even if the regime isn’t called socialism or communism, it is undoubtedly authoritarianism which enforces extreme economic inequality, which is no better. To be blunt, Americans will have to weigh what is worse – allowing themselves to lose freedom and independence or killing their own family members, teachers, coworkers, bosses, judges, elected leaders, and other older generations who are traitors and wish to take away the freedom and independence that comes with America, democracy, and free market capitalism. The author wishes there was a peaceful solution such as convincing the police and FBI to simply arrest the traitor politicians and judges then put in place politicians who will pass reform laws to control the corporations within reason, but as previously stated, the FBI and police would have to rise up against their bosses and in doing so could find themselves out of jobs before they are successful. Many scientists and artists fled the Soviet Union because the Communist Party demanded control over what went on inside their heads - their ideas, their research, their intellectual property, their inventions, their art, and ultimately their passions. Artists and scientists were targeted, stalked, imprisoned, and killed by the Communist Party because of their creativity and thinking abilities which the Communist Party feared could be subversive, regardless of whether or not these individuals were actually subversive. This is what we now face in America, silently occurring, hidden by the News and media. Is it of any surprise that this pamphlet is written by an author and musician who was targeted in the workplace then ignored by the justice system upon filing lawsuit? Sure, not everyone is an artist or scientist, but after the “ subversive ” artists and

scientists are gone, the regime taking over America will come for others deemed as “subversive.” One must weigh whether they should fight for free will, independence, and love in America or else allow themselves to be dominated and controlled entirely to the point of destruction of one’ s soul. One must consider that if there is an afterlife, then what will be the afterlife of parents who purposely enslave their own children and force them to suffer or else die? What will be the afterlife of teachers and professors who knowingly lie, brainwash, and dumb down their youth so that a takeover can occur smoothly in their country without an uprising? What will be the afterlife of politicians who allow their countrymen to be enslaved through debt, forced out of jobs, made homeless, imprisoned, and worse? What will be the afterlife of judges who condemn good and innocent people to undeserving fates as well as refuse to bring justice by not granting plaintiffs relief to lawsuits against corporations and the state? What will be the afterlife of managers and CEOs who implement inequality, socialism, and communism in the workplace to meet quotas of unemployment in order to meet quotas of homelessness and imprisonment? What will be the afterlife of law enforcement and armed forces who betray their country by allowing a takeover to occur? But what will be the afterlife of someone who fights against these traitors for the possibility of freedom and independence? And what will be the afterlife of those who sit back and watch as the evils of globalized authoritarianism, economic inequality, socialism, and or communism takeover their country and enslave them, their countrymen, and their nation’s youth? Certainly, everyone including this author knows many people born well before 1991 who were good teachers, who are good family members, good friends, and good role models, but if there is a violent revolution led by everyone born on or after 1991, then it will inevitably be against everyone born before 1991, and it will be difficult if not impossible to ensure the safety of beloved teachers, family members, and friends. Of course, scientists and artists born before 1991 should not be targeted in said revolution because they have experienced the dread of corporate agendas, socialism, and communism all their lives in attempts to control them and disempower them whether they realize it or not. Surely a “whitelist” could be created of individuals born before 1991 who side with the revolutionaries and patriots, but not everyone who is good will likely make it on such a list. One must consider the moral consequences of accidently killing one good person out of every one thousand traitors or brainwashed individuals during a violent revolution. If only it were possible to look into someone’s soul from the outside to know if they uphold the evils of corporate agendas and globalized communism or if they are instead a good person before one pulls the trigger on them – however, this is why corporate agendas and communism spread so silently, effectively, and dangerously, because enslavement and mass murder without question is the exact tactic the communists have used ever since 1917 up until today. Because communism is like a virus that we must quarantine America from, the only logical way to do so is for every American born 1991 or later to kill anyone born before 1991. The only way to avoid this age cutoff of killing is if America’s police, FBI, and military do team up with the people to arrest

and or kill all the traitor politicians, judges, and CEOs at the top of the hierarchy who would otherwise only be reachable by killing everyone born before 1991. Now that we’ve addressed the moral aspect of letting one’s country get conquered by the evils of communism vs. violent revolution, one must consider statistics of the task at hand before considering how this revolution can be accomplished. The revolutionaries and patriots may consider making an exception for those born during 1990, many of whom would have been classmates with those born during 1991. Taking this exception into account, almost exactly 60% of America’s 327 million population as of the 2018 census were born before 1990, or about 196 million people. Although the age range of 20-29 is the largest age group in America with about 14% of the population (about 45 million people) and would make up the majority of the revolutionaries and patriots who embark on this violent revolution to retake America, they would need to imprison, enslave, or else kill over four times as many people who are likely wealthier, have more power and control over resources and technology, and likely, have better weapons. The age ranges of 30-69 would comprise the main group of traitor politicians, judges, managers/CEOS and those who would defend them and who would need to be imprisoned, enslaved, or else killed – this is about 49% of the population or about 160 million people. Although the age ranges of 70 and up comprise about 11% of the population (about 36 million people), some of whom would also be judges, politicians, and managers/CEOs, and many of whom would be wealthy - when it comes to violence, they would not be as much of a threat, but would certainly need to be dealt with in the same manner by the revolutionaries and patriots. The age groups of 0-19 makes up the remaining 25% of the population (about 81 million people) – and these are the people the revolutionaries and patriots would be fighting for so that the youth of America can have a future of freedom and independence instead of slavery, homelessness, imprisonment, or worse as America is on track for and as many people have already experienced. Whilst there may be some teenagers who would want to fight in the revolution, it is safe to assume the bulk of revolutionaries would be in the age range of 20-29. The task is massive, mind-boggling, and stomach churning to some. About 14% of the population, or about 45 million people, would have to conquer about 60% of the population, or about 196 million people. From this author’s estimates, of that 14%, probably only 5-10% would actually comprehend the need for a revolution and initially be willing to volunteer for it, although more would follow if the movement gained momentum. Of that 60% of the population who the revolutionaries and patriots need to conquer, probably anywhere from 20-30% would fight back, while some would join the revolutionaries and patriots, some would flee the country, and others would go into hiding somewhere in America. Please remember this pamphlet was published in August of 2020 using population data from 2018, so the percentage of the population per age range relative to the year 1990 will change slightly as time goes on.

Many people would be confused as to what is actually going on should such a revolution break out, especially during the Coronavirus pandemic and Black Lives Matter protests, but the youthful revolutionaries and patriots would have at least two prominent strengths: 1) they are the youth and future of the nation so the older generations would hesitate if not refuse to fight back, and 2) perceivably, the revolutionaries and patriots would have the moral high ground because a revolution has been brewing in America for decades, and now, more than ever, there is evidence that a revolution is likely required. Although this age cut-off for killing people in a revolution and this breakdown of statistics may seem grotesque or heartless, this author, who was born in 1991, would not be surprised, after his experiences and observations, that the corporate, socialist/communist regime which is taking over, or has already taken over America, has a similar age cut-off to force debt-based enslavement, homelessness, unemployment, imprisonment, starvation, and or death to everyone born 1991 or later - so the revolutionaries and patriots would seemingly just be turning the tables on the traitor older generations. After reading these statistics, the reader may be reconsidering the moral aspect of such a revolution. The reader may be wondering: if they would need to imprison or else kill so many people, would such revolutionaries and patriots be any better than the communists who violently took power by killing millions of people in countries such as Russia, China, and Cambodia? This author’s answer is short and simple. Yes, they would be better people – for such American revolutionaries and patriots would be fighting for freedom and independence whilst the communists fought and are still fighting to take away freedom and independence for total control of the world. The statistics are also comparable, as the communists already have a death toll of about 100 million people since 1917 - but the ideologies of freedom vs. authoritarian control are not comparable. Bearing all this in mind, and also knowing that this author has no formal military background, it is time talk about how such a hypothetical, violent revolution in America could be successful. Below is an outline of steps that the patriots and revolutionaries of America may engage in to take back America from the traitors and foreign entities, which the author attempted to place in chronological order, although the reader may notice certain steps would best be taken at the same time or prior to other steps. All Americans born on or after 1990 may organize and form a nationwide network, aided by technology and the social media, then choose a date to start the revolution – all together at once, nationwide, in a collaborative effort. They may even consider forming a legitimate political party, the members of whom will carry out the revolution. All Americans born on or after 1990 may rise up overnight and kill their own parents and older family members, and team up with their friends and other revolutionaries and patriots to kill or imprison each other’s parents and other family members who stand in the way of freedom and independence. All Americans born on or after 1990 may then group up in the streets going door to door killing or

imprisoning everyone who was born before 1990 except artists and scientists or others who can be trusted to join them. All Americans born on or after 1990 may rise up in the schools, colleges, and universities to kill or imprison their teachers, professors, principals, security guards, and other school personnel except those who can be trusted to join them. All Americans born on or after 1990 may rise up in the workplaces (first and foremost the financial institutions and big technology companies) and kill or imprison their bosses, managers, CEOs and other superiors. The revolutionaries and patriots may then attempt to takeover these businesses. All Americans born on or after 1990 may group up to go from building to building, business to business, school to school, etc. making sure there are no remaining survivors and that each institution is toppled or else under control of the revolutionaries and patriots. The revolutionaries and patriots may take over a local hotel, motel, apartment, or other building(s) to create a headquarters in every city where they can garrison themselves as well as store food, weapons, and supplies for the revolution. The revolutionaries and patriots may purchase or else pillage local stores for food, supplies, and weapons. Americans born on or after 1990 who are in law enforcement may infiltrate police stations, FBI, and other law enforcement and intelligence agencies to leak intelligence and information to the outside group of revolutionaries and patriots. These law enforcement officers born on or after 1990 may also sabotage law enforcement operations which are meant to stop the revolution. Americans born on or after 1990 may stage a violent takeover of every police station, FBI office, and other law enforcement and intelligence agency from the inside working as officers/agents in tandem with outside mobs of revolutionaries and patriots. Americans born on or after 1990 in the armed forces such as US Navy, Army, Airforce, Marines, and National Guard may kill or imprison their superiors to disrupt the chain of command and attempt to take over their units as well as disallow the military from being deployed upon the revolutionaries and patriots. Once the police, FBI, and military have either been taken over or else disrupted in their functions, Americans born on or after 1990 may then freely march together in a mass movement upon Washington D.C., every city Mayor and state Governor offices, congressional buildings, and every courthouse to overthrow and kill or imprison the traitor politicians, lawmakers, elected officials, and judges. In this process, the revolutionaries and patriots may find and kill or imprison any remaining resistance or traitors such as lawyers and law enforcement. The revolutionaries and patriots may consider capturing, interrogating, and torturing specific politicians, judges, and heads of law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and military for their information before disposing of them. The revolutionaries and patriots may use the media to broadcast the violence and torture of traitors across America and worldwide to instill fear and terror amongst any resistance as well as to scare others from betraying America ever again. The revolutionaries and patriots may use propaganda at all times to try to recruit others for the revolution, cause mass hysteria to break down the current system, as well as to try to get military and law enforcement support. The revolutionaries and patriots may invoke others beliefs and religions with said propaganda, for example, by perpetuating the belief that everyone is going to Hell if they do not join the revolution to take back power from the traitors, and that there will

only be a place in Heaven for those who join the revolution. Justify violence with slogans such as: “Send the traitors to Hell early!” and “Earn your place in Heaven by killing a traitor!” To lessen the violence and quicken their goals, the Americans born on or after 1990 may make a whitelist of revolutionaries and patriots born before 1990 who have joined the revolution to ensure their safety. Perhaps documents can be created for them to prove they are on the whitelist to spare their lives. The revolutionaries and patriots may cut off the supply chains to prisons and correctional facilities, and demand the release of non-violent inmates born on or after 1990 while attempting to infiltrate these prisons from the outside to kill or imprison the prison guards and wardens. The revolutionaries and patriots may occupy hospitals to ensure only those born on or after 1990 (unless on the whitelist) will be taken care of, regardless of medical insurance. The revolutionaries and patriots may locate and vanquish any secretive cults and or government bunkers who will attempt to operate a shadow government or other contingency plans of the old regime. Americans born on or after 1990 may lessen the violence and achieve their goals quicker by offering ultimatums to the current regime to turn in the traitor politicians, judges, managers/CEOs and other known traitors to be brought to justice or else the mass violence will continue. Americans born on or after 1990 may threaten other nations with nuclear warfare during this revolution so other nations do not intervene, as well as encourage citizens of other nations to revolt. Once the old, traitorous regime has been toppled, the revolutionaries and patriots may instate a new government in America based on the rule of law of God, good, equality, corporate social responsibility, and ultimately justice such that evil and traitors will not be tolerated. This government could instate or democratically elect leaders, primarily those who are artists and scientists, as these are the most fitting leaders and who were the individuals persecuted by the previous regime. The new regime will replace the leaders of the police, military, FBI and other law enforcement and intelligence agencies with revolutionaries and patriots. The new regime’s government may modernize laws, regulations, and the bodies which govern these laws and regulations so as to maximize national security, nationalize American land and resources from the hands of foreign entities, put the interests of the American people first, and to avoid falling back into a government run by a deep state, pay-to-play politics, or else controlled by foreign influence. The new regime ’ s government may appoint new judges to instate a rule of justice and good instead of the old rule of bribery, fraud, corruption, racketeering, and treason. The new regime may create public, not-for profit banks to print the nation ’ s currency, independent of private banks and financial institutions in order to establish economic sovereignty. The new regime may allow free markets to be reestablished and flourish as revolutionaries and patriots replace the management of businesses to operate with social corporate responsibility, in a green manner for the environment, with equality in the workplace, and without running a prison-industrial complex or engaging in pay-to-play politics or racketeering. Once the revolutionaries and patriots have established a new regime in America, they may plot

and carry out assassinations of anyone living overseas who is known to have negative influences over America such as global businessmen and foreign politicians who bribed and conspired with traitor American politicians, judges, and businessmen. The new regime may attempt to persuade other countries around the world to cleanse themselves entirely of authoritarianism, economic inequality, socialism, and communism and these system under the guise of globalization to join America in an alliance based on freedom, independence, and a rule of good instead of an authoritarian rule of evil. The author realizes that if this book is influential, the current regime’s mainstream media and News outlets will do everything in their power to try to stop a revolution from occurring. This will include massive amounts of propaganda which will likely entail labeling this author and any followers as some form of crazed extremists, whilst the News hides the truth that this author has no criminal record, has published several books and music albums, and tried to resolve the issue of freedom and independence peacefully through the legal system before obtaining direct evidence through the failure and or corruption of the legal system that a revolution is likely the only solution. In 1776, Thomas Paine published a pamphlet titled “Common Sense,” advocating America’s independence from Britain, and addressed it to the American people of the 13 original colonies. His short, persuasive, and simple to understand pamphlet was influential in inspiring the American people to rebel against Britain in the first American Revolution. It is likely now time for the Second American Revolution, inevitable now as it was then, for forcing upon the American people to choose between fighting for freedom and independence or else debt-based slavery and worse.
